Sahdula A. with Cyprus Air was very timely in arriving, courteous, and efficient.
He cleaned our gas fireplace and replaced the rocks and fiber that burns. He showed me some rust and recommended replacing the elements. However, I chose to wait until we have a problem. He then tried to sell me an attachment for our furnace to make the air quality better.
He was a very good technician and kept everything clean. However, I did not want to be asked to buy things at my annual maintenance appointment.

I am extremely satisfied with the customer service provided by Cyprus Air. The technician MJ was very knowledgeable about the system (gas fireplace).

I have a maintenance plan with Cyprus Air. I have always received courteous treatment from the staff. From scheduling the appointment to coordinating the arrival time of the technician, the staff was most helpful.
Today Ed M., Technician, came and performed the yearly check-up on my gas fireplace. He was very courteous and respectful. In addition, Ed protected my floors and carpet. More importantly, he reviewed my fireplace performance with me and thoroughly cleaned the area. I am very pleased with his work and the explanations he provided. I highly recommend Cyprus, Inc.!

The fireplace is working beautifully. The extent of work done on this service agreement visit demonstrated to us that Cyprus Air is committed to safety and performance with their products.

Marcellus, the technical did a very good job of servicing our gas fireplace. Knowledgeable and very polite. I'd ask for him again should I have problems in the future.

The Cyprus technician performed our annual checkup of our gas fireplace as part of our service agreement. He was prompt, meticulous and pleasant.

Installer was polite and informative in explaining the operation of the unit. Cleanup was thorough.

Had my annual gas log maintenance done today by Cyprus Air technician Sahdula. I was very pleased with his work. He was quick, efficient, and pleasant.

Cyprus Air is a pleasure to work with. The technician arrived on time, and explained what he was going to do. He protected my carpet with a cover and cleaned up after himself. I have been please with the work both times I have used them.

I want to commend the work of technician, Mike S., on my gas fireplace maintenance service call. He arrived promptly, was professional throughout, and very neat. He answered some questions I had about operating the unit and its remote. He solved a problem with a simple tightening of a screw thereby avoiding one of my pet peeves which is trying to "up sell"for additional work. I was very pleased with his service under my maintenance contract with Cyprus.

Cyprus Air was very efficient and thorough. They worked around unforeseen problems when they cropped up when replacing our HVAC system. Workmen were quite professional and respectful of our house, removing shoes indoors, not damaging the garden when replacing the external unit, and cleaning up after themselves when installation was done. While Cyprus wasn't the cheapest estimate we received, I believe they offered the best equipment for the price.

Derrick D. (Installer) and Eugene S. (CSR) make a good team. Both are professional and courteous Notification of anticipated time of arrival was given prior to the visit. Arrival time was adhered to and the job was completed in a timely manner.

Review: Today is July 7, 2014 the time is 10:00 AM Monday we bought a air-conditioning unit from Cyprus air heating and cooling in 2012 and we paid 4173 for it. It been two years since we had the unit and we have a 10 year warranty on parts and they will not honor it and I think it's unfair that we have to pay for any services after paying 4173 for the unit and the fan or blower went out in two years. That's not fair it's like if you buy a car brand-new and the transmission went out in two years. You shouldn't have to pay for anything. They should honor the warranty agreement.

And please consider I am disable only get paid once a month.

Also I have a sweating condition I really need my air.Desired Settlement: We have a ten-year warranty on parts and feel that we should not have to pay anything, and we have all repair slips and proof of warranty. We already paid $89 for them to come out and look at it, we would also like the money back. And we have proof of that.

It is our goal to ensure that our customers are served quickly , efficiently and affordably. The customer purchased a new system from us in 2012. Although the Manufacturer 10 Year Parts Warranty is still valid, the Labor Warranty expired last year. Customer was responsible only for labor cost to install the new blower motor in the amount of $589.00. Our General Manager communicated with the customer and offered a discount of $339.00. I am rejecting this response because:Dear Revdex.com I will do what ever you tell me to. I feel that it is very unfair that my unit went out in two years after we had it and we took care of it. We changed the filter and there is a flushing unit on the system and we cleaned it too. There is nothing blocking the vents and they are clean. We did everything we were told to do, and we were told that it was not man era so I feel we should not have to pay anything. He pay them $89 just to come out and they didn't fix it so I had another company come out and we pay them $120 and they didn't fix it. And then cyprus call and came up with $250 we wanted air so we paid, but again I feel we shouldn't have had to pay. So to satisfy us we are asking for the 89 back the one 120 back and the 250 back as though this problem never happen because the air conditioning is running correctly. Please remember this is a brand-new unit being taken care off nothing should have blown on it. And if nothing went wrong with the system we would not have paid any money, that's why we are asking for our money back.
