Our Customer [redacted] purchased our Clearly Filtered Water Pitcher trial offer for $4.95 which takes care of shipping and handling. We allow our customer's to try out the Clearly Filtered water pitcher for 30 days and if our customer is not satisfied then we allow our customer to return the...
pitcher with just the $4.95 payment for shipping and we will not charge the $69.95 fee after 30 days for the pitcher itself. If our customer is satisfied with pitcher and does not contact our company we then charge a $69.95 fee after 30 days for the pitcher itself. After reviewing our customer's tracking number for returned pitcher with UPS tracking number [redacted] we see that it was refused although, we have not received the return we have issued a credit of $4.95 which customer will receive within 2-3 business days. Our customer's purchase for our [Monthly Subscription] Pitcher Replacement Filters for $49.95/ every 60 days was delayed due to payment declining at the time of purchase on 2/1/15 and did not process until 2/10/15. We have searched customer's package by USPS tracking number ([redacted]) for the filter replacement filters and it shows that the package was delivered and received by our customer [redacted]. We do have a 90 day refund policy for this product therefore, our customer has until 5/10/15 to return product for a full refund of $49.95. We have cancelled customer's subscription to stop all future payments and shipments of filter replacements. If our customer has any further questions or concerns, we can be contacted at [redacted] Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST or by sending our support team an email to [redacted].
We have helped thousands of clients in an honest way. If [redacted] would like a refund, it will be granted. She should see the money back in her account in 3-4 business days.
We are definitely aware of our customer, [redacted] problem with the delivery of the 3 filter replacements even though she did pay for her Clearly Filtered water pitcher in full on 10/4/15. It was our mistake of charging our customer for the 3 filters, therefore we did provide our customer...
with a return shipping label associated with UPS tracking number [redacted] on 11/2/15 by our representative, [redacted]. We are just waiting for our customer's return of 3 filter replacements with the label we've provided and as soon as we receive the returned package, we will issue the credit of $149.85 immediately. If our customer has any questions or concerns, she is able to contact us at [redacted] or by email at [redacted].

We cancelled [redacted] Subscription prior to this complaint. He is inactive and will not be charged per his request.

At Crisis Education, our refund policy is plainly stated on our Terms Of Service as follows:
"Monthly Subscriptions: You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your Crisis Education monthly subscription. Any refund request after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed. You may cancel at any time after the initial THIRTY (30) Days has passed.Yearly Subscriptions: For yearly subscription purchases, you have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your Crisis Education yearly subscription. Any refunds requests after 30 days will be prorated by the amount of time remaining under the original yearly subscription period. Example: If you purchase a yearly subscription in January of this year and you decide you want a refund 6 months from the purchase date, you’re prorated refund would be 50% of the purchase price."
We would be happy to send additional seeds to our customer.
We spoke with our customer [redacted] ([redacted]) and we informed customer that the purchase she made on 3/1/15 was for our 4 Foot Farm Blueprint EBOOK for $7. Our customer agreed and we also forwarded the welcome email with access information to [redacted] per customer's request. We have refunded customer's purchase per request and will receive $7 refund within 2-3 business days.
The initial product is an e-book. Since we have started this, many customers want to also have a real book so we added that option. The seeds starter pack is an additional offering that we ask our customers if they would like to get it. If our client does not want these items, she...
