This issue has been going on for close to monthsBased on the email correspondence between the door supplier, and the shipping company in question (GlobalTranz), there is no more possible information that could be relevant to
this case. This is another example of GlobalTranz, delaying in transference of information or basis for the denial of this damage claim. The only remedy for this complaint is payment in full, of the requested amount of the claimThe response given "that they need more information" is not acceptable in any form

The customer shipped with us from 11/until current, in total there have been inside delivery charges totaling $587.00. In review of the customers account we were unable to find any disputes submitted for inside delivery servicesIf the service was not provided at the time of delivery we
need to be notified to dispute the charges with the carrierPer our terms and conditions the customer is liable for any charges assessed by the carrier and that disputes must be submitted in writing specifically indicating the nature of the disputeWe would be more than happy to look into the disputed charges for the clientAt this time we are unable to credit the customer for the amount stated as our record indicate that the services were provided and that no dispute has been filedThere is also a large discrepancy in the amount claimed for services not providedI have attached a copy of our terms and conditions for your reviewPlease refer to section Please reach out to our corporate office so that we can assist in reviewing these charges further.Thank you,

Unfortunately, our disputes were not validated with the carrier and our request for refund was denied. Per our Terms and Conditions customer is responsible for all charges

They are not truthful, I called many times and filed complaint with them , They quoted me a price and I paid them , I gave them another correct dimensions and weight , They charged me without authorization and have never called me back, That are not telling the truthThey keep stringing me along and will not return calls or reply and handle the refund

It is the responsibility of the shipper to provide the carrier with the correct freight upon pickup, regardless of what the BOL states the carrier will take the freight as instructed. Please note that we are a brokerThe customer cannot refuse to pay GlobalTranz because of a dispute against
the trucking companyWe did attempt to dispute the charges with the carrier through our courtesy dispute process however the dispute was denied by the carrierThe customer can file a dispute directly with the carrier since we were not able to win through our courtesy dispute process The customer is legally obligated to pay the entire balance it owes to GlobalTranz for its brokerage services.Thank you,

As previously requested, we must have a copy of an actual invoice from DFS Global Tranz reflecting the total dollar amount being credited to our account before we will consider this resolvedWe've been told numerous times from different DFS employees that this was removed from our account only it never has been!ALL we need is an invoice copy reflecting the credited amount they claim has already been applied AS we do NOT want to receive ANY more PAST DUE notices or Collection THREATS!

For load *** our records show that we could not get a trucking company to pick up the freight and that this load was canceled 4/3/Due to the service request being canceled we do not feel as if we owe the amount requestedWe are a freight broker that connects shippers with the trucking
companies due many circumstances loads may be delayed or canceled

the problem is Globaltranz is just wasting the time This answer has been provided to me in January and after that has to be resolved at the level of Daniel P***.Basically, an internal back and forth at the expense of the customer

We were billed additional charges from *** *** for BOL *** / PRO *** for a reclassification and reweighAll quotes are based on the information provided at the time of bookingThe actual charges are determined by the actual shipment characteristics, and any accessorial charges
are applicable to the shipment at the time the shipment is picked upThese charges can be disputed with the carrier through our Invoice Resolution teamI have reached out to the Invoice Resolution team and they do not show a dispute being submittedIn order for us to dispute these charges we will need a packing list and spec sheetPlease provide this information so we can submit this dispute through our courtesy claims processI have also attached our terms and conditions, please refer to section for the determination of chargesAt this time all charges are deemed as valid until we receive the requested documents in order for us to properly dispute the additional charges with the carrier.Should there be any questions on this process the customer can reach out to me directly so I can assist them in this process. This notice was dated 5/6/Since this date no additional charges have been charges against the accountThe reclassification charges are deemed as valid and must be paid

Unfortunately, in a carrier dispute situation, the burden of proof is on the customer. The carrier would not be providing documents, the customer would need to be providing the documentation to disprove the additional charges. The disputes were lost and, per our terms and conditions, are due by the customer

Hello, per our agent Kerrie, these charges are valid. We were not advised that the pickup was residential and that delivery was to a storage facility, those services do come with a cost from carriers. Per your details, you requested liftgate at both pick up and delivery. Seeing
that the pallet had to be broken down by the supplier, this is likely where the detention/driver wait occurred Our terms and conditions do state that quoted amounts are not final prices and all loads moved are subject to accessorial charges
