We have given you advanced noticed upon joining and have even pointed out in yellow the section where you have been advised of the increases. We mail out letters one month prior as a courtesy even though you as all members alike have been given advanced notice in your agreement. The member ([redacted]) was refunded her recent PT package in full and is asking for a refund for the month of February per her email to us. We cannot refund the month of February as the member has used the club. Despite a signed agreement, member wishes to receive another refund for a previous package from 18 months ago. A refund will not be provided at this time.

The club manager has confirmed that Mr. [redacted] chargeback of $195 has been written off. This leaves the member in good standing with $0 balance owed.

 They flipped their story. According to the [redacted] this was company policy and I proved them wrong, it's not no other club makes photocopied of ID's..  Now I'm hearing that it is just this clubs policy. You are a gym not a bank you guys don't know how to keep things secure I'm sorry even heard it from your own staff. I find it amazing that this is the only branch in all of [redacted] that does this and I should know I called every branch and confirmed with their [redacted]s.  All the [redacted]s said that this procedure is outrageous and unethical because information will get lost on these guest because they aren't protected as much as members information is; also this leaves you open to a possible law suit if anyone's identity gets stolen, be aware of that. Just stick to the company policy that all other crunch clubs follow is all I'm asking.

Good Afternoon, In October of 2015, The 13th to the 17th to be exact. ABC did a sweep of past due club accounts. Along with other [redacted] was on that list. When I saw this, I emailed Wes (AccountManager) at ABC and we went through the charges to see who was due a refund and who was not. In...

[redacted]'s case she canceled her PT in the middle of February and because Personal Training is a 30 day cancellation she was also charged for March. [redacted] was told this and decide to charge back 2 months of training for $800 total. When we disputed theCharge back I supplied her Credit card company her agreement and her cancellation paperwork. Her cc company sided with us and the 2 months were given back to us. Everything was in writing and the cc company could not find any fault in the charges.    In good faith we will be more that happy to extended [redacted] a complementary membership for the amount of time needed for her to finish the training sessions, since she canceled hers back in 2015. If afterward, she enjoys the atmosphere and ambiance of the club again, we will be more than willing to work with her on a new membership.          Yours in Health,        Anthony V[redacted]

[redacted] is refunding the member the $79.80 that was accidentally charged when the account reopened. The membership has been cancelled again and [redacted] will inform the member that they will be refunded the appropriate amount.

 Hello, I did not call the 866# however I spoke to [redacted] at Crunch Union Square and was dismissed. I accept that my dues will increase with adequate notice, however, no notice was given and when brought to the attention of staff dismissed. Is there record of a letter being sent to my address?
