I am rejecting this response because:
The night attendent did NOT offer to go to the room to see the bed bug we saw crawling on the wall We left because we did not want our possessions contaminated by bed bugs We ended up staying at a higher priced motel, because it was now Saturday morning and weekend rates appliedWe spent less than a half hour in the room because we were out shopping for replacement essentials after we were robbed of our suitcases in Philadelphia The room was left in immaculate condition and our credit card charges should have been returned in full The motel is being exceptionally greedy in holding our credit card charges and refusing to give us a refund greater than fifty percent If the Days Inn personnel examined the room Saturday morning they would have seen that we did not use the room in the sense Their holding on to the room charge is a fraud, since we did not get a clean sanitary bed bug free room that we expected at our check-in
We consider the Days Inn at Freehold as an undesirable d destination for travelers and their management as only interested is squeezing money out of the facility, rather than providing a clean facility for travelers

The service was fabulous We had a leak and Kristin was very helpful and Mark showed up as planned Mark was great I would recommend him to anyone He laid out our options, took care of business and went the extra mile for us I will definitely have him return when we install our new water softener

This was not my first encounter with this team, and that is the reason I contact them when in need of a job well done and promptlyThey are always on time and do superior workThey also leave helpful information on how to prevent further trouble and preventive tipsThey are number one

We had an irrigation valve line leak late last night and they were able to come out within the hour and repair the leak and add a cut off valve so we could continue to have water throughout the nightI would highly recommend these people as they have yet to disappoint us

Trevor is a gem of a tech He is polite, friendly and, above all, extremely helpful
He takes pride in his work and does his job well
Benjamin Franklin is lucky to have him as an employee and I am happy to have him as a tech

Had a BFP plumber in my house to fix a few issuesPaid the bill only to find out later the plumber had broken the kitchen faucet and water heaterI called the company and talk to "Mike" not sure of his title or last nameHe made many promises to fix the damageThe kitchen faucet being replace - I would select a faucet and he would let me buy it at cost.I would not pay for service call but installationThis was agreeable the faucet was years oldHe would get my water heater functioningBenjamin Franklin replace unit in I agreed the unit was old but working before his plumber touched itSecond plumber came over2nd plumber said control value rusted through and he would replace for free the valve saving me $He also recommended I replace the entire water heaterI said no fix what was broken and get outMinutes later the plumber appears at the door...now, the valve is broken and the only option is a new unit for $I told him to leave and have Mike call meI was

I had a very positive experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing from beginning to end The receptionist on the phone was cheerful and helpful for 7:in the morning She explained how BF works and we set up an appointment Nick was the serviceman who came to the house (calling before he came telling us he was on his way) We told him the problem and he explained how he was going to handle it and the cost The job was done to our satisfaction While he was there he noticed a leak in our bathtub and we had him fix that and also look at our second bathroom shower to make sure all was well with that We had a very positive experience We will use BF again when needed

Quality people, work and product They were neat, clean and on time I will recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to everyone

As previously states: Guest was informed that we do not allow birthday parties and when they went into their room they infact were having a birthday party and the kids were jumping and running so hard that we had to have lights replace. I spoke with the guest several time, asking them to please have the kids stop running and jumping as other guest were complaining. Guest stated they could not stop them and I was being anal. Guest left on their on choice- we just asked them to please control the children. There will be no refund givenGuest reservation was for adults only- they had adults and children upon check in- kids were talking about having a party and I asked them- Is this a birthday party? and I was told yes- I then stated that we did not allow birthday parties and they said- oh it is just us - no one else and we are not having a "real" partyI stated then that would be fine. Upon checking in- more adult and child arrived and went to their room. After approximately 20-minutes the kids started running and jumping off the beds so hard that me and a housekeeper went to the room several times and called up there. I was told that I was being anal and that they could not stop the kids. Another housekeeper walked by the door and heard one of the adults yell at the kids that if they didn't knock it off, they would not be able to have the birthday party. The kids were jumping so hard that our lights started blinking in the lobby and laundry room. We have since had to replace light strips as they went out as a result of the kids running and jumping off the beds. Since we repeatedly had to ask the guest to please keep the children from running and jumping and the guest refused, there will be no refund as we did not ask them to leave- they left on their own accord and had been there for more than the minutes limit we have to refund a guest if they do not stay. Charge stands and no refund and we are not charging them for the lights that had to be replaced. This was also witnessed on camera. *** *** ***- Manager Days Inn Collinsville, IL

Dear value gues Im sorry for the incinvenience you have experience in our location on january 1st , As the GM I was not aware of the problem you encouter with our front desk representative ,nor was never inform of the happening or received any complain by the guest, this takes me by
sorprice and I really want to offer you my most sicere apology. on my records I do have you stay in our location on January 01,2018 in a queen size bed for the price of plus tax, same price we have at the website also in hotel,unfortun***y I can not give you a full refund since you did receive the same price we advertise , I will be able to give you a 20%off your next stay. I really dont know what happen beetwen you and the front desk representative or what was said ,since I was not aware of this matter, I will be talking to my front desk representatives to discust any problems in the work area and how to resolve them quicky by giving them advice and retrain them to give you the best service . once again my most sincerele apology. Great and wonderful! I called Benjamin Franklin for a water heater flush Once Chris arrived, he understood I was also interested in the general condition of the water heater, which was installed years ago He explained he'd get a real good idea once he started the flush and seeing the color or sediment that would first come out, but the overall flush would take about minutes After about minutes, he said I've got no worries and the tank condition looks good He explained he saw no brown or rust tint in the water and only a white-ish color that's due the water softener Chris said he didn't see anything to be concerned with at this time And while the flush was finishing up, he took the time to explain how a tankless water heater works and the benefits over a tank, if I ever wanted to consider And we even talked about his plumbing background and how he got started Great guy! Good job, couldn't be happier with the work done and will recommend BFP to others and will call, again, if needed in the future

Dear Valued Guest,I apologize you did not have an opportunity to take advantage of our courtyard pool on your date of departureI have reviewed your complaint and according to our records the pool was open on Sunday, June and you did check in at 6pm which provided four hours of pool enjoyment
before it was closed at 9pmUnfortunately, the pool was closed Monday morning due to pool water conditions not being optimal enough to open I do understand you did not get your deposit returned because there was a heavy marijuana odor which required the room to be placed out of order until room could be deep cleaned In addition there were several large bath towels that were damaged which was also charged to your accountDespite the damaged linen and the need to place the room you rented on our out of order list for maintenance and the distruption you caused at the front desk as a result of your damage charges you were treated with courtesy and respect.Again, I apologize you were denied access to the pool in the morning, however; it is our responsibility to ensure pool is safe before allowing our guests access. Hi,
I just had service by Benjamin Franklin The staff there is great (and I rate them a 10) However they have whats called "Book Rates" For my Job that lasted hr to complete from start to finished I was charged $360, not including a part I purchased online (which has a warranty)
I would not recommend them as they basically said they couldn't give me a price over the phone, and there is a $service charge (which is common) But to come out and say $for a service that only took hr is ridiculous
If I were you, I would call around and find a plumber that gives you book rate and hourly rate Ask (Which I now have learned), If their book rate includes a set amount of hours in it

I just want to say thank you for the great service I received from Chris, Mark and Mike They came on short notice to replace a water heater and did a great job, were very professional, fast and fair with their pricing Everything from start to finish exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them

*** *** We have investigated this case fully. First our records indicate this guest did not checkout. Simply waving to maid does not consisit of checking out. Had she actually checked out early at the front desk she would have had to sign a new folio with a changed amount, all financial adjustments would have been made at that time, and she would have received a receipt showing a charge for a lesser amount. She also did not speak to the same person each time. Nevertheless the manager did feel bad for Ms***'s sad loss and decided in the spirit of hospitality to refund her the four days she claims she did not stay. That refund was already processed. She was only charged for the one night she did stay at our property. My first contact with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was with Carey M Upon answering the phone, she was very pleasant and professional Mikey G., the plumber, was pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and professional My job was so big, Mikey called for assistance Chris Tarrived and he too has the same qualities as Mikey I was very pleased in choosing this plumbing company

Someone with SIRVA personally drove down to salvage several of my itmes and issued a check for damagesAt this point I'm nearly fully paid out on all my claimsI will close this claim as I feel the company acting in good faith
