I rec'd email that 'my order' was on its way I called as I had NOT placed an orderI was told I had ordered a year's supply of filters on1/I had NOTAlso was told it was being delivered to an address where I do not live (moved last year)Upon further investigation, was told that I now had FOUR accounts in my and my deceased father's names; this current order from the new fourth mystery account I had previously done business with Perfect Water Purifier, but not Crisis EducationI asked them how they had the debit card number, and the person did not know I tried to stop the UPS delivery enroute, and physically went to the UPS delivery destination at [redacted] ***, They assured me the package would be rerouted backBut Crisis Education had contracted for the UPS SurePost Service that then delivers to the USPS for final deliveryAs I do not live at [redacted] (and mail is on hold for that address by the current resident) the package was d

We spoke with our customer [redacted] ( [redacted] ***) and we informed customer that the purchase she made on 3/1/was for our Foot Farm Blueprint EBOOK for $Our customer agreed and we also forwarded the welcome email with access information to [redacted] per customer's requestWe have refunded customer's purchase per request and will receive $refund within 2-business days

On 4/29/16, I ordered a Clearly Filtered Pure Water Pitcher ($49.95) and a set of replacement filters for this pitcher ($47.95) from PerfectWaterPurifier.com, a subsidiary of Crisis Education, LLC (The money for the orders was taken from my account on the next business day, 5/2/16.) When I hadn't received the items by 5/17/16, I went to the PerfectWaterPurifier.com website and was greeted with the message, "Unfortunately due to financial hardship, Perfect Water Purifier is being forced to shut down & close it's doors We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience." When I called the phone number for PerfectWaterPurifier.com customer service, I didn't get anything; the phone just rang and rang I then went to the Crisis Education, LLC, website and discovered I couldn't log in to the "membership" area and every link available, both on the site and on multiple search engines, defaulted to a "not found" error I called the only phone number I could find for them and left a

Our Customer [redacted] has been credited $4.95 for Clearly Filtered water pitcher as of 3/17/15 to credit card ending in *0503. We can only refund payments by how the purchase was paid for. We do not need or require customer's new credit card information. The refund has been processed and it will apply to the bank account associated to the credit card ending in ***. We are waiting on customer to return the replacement filter so we can issue a credit of $49.95. As soon as we receive the replacement filter to [redacted] ***, we will issue a full credit of $49.95. We do have a 90 day refund policy therefore customer has until 5/1/15 to return product for a refund. We have cancelled our customers subscription per request as well.

I purchased the four foot garden book from this company and never received an email confirmation, book or anything but they did charge my card $When I called the phone number that I found I get a recording that the business has closed their doors

Our customer [redacted] has only contacted our company on 6/7/at 02:pm by email informing us that he was having log in issuesOne of our customer service representatives emailed Mr [redacted] providing log in details and the customer never respondedWe did search our database for any calls that the customer has made with telephone number [redacted] but I don't see that MrSperbeck has made any calls to our companyWe did call customer at the telephone number on file to see what he is inquiring about for a refund and we will assist customerWe have also emailed customer at [redacted]

The initial product is an e-book. Since we have started this, many customers want to also have a real book so we added that option. The seeds starter pack is an additional offering that we ask our customers if they would like to get it. If our client does not want these items, she... can return them to us for a full refund. They have all shipped to her at her billing address. Thank you.
