Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They...
are saying that my claim was denied because I booked the event with a known injury history. However, I was not having issues with my medical issue at the time of booking and only recently have reaggravated the injury. I asked them to provide me with the information regarding where in their terms it specifically states that I could not claim a refund because of a known injury. They could not provide that information, which tells anyone with common sense that this is an invalid reason to deny a refund claim. They have redirected me back to the booking project team and have not resolved my issue.

Mudder did contact me via email today (10/**/16). The support staff advised that my volunteer codes should be working and provided links to redeem them. I clicked the link, followed the instructions from Luke and it did not work. The registration process attempted to charge me $230.78 for a race entry fee when it should be free. I responded back to Luke'e email at [redacted] and explained the outcome. I requested that he attempt manually register my two sons for the race. I am awaiting his response.WHY cant someone from Tough Mudder treat me like a valued customer/volunteer and take 10 freaking minutes to call me to resolve this issue??? I have been attempting to register my sons since September [redacted].Thank you for your assistance

Tough Mudder has waived Nick's transfer fee as a courtesy to him. He can now register for next year with no charge. This issue is now resolved.
