Installed new garbage disposal and new hose to dishwasher All completed professionally and on time No pressure with up selling

There must be some mistake in your records. Though we were not in agreement as to all of the
facts, in the spirit of hospitality we wanted *** *** to be completely satisfied. Therefore our property refunded *** *** in full . On june 23, she was issued a complete refund of $(this includes the previously refunded 30%). Our guest relations department contacted *** *** and she was very happy with her complete refund.We are forwarding a copy of this email to *** ***If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us

I booked a room, opened the door and it smelled like paintHeater didn't work, it wouldn't turn onThe manager apologized and moved us upstairsIn that room the shower curtain was missing, the tub wouldn't drain, no hot water and the cold air would come in from under the doorI put a towel down and called the front desk asking for a discount (i had driven 12hrs, wasnt sure how far the next hotel would be so I stayed) he agreed to $(but didn't bring a shower curtain)In the morning I washed my hair in the sink and left (had to keep driving hours without a full shower)I then saw charges on my debit card hours later for $Called the business owner, he began cursing at me within min of the conversation starting (clearly anger issues) "*** ***" was used a lotHe was upset because I told him I could send him a screenshot of the double charge and wanted a refund on one of the charges plus the discount he promised, he kept insisting that he didn't double charge me along with more colorful wordsCalled corporate and they didnt seem to care either, said the business is in charge of refunding me, not themdays later I saw a refund on my account and still only gave me $discount, definitely not enough for the awful experienceI wasn't upset nor was I going to post bad reviews, I know things happen, but he crossed the line when he began cursing

Brad Thompson purchased above PRE-PAID reservation online.As per the terms of pre paid on line reservation posted on the web site, this reservation is non refundable(MrBrad should have known this when he made the reservation).Attached correspondance between us and Customer Care (days
Inn) is self explainatory.All records show that MrBrad did not call the front desk but made this reservation online which stated clear cancellatin policy.In view of all of the above facts, I regret that MrBrad's claim is not correct and dose not qualify for refund.Thank youNareshGM - Days Inn La Crosse

A timeline of activity on the account are as follows:
On March 6, 2017, Ms***'s checking account became negativeWe offered a no interest loan to assist her in bringing her account currentThe loan is 0% as long as payments are made timely, if they are not made timely; it becomes an interest-bearing loanShe agreed to the loan on March 27,
On April 4, 2017, the checking account became negative again but was cured on May 19, In addition, on May,19, Ms*** informed us that she would provide a payment on her delinquent loan in two weeksShe did not meet that time frame
On June 2, 2017, Ms*** wished to conduct business on a second account with the credit unionThat account also had a delinquent loan issuesShe wanted to negotiate a check and receive cash back without curing her delinquent accountWe told her that we could not accommodate the request and became upset
On June 27, - Ms*** called us and stated that she would pay off both loans by July 1, as she was receiving some type of settlementThe loans were due for June She did not pay the loans or bring them currentThe collections department once again attempted to contact her beginning July
On August 3, 2017, Ms*** finally contacted usShe informed us that she had received a settlement check but stated that she said she would pay off the loans by July She did pay both loans current and with a new due date of August
On August 23, she came to our branch office wishing to cash a checkShe was told that her loans were again delinquent and needed to be brought current to proceed with transactionsOur Branch contacted our collections department to inform than that Ms*** stated that she would not pay us another dime and to proceed with collections
On August 24, our account solutions repspoke with Ms***She state the loan is no longer a priority of hers because we would not let her cash check she needed to get her medicationWe have had no contact from her since
She has regularly received standard notices of delinquency and phone calls from our account solutions departmentWe followed standards for collections, which would include notices and telephone contacts
In all cases, it is best for borrowers who find themselves in difficult situations to contact us proactively, detail their circumstances, and work towards a payment planUnfortunately, that has not happened; however, we would welcome the opportunity to provide financial counseling

I had Cameron from BenFranklin to flush my water heater today Everything went well and he was considerate, patient and knowledgeable I would give their company a for promptness and reliability

JR was professional, courteous and efficient He asked permission before doing anything and completed the task quickly He answered all my questions

I wasn't able to get a quote over the phone or via email but because the cost could vary so muchThe staff was friendly and the plumber was on timeWe had a hour window and they called when someone was on their wayMy husband ended up helping to dig I the front yard to find the leak which was unexpected but they found it and fixed itThe plumber also checked our meter when all water was off to ensure there were no other leaksOverall good experience and cost less than I initially anticipated

Hello, I undersign Vick P., Manager of Shree Ram Hospitality IncDBA Days Inn Plainfield would like to present the facts and situation that happened during MS***'s stay Guest stayed there for nights, and when they checked out we had a strong order
of smoke smell from her room, so we charged her a $smoking feeIn the case that Ms*** filed through Revdex.com, Ms*** states that she never smoked in her life, but while talking to me on the phone Ms*** said that she only smokes outside, and in her carShe also filled a complain through Fire department that if she smoked in the room why didn't the smoke alaram go offI tried explaining her that there's a difference between smoke smell and fire smokeMsnever the less filled a complain, and the fire marshall inspected the room, and did not find any voilation on the fire alaram codeI have attached the letter from fire department. We deal with 100's of customers every week, and we do not charge $ every weekIf there was a problem that required such action, then and only then we charge the guest. I was able to do research on the situation and I was able to
find out details on the situationWe do have a vendor that applies
manufacturer authorized decals on our vehiclesThere was a hood wrap and tint
added to the *** from a vendor we did business withIn regards to those
specific items
we are prepared to work to a solution on making accommodations to
the concerns related to the hood wrap and the window tintI would like to
collect photos of the concerns and invoices for any work performed regarding
the hood and tint so we can work towards a resolution. Although we are unable to resolve the
satellite radio topic, the vehicle does receive a upfront discount from the manufacturer on all
vehicles to Hawaii and Alaska since the satellite does not workThat item is
not charged to the customer in lieu of it not operational in those two states.We definitely understand the frustration on the vehicles
various mechanical malfunctions and everything that gets affected by thatI am
unable to find any records if the customer was able to open a claim with *** in
regards to these malfunctions and the additional strain it has caused***
corporation can be helpful with these concerns with matching documentation of
how often issues come up, especially if the concerns are the exact same after
each attempt to repair the issueThe customer can contact *** at *** to
work towards retrieving any monetary reimbursements for the various
malfunctions occurring on the *** ***We will await the details we requested for the hood wrap and window tint
concerns and work to make the customer as happy as possible

I have used Benjamin Franklin (AKA Stampede) for many years I appreciate the care they take of my whole house I appreciate the reminders when it is time to change RO filters, drain the hot water heaters, and the follow up on major repairs I had a slab leak and required replumbing Mikey and Mike even did an extra task for me not related to plumbing but definitely related to customer satisfaction I recommend them wholeheartedly

I rented two rooms from Comfort Inn Suites on 7/8/ On 7/12/I went back to cancel the two rooms A woman by the name of Bridgette assist me with cancelling the two rooms When Bridgette looked in the cash register she stated that she didn't have enough money to give me back She went in the back and another woman by the name of Becky came out and stated that there was no cash on site I said to her the lady that just waited on me stated that she didn't have enough to give me back Becky stated oh no there is no money on site "I just went to the Bank, so there is no money" She wasn't very nice in the way that she said there was no money She also stated, well we are going to have to mail you a check I said to her well is there any way that you would have cash in the next few days and I can come back to get my refund she stated no I have called back several times and spoke with Bridgette, Becky and the original person whom I gave the money to f

I am rejecting this response because: I was not happy I already stated that I got a 20% discount, but was not happy about it I read the reviews for this hotel and the awards that they
have in their lobby, but I did not have a pleasant experience at all Having to look at rooms myself where the desert air is cooler than the temperature in the room to accommodate my family in a comfortable room is not an acceptable A night stay at a Wyndham property of my choice in California would be an acceptable compensation A good night for a bad night
