with a customer by the name of Mr. Chris *. I had reason to believe Mr. Chris was upset and I believe I handled the situation to the best of my ability, however Mr. Chris reserves the right to say otherwise. Mr. Chris filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and the resulting complaint had an attached ID of: [redacted].From the memory I can recollect, I would like to go over the dialogue that occurred between me and [redacted]. I have to preface; that this is not verbatim but in hindsight if I knew I would be composing this email I probably would have recorded the conversation. Me: Hello, what can I help you with?[redacted].: Hi, I have a cake for pick up.Me: Ok, what is the pick up name on the Cake?I don't remember what the pick up name was but that was not the issue. I was easily able to locate his cake from the designated freezer. I did realize that the cake was wrong even before he did and what he didn't tell you was that when I approached him with the cake and I actually told him the cake was not made correctly based on his requests, even before he saw the cake. The dialogue continues:[redacted].: Clearly that is not what I ordered.Me.: Yes sir I understand that but due to the fact that we don't have a cake decorator on site at the current moment, I will not be able to promise you arrangements to the cake at this point and actually such arrangements can't be made till the cake decorator comes to work, two days from now, (48 hours).[redacted].: Ok, can I speak to [redacted].Me: Sir, I am [redacted].[redacted]. Ok, can I speak with your boss?At this point I remember that my attitude towards the conversation changed and the tone of my voice would have come off as rude to some.Me: My dad is my boss and anything you would say to me, I would relay to him anyways.[redacted].: So, if I am understanding you correctly, you are giving me a cake that you identified as wrong and you want me to pay full price for it.Me: No sir, you are not understanding me correctly because I never discussed the price with you.[redacted].: Ok, so what are you willing to do with the price?Me: I will give you $3.00 off the original price of the cake.Then Mr. Chris had a puzzled look on his face as he was looking at his phone. I waited for him to respond and basically he reluctantly said he would take the cake. Mr. Chris gave me his credit card and I processed the transaction at the discounted price agreed upon. I honestly thought we had peace in the valley. After I gave Mr. Chris his card and his receipt he took his cake from off the counter and proceeded to walk towards the door. He turned back to look at me and continue the dialogue:[redacted].: I have a question for you, have you ever heard the term that the customer is always right?Me: Yes sir, I have heard that but when in our conversation did I tell you that you were wrong?Then he scuffled at me and made his way out of the door. In the complaint Mr. Chris mentions two guys that were standing behind him and makes the case that it was unprofessional for me to talk to Mr. Chris the way I did given that there was an audience so to speak. I thought it might be of importance that you know both of the guys behind him were joking about him once he left and one of the guys behind him said, "Some people just want things for free these days." We're very happy with Vista Fence. They installed a black metal fence on the border of our property. It looks great and their price was fair.

Thank you for your response back, unfortunately the response "still waiting" does not acknowledge our terms of agreement. 
We would need him to acknowledge by receiving the full refund for the removal of the fence including his portion and his neighbors portion, he will be responsible to supply the neighbor with their portion of the refund should the neighbor request any refund for the removal of the fence from us at any later time. As we will defer the neighbor to Mr. [redacted] for any refunds, as well as supply the neighbor with the acknowledgment stating he will be responsible to pay neighbor directly. 
Acknowledging and agreeing to those terms are required in order for us to provide any refund. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

at dairy queen always treat our customers first priority and whenever there is a problem or unsatisfied customer we give them coupons or refund or exchange and of course apology too. I was not there that nite and nor was the mother of her children so we don’t know of any bad language committed by anyone. I have spoken with employees .according to video I can only confirm that it was a busy nite and the machines where down last minute that’s why it took so long. but we offered them exchange or gift card and they still weren't happy with. we don’t have any fudge bar for $1 as she mentioned. the minimum is $1.59 . when they called the machine was working but when they got there it was down. also  it could have been some other customer that have called them fat a..
the manager called her and tried to reason with her and assured her the employee didn't do it but she wasn't happy and called as lairs and hang up before we even offer them a solution. at the same time the last 2 weeks I believe they have been harassing my employees calling or having some relative or boyfriend call and make rude comments according to employees. I also wonder how a child with serious health problem could have heard or knew who said it? and we are not responsible for her child weight gain  as mentioned in her letter .
we contacted the customer today and apologized again and was told to pick up her refunds. she said will be there tomorrow or so.

addressed this issue with [redacted] prior to starting the fence job instead of after the fact. They could have come to an agreement at that time.   I recently heard about this matter and found Attorney [redacted] did have a signed contract where he agreed to pay Vista Fence to remove and haul away the existing fence. While speaking to [redacted] and the installers I discovered Attorney [redacted] had an issue with two large trees and brush pushing on the fence causing the fence to be damaged. The brush had grown through the fence making it hard to remove with out taking the fence with it. Attorney [redacted] was advised, by [redacted] to have his trees and brush removed prior to us installing the new fence.  The tree service Attorney [redacted] used had to demolish part of the fence in order to get the trees and the brush out. They did remove about 80% of the fence panels and stacked them in the yard for Vista Fence to pick up, load and take for disposal. The panels, which were left in the ground, were removed by Us. The labor bid to remove the fence was $.50 per foot for a total of  $42.00. Since Attorney [redacted] only paid for his half of the good neighbor fence we calculate his demolition charge is $21.00.   We feel $20.00 would be more than appropriate since we did have to pick up the stacked fence and haul it away along with the portion of the fence we removed.  Please let us know if $20.00 will resolve this issue.   Respectfully, [redacted] Vista Fence Co., Inc.

I would just like to stress that I only have a 30 minute lunch, (which Dairy Queen used all of) and me and some co workers came to this Dairy Queen (Gahanna, Ohio) on Granville Street. The person at the window was rude and short with me I ordered a double cheese burger which they gave me plain with nothing on it at all. My friend got a flame thrower chicken sandwich which she asked for crispy but got grilled with barley any sauce at all. I called and they seemed to not care at all stating 'that's the way a cheese burger comes, unless you ask for stuff on it.' Then it should be pictured that way. $19.29 down the drain for crappy food and crappy service. I have made all my co workers aware and I will probably being going to the Revdex.com as well as posting on your facebook wall and mine unless something is done about this.

[redacted] Scott talking on phone as he arrived , kept us waiting, sometime while he finished his phone call  and arrived  approximate  1 hour later than expected.   Ridiculous excuse , by owner, I think he was confused and of coarse he would not have been able to do the back bushes  as he said.  Which is why I asked him if he was alone? He said yes to that question and I said you will be here all night.  He was alone it was 4:30pm , no chipper, no nothing no other person. He was confused as to what he was hired to do. He  Bit off more than he could chew at that movement possible was sorry he quoted the price of $250 for the back? . As I recall his exact words "  he said I forget sometimes, get someone else to do the job" Yeah thats real professional not really.  And actually Scott did not let me speak much  at all I had started to say what I wanted for the back , after I said you are not doing the front bushes.  You are here to do back then he started backing away without letting me get any words out as to what was to be done.   What kind of business blames the customer for their lack of performance?  You know a job badly done or  no performance at all gets related to others as well as showing up on a Revdex.com complaint.  Its up to him.  This is accurate on my part he himself, says he forgets.  I do not.

I have had nothing but positive results with Strictly Health Corp.'s product Fenvir. The shipping is timely and I have never had a problem with the automated monthly billing. Although, the product is expensive and I do occasionally receive a bottle that has a few pills that are loose and not well put together, there is no other product dispensed by a doctor or homeopathic that I have ever found that helped like this antiviral product. I used Vista fence on my new house build. We had an excellent service, advise, and product. We had them fence our entire 1.25 acres property in alumiguard fencing.
David was most helpful in the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a reputable company with great service and product. Fair pricing too.
