Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention [redacted] did speak to Attorney [redacted] on one occasion and did email him She and [redacted] thought the issue had been resolvedWe wish Attorney [redacted] had addressed this issue with [redacted] prior to starting the fence job instead of after the factThey could have come to an agreement at that time I recently heard about this matter and found Attorney [redacted] did have a signed contract where he agreed to pay Vista Fence to remove and haul away the existing fenceWhile speaking to [redacted] and the installers I discovered Attorney [redacted] had an issue with two large trees and brush pushing on the fence causing the fence to be damagedThe brush had grown through the fence making it hard to remove with out taking the fence with itAttorney [redacted] was advised, by [redacted] to have his trees and brush removed prior to us installing the new fence The tree service Attorney [redacted] used had to demolish part of the fence in order to get the trees and the brush outThey did remove about 80% of the fence panels and stacked them in the yard for Vista Fence to pick up, load and take for disposalThe panels, which were left in the ground, were removed by UsThe labor bid to remove the fence was $per foot for a total of $Since Attorney [redacted] only paid for his half of the good neighbor fence we calculate his demolition charge is $ We feel $would be more than appropriate since we did have to pick up the stacked fence and haul it away along with the portion of the fence we removed Please let us know if $will resolve this issue Respectfully, [redacted] Vista Fence Co., Inc

I took my vehicle to Sewell Ford in Odessa to work on a problem related to a previous problem that was not repaired properly, they fixed the issue but while my vehicle was in their possession it received hail damage I noticed the damage after we left their location so I called and spoke to ***, she is the service rep that I had been dealing with [redacted] told me that all of the vehicles that had been on their lot the night before had suffered hail damage but she did not tell me about that when I picked up my truck She then told me that since this was an act of God there was nothing they would do about it, I asked to to talk to her supervisor The next day the service manager called me and basically told me the same thing, it's an act of God I told him that if they had fixed my vehicle right back in October it would not have been on their lot during the storm and he agreed that they messed up by not fixing it properly to begin with I again explained that my vehicle would not ha

I used Vista fence on my new house buildWe had an excellent service, advise, and productWe had them fence our entire acres property in alumiguard fencing David was most helpful in the whole processI would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a reputable company with great service and productFair pricing too

I would just like to stress that I only have a minute lunch, (which Dairy Queen used all of) and me and some co workers came to this Dairy Queen (Gahanna, Ohio) on Granville StreetThe person at the window was rude and short with me I ordered a double cheese burger which they gave me plain with nothing on it at allMy friend got a flame thrower chicken sandwich which she asked for crispy but got grilled with barley any sauce at allI called and they seemed to not care at all stating 'that's the way a cheese burger comes, unless you ask for stuff on it.' Then it should be pictured that way$down the drain for crappy food and crappy serviceI have made all my co workers aware and I will probably being going to the Revdex.com as well as posting on your facebook wall and mine unless something is done about this

Our client, the Dairy Queen located in Caseyville, Illinois, received a notification of a complaint from a customer, [redacted] The manager, [redacted] , contacted Ms [redacted] and offered her a $gift card for her troubles Ms [redacted] told the manager that she was going to contact [redacted] from Fox news and has yet to claim her gift card The ironic thing about Ms [redacted] ’ complaint is that the store does not even carry sides of cheese to offer to customers I was also informed that the customer appeared to be under the influence of some type of substance on the date of this incident[redacted] , CMCAProfessional Consultants & Management, Inc[redacted] *Swansea, IL ***Phone: [redacted] Fax: [redacted]

Sara, Thank you for your response back, unfortunately the response "still waiting" does not acknowledge our terms of agreement We would need him to acknowledge by receiving the full refund for the removal of the fence including his portion and his neighbors portion, he will be responsible to supply the neighbor with their portion of the refund should the neighbor request any refund for the removal of the fence from us at any later timeAs we will defer the neighbor to Mr [redacted] for any refunds, as well as supply the neighbor with the acknowledgment stating he will be responsible to pay neighbor directly Acknowledging and agreeing to those terms are required in order for us to provide any refundThank you for your time and attention to this matter ***

Our Dairy Queen is independently owned and operatedThe TV advertisement, .produced by Dai,y Queen corporate contained a disclaimer indicating the offer was valid at "Participating stores only"We chose not to participate in this promotionAdditionally, there was no point of purchase materials displayed at the location indicating we participated in this offerWe did participate in a similar promotion earlier in the springRegarding register tapes distributed by Price Chopper, the company who provides Price Chopper with these tapes, [redacted] ( [redacted] ***), produced and distributed these coupons without my authorizationWe are taking legal action against this company

I was onsite the day of this issue with the wrong sandwich being given to the customer, we immediately made another sandwichI called and invited the customer back out to the restaurant to review surveillance of the kitchen re making the sandwich , however the customer refused to meet with me

Took my truck in for over spray paint removal, the day I picked up my truck noticed white specks and scratches all over my truckAt 1st thought that it was paint still on it, was told by employee that they are chips from rockI have rock chips all over my truck doors and scratches too on top of my hood and tail gate! Then I get into my truck my mileage was excessive tooMy truck stereo was not the same I listen to Sirius radio and another phone had been synced to my truck as wellI do not live in that area and contacted the manager showed him the damage, mileage as wellMy issuance referred me to this company! Do not take your vehicle to this dealership ethics are dishonest and horrific!!

We bought a set of tracks from D and J and it was a great experience Not only are they super knowledgable on what they are selling, I could not beat the price anywhere After I installed the new set of tracks, they also helped me sell my old tracks What a great service! I look forward to doing business with D and J again in the future
