This deals with both Advertising and Billing/Collection issues This company falsely advertises tiny little booklets (that's the reality) and hides their prices and 'catches' of continuing to bill the credit card on file - and while it advertises a 100% money back guarantee, their small print says they charge a restocking fee that is greater than the product cost - plus they won't cancel an order but keep on billing I received a small 5xpage booklet (black and white that would have cost a buck or two to print off) and small packages of a few seeds each for the horrendous price of $and now they plan to bill me monthly for more seeds I didn't agree on??? I hope someone can shut this crooked company down for good

I purchased the four foot garden book from this company and never received an email confirmation, book or anything but they did charge my card $When I called the phone number that I found I get a recording that the business has closed their doors

We spoke with our customer *** *** today and informed her that we have issued a full credit of $for the third order of our Foot Farm Blueprint physical book as of today 4/7/We have also forwarded customer's confirmation email with access information to Foot Farm Blueprint eBook

We did receive an order from *** *** on the 17th of March It was for Urban Survival Playing Cards We did notice that he made a duplicate payment for the product We have reversed that order

On 4/29/16, I ordered a Clearly Filtered Pure Water Pitcher ($49.95) and a set of replacement filters for this pitcher ($47.95) from PerfectWaterPurifier.com, a subsidiary of Crisis Education, LLC (The money for the orders was taken from my account on the next business day, 5/2/16.) When I hadn't received the items by 5/17/16, I went to the PerfectWaterPurifier.com website and was greeted with the message, "Unfortunately due to financial hardship, Perfect Water Purifier is being forced to shut down & close it's doors We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience." We just spoke with customer today, 7/13/to ask what customer is requesting to be refunded on accountOur customer replied stating the following "I have called many times, but I only get a voice mail of how busy you are? I need to can this membership, but can never get to a human, just the voice saying use the emailSo here is the emailPlease cancel my account"We did reply to customer informing him that he did not have any memberships or any reocurring charges on his account and asked if he'd be more specific as to what he is needing cancelledOur customer has yet to respond to our response

I rec'd email that 'my order' was on its way I called as I had NOT placed an orderI was told I had ordered a year's supply of filters on1/I had NOTAlso was told it was being delivered to an address where I do not live (moved last year)Upon further investigation, was told that I now had FOUR accounts in my and my deceased father's names; this current order from the new fourth mystery account I had previously done business with Perfect Water Purifier, but not Crisis EducationI asked them how they had the debit card number, and the person did not know

I did not order this 4foot tower, & when I found the thk u letter hrs later, I immediately cancelled the order, April 26, 20016!! They did not acknowledge the cancellation & sent anywayI did receive some responses saying restock fee & they answered the phone for a supposed RMA # I Fedexed it bk to them & sent several emails for my money refund as web site statesNo answers at all, by phone or emails nowFedEx proof of return to there hands was May 5, - NOW days later still can't reach them in any, shape or form :-€ There would be a Big Hole in the there business location if I were closer to them or if I ever find the people that created this SCAM/business!!!
