Trever of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and took the time I needed to explain all options in dealing with my plumbing problem He was patient in answering the many questions I had and did not exert any pressure on me to make an on-the-spot decisionI would definitely use his company for any future plumbing problems

I was notified prior to the technician arriving that he was on his wayJared arrived on-time, as promisedHe was courteous and cheerful, an indication that he likes his jobHe explained my options, and detailed various plans/offers that his company, Benjamin Franklin, providesNo hard sellHe never tried to push something on meHe completed his work quickly and efficientlyHe left the area impeccable Prior to his leaving he explained in detail what had been completed and asked me to call if there were any questions or concerns I might have later on I am very pleased with the work completed, the pricing and the staff at Benjamin Franklin

Mr*** did speak with me I believe on Monday, June 26th I apologized for the billing error and assured him it would be handled A credit in the amount of $was issued on one room to bring the total on the room to the $ The extra room billed at chewas
immediately credited back to his account the day he checked in It is unfortunate that financial institutions take much longer to place money back into an account than it does to take it away - average time on credits is 3-business days. As for having to change the room type - there really is no other option when guests need to be near each other There are very few doubles next to singles throughout the property and the weekend was nearly a sell out Mr*** was very lucky to have the rooms as close together as they were If Mr*** were to stay with us again, I would suggest parents and children in the same room - double beds with a roll-a-way or pull-out and he could save considerable money

Kristin, the scheduler, and Chris, the service tech, were very professional! Chris explained everything to me; the service was on time, quickly performed, and the bill was the amount I expected it to be

I am rejecting this response because:I know that it's every miles now that I am having this issueHow ever when I went to hyuandai to get serviced they had me come every miles not informing me that it wasn't requiredI asked about the mileage difference on my first two coupons and was told that it did not matterIt was for a four year contract every miles so instead I was using two coupons every I did not find out what went wrong until I spoke to a managerThe service department are not knowledgeable but still give out informationI was also informed by GIO that this isn't the first time this has happened

We've used Ben Franklin plumbers for about years and have always found the quality of their work and their service and staff to be excellent

We have been using Benjamin Franklin for many yearsI have always found them to be on time, efficient, as well as the job well done I have never had to call them back or had a botched jobMy experience today was no different that the many other services we have had from Benjamin PlumbingI would be happy to recommend then to anyone needing a good plumber

My statement for August came in There was another charge to my credit card from Days Inn for $on August 9, 2017 I have filed a fraud complaint with Wells Fargo since this has happened againCan you reopen
this case number and see what they are charging my card againI have not been To Taos NM since our last encounter. Re: ID # *** - Days Inn

Trever was very friendly and knowledgeable about plumbing He was prompt and very courteous He was able to get the job done quickly and right the first time

I have no choice but to accept this solution, It is my word against theirsI know that I spoke to a person but do not have a name to give you and that they acknowledged my desire to cancel the reservation
After this I will be sure and get a name and a number or whatever is needed
I Remember a saying that I used to hear and it is still true "Buyer Beware"

Our overall experience was positive The staff was polite, knowledgeable, punctual and always kept us informed The only negatives we have are (1) The overall price for everything is extremely expensive, (2) Our toilet tanks are now slightly crooked and not level after our toilets were reset and (3) The grout caulking job was kind of messy We still need a new water heater, but our budget didn't allow for us to get that replaced as everything else cost so much to get fixed At least we know the plumbing work was done properly and is warrantable Thank you BFP :-)

The plumbing technician arrived at the appointed timeI showed him what I wanted done and he did the job quickly and efficientlyI also asked him to give me an estimate on some other plumbing jobs I needed to have done around the houseHe did, gave me an estimate for the work to be done which I agreed to and will have him doLater in the day, I was called by Ben Franklin Plumbing to set up a time for the rest of the workThat was taken care ofThe plumbing techwas very pleasant, efficient and cleaned up to job site to my satisfaction
