It starts with the office personnel They are outstanding Cary, Katrina, & Kristin Professional, knowledgeable, and caring Dekota was the technician He took the time to educate me yesterday and today installed a water heater, a water softener, and a charcoal filter unit He had Heiro and Jesse as assistants They were all excellent Yes, I would recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing to anyone who wants quality work done

The company is great from a professional perspective The phone representatives are friendly and are very willing to help The individual that came to repair the plumbing issue was also excellent I have no complaints regarding the service I received My concern is around the overall price of the service I was given the option if I did not want the plumber to proceed with the work However, I was already paying for the service charge and they were present so I went forward with it Looking back I would shop the market before calling them to ensure that I am not being charged more than another company charged Regardless, the staff was excellent

Based on service received on May18,2017, I am very pleased to submit this review My service request was scheduled promptly and the technician arrived exactly on time Dakota was very pleasant and easy to talk to as he thoroughly explained the extent of out problem and suggested improvements in our water purification system to deal with these problems Once we made the decision to proceed with the recommended changes another technician, John, was called to join in the repairs Work was all finished in a timely fashion and I was given instructions about the new system This service call far exceeded my expectations and the technicians were both friendly and professional I most highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and will pass on the information I received on to neighbors and friends
