I hit the wrong button when I was replying back and this is not resolved, yes I did have the truck for over a year and it has been problems from the start, enclosed is a Vehicle Health Inspection from *** *** *** of *** one year to the date that I brought the car If I was not sold a lemon then it should not have all the problem in this report even the one that they said they fixed(I have all the bills from the time I got the truck if you need those as well)I work two jobs I go from my home in Dorchester to the Airport back home to take a nap then to my second job at *** *** *** from there I go to the Airport the next morning, there is no way I did the damage on this truck that is in this report just going back and forth to my jobs.I am very frustrated and would like to get all of my money back and give them back the truck but I know that is not possible However I would like the money that I spent on getting it repaired and to give them the truck back, since then I have purchased another Truck so now I have two I don't want theirs I don't feel like the customer services was the best now they are offering to fix everything at no charge to me why now?Any help that you can give me on this I will appreciate it, also you may give any information to *** on this I am not at a computer that much and she know what is going on with this. I am writing a response for my second rejection of the business answer. In their response they clearly state that the tires would pass inspection. If this is true then why was I told they would not and they would "fail" my state inspection if I did not buy new tires. Obviously this was an attempt, which worked, to get me to buy a new set of tires which I did not need

Ms*** had the rear brakes cleaned and adjusted on 11-19-the vehicle had 27,miles on it. She came in on 9-7-and stated there is a screeching noise when braking the vehicle now has 37,miles on it. We found the front brake rotors to be slightly pitted. Ms***
was quoted to replace the front rotors but we could also try and resurface them at less expense. The front brake pads are fine at 7mm. The braking system is working fine and this is not a safety issue for the customer. Some noise is considered and brake wear is not covered under by the manufacturers warranty

The biggest issue with the complain was that I was told that I couldn't drive the truck without replacing the tires I would have taken it to another dealer to have the tires reevaluated but I was told that it would be "failed" and that I wasn't supposed to drive it without resolving the issue which required replacing tires I do not consider this matter resolved and would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed

Mr*** purchased a * *** with an MSRP of $36,for $32,345. The internet quote he received was on a *** with an MSRP of $32,and a selling price of $30,233. There was a mistake on the vehicle identification number on the internet inquiry which Mr*** was made aware
of.We would be glad to sell the *** for the price that was quoted for the *** if Mr*** would prefer that vehicle

You have the refund check Please close your complaint

After speaking with the general manager at Ira Subaru, we agreed on the damages being fixed properly, at the minimal cost to the dealership and time down for my vehicleI wanted to ensure that the car was not painted beyond sale value for future decisions if I do decide to sell and that this option would allow my car to keep its full value without more than regular depreciationThe GM offered to install clear bra on the front of the vehicle as a good will service from them to help protect future damages, rock chips etcI accepted these provisions above and removed all negative reviews online to reflect positiveThank you

Again, the car had no previous issues before I brought it in

We do not intend to offer any considerations on this. Our staff went above and beyond getting trucks for this customer, sending drivers around and paying them to go plus gas, plus mileage plus flooring interest cost to keep these trucks on our lot when we never intended on owning them, the customer had agreed to purchase the first truck, and then changed his mind agreeing to buy the second truck "promising this was the right truck". The customer signed off on the worksheet that clearly says "ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

[If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.]It's not 110%It's 10%Nothing has been shown to me in terms of cost of any new vehicle I'm interested inJust monthly paymentsThe car, according multiple reputable sites is worth more than what you're offering me with 10% added onI am just looking for what's fair hereJust because I did not purchase my vehicle with Ira doesn't mean that I should have the percentage knocked downI have had ZERO repairs done on my vehicle, it's not a Toyota, but the value on a gently used Honda is still one of the highest in the country Regards,

Mr *** was terminated recently from the company for an integrity issue. He received a copy of the contract when he purchased the ***. The statement that we charge $to receive a copy of the contract is completely false. We can provide another copy any time he wants

*** came in with is Girlfriend to purchase a *** and trad in his *** truck that is in his name and has a loan on it in his name. He selected a truck we did not have in stock that we had to go and get elsewhere, he agreed to the numbers and left us a $non refundable deposit. The truck arrived and *** came in to see it, once here he decided he wanted a different model with more equipment, so we found another truck, *** agreed to it and promised to my Sales Manager *** that this was the truck he wanted for sure. *** knew it would take a few days to wrap this one up since it was further away, at no time during this transaction did they want us to change the buyer info and the true buyer to the lender is the one who is on the credit app first and trading in a car in their name. Once the 2nd truck arrived we reached out to *** to let him know it was here, we never heard back from him until days later when his Girlfriend called saying they no longer wanted the truck. Ira Toyota purchased trucks for ***, sent paid and insured drivers to get these trucks knowing *** had agreed to the purchase. Once we found out he was not buying the truck we offset the expense sot have these trucks and get them with the Non Refundable deposit they gave us and signed off on. See attached agreement

Mr*** purchased a used vehicle from Ira Lexus with 43,miles on it. He signed a copy of the *** ** *** Limited Used Vehicle Warranty. Based on the mileage and year of the vehicle he had days or 2,miles of warranty. Ira Lexus has replaced the
headlight, fixed the air conditioning and suspension issues all at ZERO cost to Mr***. This work was done in May well past the Massachusetts Limited Used Vehicle Warranty. Ira Lexus incurred a cost of $2,to correct these issues.Mr*** did purchase an extended service contract which is valid for months or 50k miles from the date and mileage of purchase. There is a $deductible for covered items. This coverage is good at any repair facility they just need to get prior authorization before performing any work.None of the items listed above are safety issues from 1-11-and look like regular maintenance recommendations. We disagree that Mr*** purchased a lemon as he has used the vehicle for over a year. Ira Lexus apologized that Mr*** had some issues with the vehicle but we stepped up and corrected them at no cost to him

Revdex.com:Why did Toyota failed to disclose to me of the tires issues before purchase. Why will two bad tires wears and tires simultaneously within year of purchase.Toyota has wrong tires in my vehicle and a former employee disclosed this to me.I pay $30,for this vehicle and the very day I buy and dropped off I noticed this very issues but I instead thought I was the wrong condition in till about later my mechanic told of the recall and this very issues.Toyota confirmed it but failed to act accordingly instead demanded that I pay extra $to repair my vehicle. This is illegal and unfair business practice.

Mr*** bought his car in on 9-6-with 111,miles and requested the following items. Oil and filter change, customer states engine coolant light comes on and off, customer states rattle from the front end, brakes squeaking, Mass State inspection sticker. Specific to the
coolant light: We verified coolant level low pressure tested coolant system and found no external leaks at the time. Filled coolant to proper level and told customer it needed to be monitored.Vehicle was brought back in 11-3-with 111,miles. Customer stated coolant light on and engine running hot. We found the coolant leaking from the crank case sensor and recommended the repair which Mr*** declined. It is also stated on the repair order that the vehicle should not be driven in this condition. The customer has all of this documentation and has signed it.We value Mr***'s business and would be glad to work with him on the cost to repair the coolant leak on his vehicle. We won't be refunding him for money that had nothing to do with the coolant leak

Mr*** came in and had recall work performed on his vehicle 4-23. There were recalls performed at that time one was related to a power window master switch and the 2nd was related to possible windshield wiper motor corrosion. The vehicle was brought back on 4-and the
customer stated air not blowing out of dash vents only defrost and floor since recall work performed. We diagnosed the issue as the blower motor not moving air out of the dash vents. To correct this issue the blower motor would need to be replaced. We performed this diagnosis at no charge to Mr***. There is not correlation to the recall work that was performed and the blower motor malfunctioning. The technician was not working in the area of the blower motor. Our dealership has no history with Mr***'s *** with 83k miles other than the recall visit and subsequent free diagnosis on 4-25. We did notice in the history the customer had purchased an extended service contract from the selling dealer but had subsequently canceled the contract. The extended service contract would have covered this failure.

I put a down payment down for a truck Ira toyata was allready haveing shiped to them as a hold so I could see yhe truck when it arrived.the dealer as you can see in the pictures of the recipts failed to put my name on my receipt for my money.they put *** *** who is my fianceIts my card my money..the teuck got to ira and it was smaller than I had hioed and not how it was discribed I didnt want it I was told a bigger truck was available they had to get at this puont not one person at ira toyata could give me a strate price or quote and had two men speak to me as if to a child and I was completely offended and left the dealer I was told I could not have my money back becouse they had to get a truck on the lotI disagree I would have bot the truck if they listened or were not completely rude and offensive the dealer is Ira toyata danvers ma *** *** ** I made the down payment march as you can see on the receiptAnd have been asking for a refound seance march 13th aprox . There is always more than one side to the story. We are sorry you feel that way.On April 20th Mr*** left a message for regarding a refund for work we had performed. I spoke with those involved and they both remembered working on it and performing the services. At this point I contacted Mr*** and he stated that his local mechanic had looked at his truck and said that none of the fluids had been changed. (Power Steering, Trans, Brake & Diff Oil) So the customer authorized “his mechanic” to replace all the fluids. So he felt that “his mechanic” stated the fluids looked dirty then we should refund the him I advised Mr*** that I had checked with the technician and remembered the truck and did perform the fluid services. Mr*** thanked me and hung up. mins later Mr*** called back and was no demanding I refund him. He became very rude and started to yelling and swearing saying that he believes “his mechanic” over a huge dealer & that he has been using him for yearsHe also stated that he always does his research before using a business and “his mechanic” has a star rating and we only have a star rating. I stated ok that being said, does he have any test strips showing the fluid was bad? Or did anyone contact us to let us know the condition of the fluid? It was adding up and again without calling us prior or providing any proof I wouldn’t issue a refund. Mr*** then stated he will slam Ira on all Social media and contact the Revdex.com unless I refund him $He also stated his sister is a lawyer and she will send us a letter. He also stated we are a multi-million dollar company who lies to everyone so $is nothing. Mr*** continued to scream & swear and said he will slam us on review sites and to have a great day.

The rear brake pads and rotors were replaced on the vehicle prior to being sold. The oil and filter service was also performed. The front brake pads measured at 7mm which is approximately 70% of a new pad and did not warrant replacement. Neither the 2nd key or new floor mats were
promised to the customer as part of the transaction. The customer also signed a document stating there was nothing owed by the dealership to the customer on this transaction. That being said I'm discussing the situation with the customer and am confident we can come to a mutally agreeable solution
