Mr***’s billing situation has been resolvedAn amended statement reflecting charges for his own energy consumption was issued on 5/19/He has been granted Permission to Operate his solar system
Our position remains the sameSan Diego Gas and Electric’s review of the request for monetary compensation is not valid as Ms*** has not proved that she has incurred any actual damages or loss
If she feels the need to pursue legal action, that is her right

When will this happen? What is the timeline? How is this an acceptable response from a businessThey knew they sent it to the wrong place two weeks ago cause I told themDid they not stop payment yet? They informed me that they could not cut a check outside the system , which is absolute nonsenseAs far as I can tell I will not receive this refundSo their response is unacceptableWhat I hear is i'll get paid whenever they feel like it

I have been trying to get a electric meter set and start service to my home for months-I have satisfied all of SDG&E's requirements, but still they will not come out and set a meterI do not know why, Monday I spent two hours waiting for a call back at my sisters house from the SDG&E customer service numberA call never cameYesterday I drove over miles to what I thought was a SDG&E branch in Escondido to try and resolve this problem: it was a payment only facility and could not extend any assistance to meI literally have nowhere else to turnSDG&E will not help me with this problemI do not know what I have done to anger them.Desired Outcome: Electrical power to my home after sixteen years of solar power

I apologize in advance for any rudeness or bluntly put comments but the extremely lame typical legal mumbo jumbo b.sPDF documents SDG&E attached in the last response absolutely did not defend themselves against the allegations against the giant Electric CompanyI might be a Hillbilly but God Almighty Himself knows that I sure the heck ain't dumb and let alone get screwed over by an immoral practiced, let's scam our poor customers over Electric Company like SDG&Eyears my wife, kids and I have been dealing with, watching and monitoring what SDG&E has been over charging us by an extremely high monthly ratesI know for a fact that our houses monthly KWH usage is no where even close to what SDG&E has been charging usI've attached photos of our houses solar equipment and whole house generator equipment, as well as my generators digital monitoring equipment tooWe are not the only SDG&E customers who they are scamming over, there's thousands of local San Diego residents who have and are expressing themselves along with they concernsI am not paying a service that I never used and I think I'm entitled to a refund for the paid overcharging on our residential accountThank you and have a wonderful dayI have a lot more photos to prove my defense

I have been out of town and would like to add my response to the inadequate response from SDGE. I do not think the response addresses one other very important issue in my complaint that generated the entire complaint and is SDGE's attempt to spin their billing practice and inadequacies. One of the issues in my complaint was that the correct bill was promptly paid by ACH in my complaint on 2-10-yet SDGE continued to threaten to terminate the power to my house a week after they were paid. This is not part of the prior complaint of and is only a spin projected by SDGE to mitigate their image of poor customer service. While I do not agree with their billing I had accepted it from the prior response to my complaint but to send me a final notice before termination well after they have been paid is why there was a new complaint and IS NOT PART OF THE ISSUE. I would like this response added as they are attempting to deny most of this complaint rather than address their service and payment processing that resulted in sending an intent to terminate power WELL AFTER BEING PAID ELECTRONICALLY.Thank You,***
