I hope you got the email form Mr*** giving you permission to speak to me on his behalf on this matter. We were looking over the response sent today at 11:06 am, and we just want to be clear on a few things. We knew that we were not going to get back the full *** of the vehicle.What is the Market Value on this Truck right now?Most of the miles that were put on the vehicle was when he has to go back and forth to Danvers to get the vehicle fixed.Did their decision have anything to do with the letter that he received form *** *** letting him know that they sent this to the Customer Relations Manager at *** USA because no one wants a “bad name” no one. Please let us know, like I said from the beginning from the time he left with the car he has had nothing but problems and yes IRA has stepped up and fixed some things but that report speaks for its self he did not make that up. He is not a trouble maker, all he wants is this resolved as soon as possible I know it says we have ten days to reply, I would like to hear what *** USA has to say also. Ms*** would have received the documentation she is requesting as every customer leaves the dealership with a copy of the repair order for their visit. I would be glad to forward a copy

Mr*** brought his *** with 117,miles in for service on March 4th. Ira Toyota performed all the work requested and takes offense to the insinuation that we did not do the work performed that Mr*** paid us to do. Integrity is a core value of our company that we
take very seriously I have spoken to the employees involved in the transaction and have complete confidence the work was done. Mr*** has a copy of this work repair order # ***.Mr*** contacted the dealership on April 20th almost weeks from when his car was serviced here demanding a refund. It's not logical Mr*** authorized another mechanic to perform and pay to do the same work he felt was just done weeks prior.If he had given us the opportunity we would have been glad to inspect the vehicle with both his mechanic and Mr***

The advertisement is very specific and states we will give trade value UP TO 130% of *** *** *** (***) value. The value is based on mileage and condition. Mr*** did not purchase his trade from our company the vehicle does not have the original manufacture stereo and has had
paint work on one of the doors. *** good condition is $18,we are offering $20,which is 110% of that value and well within what we have advertised.Mr*** owes approximately $26k on his current loan. Which is $5k more than the value of the vehicle. He is also looking at a $43k Tundra and trying to keep his payment the same. This isn't mathematically possible. The Ira Motor Group has honored what was advertised

of which were unpaid parking tickets of $that our company paid for you considering the issue with registrations. In addition due to the stringent inspection laws we have your original plates would not pass inspection which is out of our control and adds to the complexity. We agree 100% to having an independent 3rd party repair the area

We apologize the Mr*** is having an issue with his vehicle. Both the General Manager and the Service Manager will work to rectify the situation and get the vehicle back to Mr*** as soon as possible

Customer dropped car off to have recall performed. Customer stated both rear tires are wearing unevenly. Technician found both rear toe adjustments out of specification and the rear beam would need to be replaced to correct the concern. We gave the customer two options to
replace the beamOne with a new original manufactures equipment beam for $3,400 or a used one for $1,755. The customer declined both options. We also contacted Toyota on the customers behalf to see if they would assist which they declined.

The dealership is incorrectI brought the car in for a carbon clean in 9/and was told that was the service I was paying forThey lied to me and only changed my sparkplugsThe issue causing carbon buildup is a known problem with this model car and Lexus even had a recall program to perform carbon cleans at no costThey refused to perform the service under the recall and said they would have to charge me $I agreed because I needed the car fixed and had no other choiceThey now claim they never performed the service I paid for and want to charge me again..Regards,

The info on the contract is not clearly marked and if your company knows that the date on agreement is actutally 5/21/that is the date that my contract should read not the I purchased my car. The year the car went in service that should be year state on my contract you do not put that date on my contract as the agreement effective date. Why is that it is fraud!

What I am requesting is the detailed report because the what the customer normally receives is a truncated version of the report.In any event, Mr ***, the Marketing Director was kind enough to send me the detailed reports which documented that on October 24th, after a mile drive test the grinding sound that I identified was confirmed by the technicianThis was due to the outer edge of the rotor not contacting the pad and rust build upThe rotor was re-surfaced and pads cleaned and road tested again by driving for miles.I have attached the service history to refresh the Service Manager's memory and he doesn't need to respond to my comments, I will update him after I have the brakes examined.

The tires were recommended because they were "chopped" the tread would have passed for State Inspection. There is no guaranteed mileage on tires. Length of tire life is based on driving habits, tire pressure, and alignment

Our response has not changed the tires would have passed for inspection

All extended service contracts begin from the original in service date the vehicle was sold. This is stated very clearly in the agreement the customer signed. Integrity is one of the core values of our company we do not intentionally mislead customers.I would be happy to sit with the
customer and review the contract she signed
