Immediately after the Revdex.com forwarded my complaint to Tough Mudder, I received an e-mail saying they would work with me and asked for some information. The next day they sent me an e-mail confirming that my request had been completed.

There was no misunderstanding. Tough Mudder needed to supply updated links in order to allow me to register for an open ticket. These links have now been provided and I have registered. The next step will be to transfer without charge to a 2016 race in my area when it is made available.

Tough Mudder has provided the customer with two different options to transfer to an event next year. We are awaiting his response on what option works best for him.

We are sorry that ** feels this way. While we wish we could accommodate **'s request, we have stated in our previous email this is against our policy that was agreed to during registration which states:I hereby understand and acknowledge that all fees and associated costs (including optional product purchases, spectator tickets, and donations), paid in registration for this Tough Mudder event are NOT REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON, under any circumstances, including but not limited to injury, a scheduling conflict, and/or event cancellation. I also understand that active duty or deployed military participants may be entitled to a refund on a case-by-case basis upon providing sufficient, official documentation regarding the deployment that conflicts with participating in the event.Despite our best efforts the customer will not accept this. Tough Mudder has provided every accommodation possible given our policies.

I have not received a refund for this event.  Their customer service department basically emailed me saying they won't be issuing a refund.  Until this happens I will not feel the issue is resolved.

employee provided worked correctly and allowed me to purchase a ticket for the transfer fee of roughly $30. As far as I can tell, my request has been completed to my satisfaction.---------My name is [Employee name] with the Mudder  Services team here at Tough Mudder and I would be happy to help you out here. You can use the link below to register for Tough Mudder Wisconsin on Sunday, October *, 2016. Add the $30 Late Transfer Participant Ticket type at the bottom and then select the orange 'REGISTER' button. On the following screen, provide the requested information to complete the registration process. If your teammates still need to transfer over as well please send over their names, emails, and order numbers.

Tough Mudder is in contact with the customer and will be making an exception for his case and issuing a refund.

We are in the process of resolving the issue.  The customer registered using the wrong email address and did not properly apply the discount code.

They...

have had all of our contact information already.  There is no need to "gather" the information as they have indicated.   We preregistered  many months before the event and they knew that my team was entitled to shirts along with the many other people long before the actual event.   They did collect our information the day of the event, which was a month ago, and said they would send us a shirt. No one has heard anything since and there are various posts by multiple unrelated parties on their [redacted] page indicating that Tough Mudder is not responding to their inquires.   This is a continual issue that many people are facing with poor customer service compounded by the fact that they refuse to give a phone number to contact someone. It appears that this is because they are contracting with a third party in another country to handle all customer inquiries. In addition since our event there has been no direct or indirect contact to inform the participants that they are in the process of giving us our under armour shirts. This includes no mass email even though they took all off our emails when they couldn't provide the shirts. It also includes no posts on their [redacted] page indicating that they are handling this matter.  So I fail to see what they exactly are doing that it takes a month to gather the information they already had available and they clearly are not making an effort to give the participants what was agreed to .   This is not a low budget even and many people pay a large entry fee to participate knowing that a decent portion of the cost goes towards the high quality shirts that are provided to the participants.  Until they can provide me with a tracking number for my product, this issue is not resolved.

been contacted by Tough Mudder, they requested to know if I'd like my tickets transferred to an open event tickets for use next year, I responded indicating yes, I await confirmation of completion.  This matter is not resolved until I've received confirmation that my tickets have been transferred.  Thank you
