Mr*** was terminated for an integrity issue that we could take legal action and prosecute him for. The fact that he questions our companies integrity is laughable

Mr*** is mistaken on the interest rate on his loan. It is 11,.69% and was based on his personal credit, the length of the loan, the year of the vehicle he purchased, and the amount of money he put down ($0). There is an extended service contract on the vehicle. So we would be
more than happy to fix any verified issue that is covered under the contract.The bank loan is between Mr*** and *** Financial Services if he wishes to voluntary reposes the vehicle he can contact them directly

Revdex.com: Yhe dealer only gave me paper work to sine for one teuck the first one that was not what I was looking for the secound teuck is a different truck and price I do not see how its on me that another truck was ordred befor anything was ever run by me, the one paying..no financing was ever discussed with me for eather of these trucks im not shore who the dealer thought was going to pay for these trucks .this was one of the many reasons I left .no ine could explain to me when I would receive word if my choicen bank had given word on financing for this dealSo I dont see how ordering a truck when you dont know at all whos paying for it is on them ...

Good Morning,I am writing to respond to the complaint number *** filed by Mr*** *** *** regarding repairs performed on his *** ***Mr*** *** states we performed “unprofessional repairs” to the rear bumper of his vehicle.Mr*** *** filed a claim with *** Insurance
company for damages to the left rear quarter and the left side of the rear bumper coverAt the time his insurance company inspected the vehicle the damage to the right side of the bumper was presentThis was according to Mr*** *** who is the staff appraiser from *** Insurance CompanyThe estimate from *** was to repair the left side damages only to bring the vehicle back to pre accident conditionWe performed the repairs according to the estimate.Mr*** *** called me to complain that we did not repair his vehicle properly and that we returned the vehicle back to him with the damage on the right side not repairedHe stated he wanted the rear bumper cover should have been replaced I explained to him that I contacted his insurance company and spoke to Mr*** He stated the damage to the right side of the bumper was unrelated to the loss on the left side and they would not replace the cover due to the old damageMr*** *** wanted Ira Collision Center to replace the rear bumper at no cost to himI explained to him that we were not responsible to replace the bumper coverWe performed the repairs per the insurance company appraisalI gave Mr*** *** Mr***’s contact information so he could discuss this with his insurance companyI can only conclude that his insurance company refused to replace the bumper cover It was explained to Mr*** *** that he could file a claim with his insurance company but would most likely have a deductible.Ira Collision Center did nothing wrong in repairing the vehicleThe damage on the right side of the vehicle was present when the insurance company inspected the vehicle and when the vehicle was dropped off for repairsCould the estimator have pointed out the damage to him when he dropped off for repairs? Mr *** is mistaken he was here on 9-2-for a check engine light and recall The recall was performed at that time at no charge. The spark plugs were replaced to address the check engine light.The vehicle was here on 1-25-for an oil and filter service and the check engine light
was on again. The vehicles computer had stored a code for a misfire which Ira Lexus diagnosed and cleared at no charge to Mr***.The most recent visit the check engine light is on we are recommending a top engine clean and decarb service. The vehicle has 162,miles on it and multiple concerns can trigger the check engine light.Ira Lexus has performed factory recalls and diagnosed the check engine light previously at no expense to Mr***.Unfortunately a vehicle with that type of miles is going to need periodic repairs.

We apologize that our technician damaged the dash during the recall repair. *** *** spoke with Ms*** yesterday afternoon and agreed the repair done to the dash was not adequate. They have scheduled another visit to resolve the issue. Mr*** assured Ms
*** that the dash repair will be completed to her and her husband's satisfaction

I was shown a history of the services done on my car by one of the service technicians while waiting on the car on Wednesday.the brakes rotor was fixed in October The rotor was sent out to an outside vendor or whomever to be servicedI am not sure what information they have but I am requesting a full report of all services done on the car and I am going to take the car to a certified service mechanic outside of the *** network to have them review the service history and the brakesIf their findings coincide with ***'s response, I will be satisfied with their response.I would like to receive this report this coming week if possible so I can make the appointmentI am not comfortable driving with a screeching brake as I have never heard of a brakes with screeching noise being something that is safe to drive with.They can send it via email and also to my addressI look forward to receiving the full report.

We apologize that Mr***'s experience was less that satisfactory during his purchase of a ***. Integrity is one of the core values of our company so we would never purposely mislead a customer. There was a mistake on the web page in regard to trim level. The General
Manager of the store has spoken directly with the customer and apologized. The following is what occurred/transpired.Trim was listed in the ad as an XLE by mistake was supposed to be an LE modelThe MSRP Discount and Model number listed in the ad was for an LE modelWe told the customer we would honor the same discount from MSRP on any Trim he picked out.We fixed the ad as soon as we discovered itVehicle had miles on it because we installed heated seats per customer requestWe cut check and mailed out on 2/16/check has not been cashed as of yetCalled customer today he never received it I am cancelling original check and having one cut in the store for him to pick up tomorrow

The Ira Motor Groups response has not changed and our response is copied below. We would be glad to purchase the vehicle back at current market value. Based on the time Mr*** has had the vehicle and the mileage he has put on the vehicle to expect a full refund is not reasonable.Mr*** purchased a used vehicle from Ira Lexus with 43,miles on it. He signed a copy of the *** ** *** Limited Used Vehicle Warranty. Based on the mileage and year of the vehicle he had days or 2,miles of warranty. Ira Lexus has replaced the headlight, fixed the air conditioning and suspension issues all at ZERO cost to Mr***. This work was done in May well past the Massachusetts Limited Used Vehicle Warranty. Ira Lexus incurred a cost of $2,to correct these issues.Mr*** did purchase an extended service contract which is valid for months or 50k miles from the date and mileage of purchase. There is a $deductible for covered items. This coverage is good at any repair facility they just need to get prior authorization before performing any work.None of the items listed above are safety issues from 1-11-and look like regular maintenance recommendations.We disagree that Mr*** purchased a lemon as he has used the vehicle for over a year. Ira Lexus apologized that Mr*** had some issues with the vehicle but we stepped up and corrected them at no cost to him

The cancellation was processed weeks ago and the check was sent to *** bank. When the car is financed the refund is applied to reduce the principal of the loan. The monthly payment will remain the same but the term of the loan will be shortened by the refund. The customer will
incur the interest savings on those reduced payments. As of yesterday *** has still not cashed the check we sent. We will follow through and make sure the check is applied to the proper account and the principal on the original loan will be reduced

Ms *** terminated a lease early and leased another vehicle. She had payments in the amount of $1,due on her current lease. The dealership agreed to make the remaining payments on her current lease when she leased the new vehicle. Ms*** signed a form acknowledging
this The dealership made the remaining payments as agreed upon and I have provided that documentation to Mr***. When she received a bill for excess wear and tear and overdue mileage on the lease she terminated she says she was told that was part of the deal. This was neither told to her or what the dealership agreed to in writing (which has her signature on it).Because this was Ms***'s 2nd lease from our dealership I told Mr*** that we would pay for half of the excess mileage bill. I felt it wasn't fair for us to absorb the entire expense as we did not exceed the allowable miles on the lease, likely the reason Ms*** was trying to terminate the lease agreement early, as she was well over the miles she contracted for with more months before the contract expired.Mr*** stated he would prefer to go to court

It is rather unfortunate that IRA Toyota and specifically *** *** the Service Manager continue to stretch the truth.I will admit I made some mistakes in this transaction (see ***, its not that hard) After visiting IRA Toyota on March 4th and hearing squealing from my power steering pump, and feeling slippage in my transmission, I SHOULD have brought the truck to IRA Toyota for an inspection of their work My mistake.However, I did bring my truck to the local reputable mechanic to look at my power steering, transmission and two other unrelated issues a tuand exhaust manifold workI did this partly because of the exorbitant costs from IRA Toyota I paid $total for fluid exchanges (and the only one conducted was the oil change). While inspecting my vehicle, the local mechanic notified me that the rear differential gasket was broken and leaking, the power steering fluid was low and dirty The transmission plug had not been removed in some time, and when the fluid came out it was black like oil, and the magnetic strip on the plug was covered in metal shavings Additionally when inspecting the brake lines, and fluid reservoir it was determined the entire brake system needed to be flushed.I don't understand why Ira Toyota and *** are so adamant against admitting a mistake Maybe the service technician forgot to do the work, maybe he was overwhelmed on a busy day and let this job slip Maybe it is common practice at IRA Toyota to not perform the services paid for to unsuspecting consumers, an additional way to make more money off the consumer Regardless, IRA Toyota made a mistake and refuse to accept that fact.Additionally the service manager *** is very untruthful in his report Yes I got angry on the phone call, and told him if the refund was not provided I would contact my attorney, the Revdex.com, the State Attorney General and the Dealer Ratings websites listed on their receipts I am only following through with the only recourse of action when an unscrupulous business takes advantage of unsuspecting consumers.I also only got angry after *** mocked me during the phone call, telling me that I am "not an important enough customer" to be refunded, seeing as this was the only service I have ever had at IRA I tried to inform *** that I had previously purchased a Toyota Corrola in from IRA and had it serviced for almost three years there, in addition to a *** I had serviced on multiple occasions *** wouldn't stop talking over me in a condescending voice telling me that my opinion or story doesn't matter because its "My word versus his" and he would never agree to a refund.Bottom line, I paid for services which were never delivered, *** got called out on it and became very confrontational and aggressive It is unfortunate that a business I have spent thousands of dollars at is unwilling to admit that a mistake was made, and refund my $510.*** is a very aggressive, condescending, uncooperative, unscrupulous and rude individual I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with.Buyer beware at IRA Toyota and their suspect and shady business practices.Regards, *** *** Regards,

RA was previously notified several times verbally, as well as by certified letter to refund the uninstalled items amount back to the credit card with interest until said amount is creditedThis request has not been fulfilled as of this date*** already verified that the car mats had been in stock for awhile now since this complaint, and the rain guards had not been in production for awhile now even at the time of our purchaseWe had also requested some written explanations and an apology for the lack of professionalism and incorrect information given to us regarding these products when clearly IRA was holding our money for items they never intended for us to receiveThese items were also not fulfilled at this timeFrustrating customers for simple legal requests is incomprehensible.
