I am rejecting this response because: The managers statements are falseInitial contact with hotel stated no refund because we didn't have children on reservation and we stated hoursWe proved these statements to be I can provide evidence of her initial claims because we sent proof of itinerary to hotelWe had to do so because she never mentioned damage and all this crazy stuff she is causing us ofWhen we provided evidence we had children on reservation and we were not there for hours she then manufactured these liesShe even went back and changed her initial response on trip advisor to match her current statementsThis was not a "party all children who were present had a reservation and I would like to know if this manager makes it her business to know the reasoning for each guests stay.

I made a reservation on 5/31/for two hotel rooms, each with double beds, and non-smokingWe planned to stay at this property on 8/3/When we arrived for our reservation that day at about pm, only room with double beds was availableUnlike all other rooms on the hallway, it did not have a non-smoking sign posted on the doorInside, it smelled like smokeWe took that room as no others were availableWe also took a room with a king-sized bed as no others were availableWe repeatedly asked for other alternatives (e.g., a third room; a nearby hotel) but none were offeredWe later learned that Motel corporate policy is to offer alternatives at nearby hotels, but none were offered and when we went to look for options our our laptop, the front desk clerk told us there were events nearby and none were availableWe finally decided we had no other choice and squeezed our family into the two rooms that were available to us, sleeping uncomfortablyRepeated efforts to resolv

My complaint was because it had to be serviced 3-times within a 6-month period. It just seems excessive. The vehicle, fortunately for me, is working fine. I accept their response that they will be available should any more repairs be necessary in the future. Thank you Hawaii Revdex.com

I found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to be exactly as advertised, on time, knowledgable, effeceinent and they make sure the job is done right They clean up after they finish and again, live up to their advertising I definitely would recommend Benjamin Franklin to anyone

07/01/This is to inform that the guest had brought the concern to us as well as our corporate office, but as said to the guest previously, the door was not left behind open by the staff at the hotelAll our rooms are double checked for the lack and safety even after the maid clean the
room by the housekeeping supervisor later in the dayWhen concern was brought of missing, we assured that nothing was removed by the hotel staff and if she needed to call the police she should do soThe guest did not want to call the police and we assure her we did not remove anything as these are reputed hotel doing business for many yearsThe guest has also complained to corporate office which is enclosed herewith here for the detail.Again please note the hotel has cooperated with the guest and has even advised her to call the police which she refusedThank you.Sincerely,

Very professional- prompt and timely response- neat clean - very pleased would call again

This is in response to the mail which we have received on Apr il 20, with the assigned ID of ***.The guest has
made the reservation through the third party vendor and the guest has claimed that the reservation has been cancelledThere was no communication which mentioned about the
cancellation with respect to this reservation from the vendor In general, if some reservations are canceleld by the third parties they
eventually don't show up on our system as live reservations on
their actual date of arrivalWith this case, the reservation was still live and we didn't knew that the reservation was cancelled and hence we had charged
the guest for night each on the two reservations but the guest actually had a reservation for nights stay on the two reservationsThe amount that was charged on the guest card is $117. 30 and the guest mentions it as $234.
We would be more than happy to look at the supporting document
or the receipt
s that states that it was charged $234.After careful consideration and evaluating the case, we have understood that due to some technical errors that the reservation was not cancelled due to which the card was charged.This was taken care now and the amount that was charge d has been refunded to the card which should be credited to the guest in the
next 3-business days.Attached are the fo lios which confirms the charges and refund has beenni it ia te d.Hope this would solve the concern

I booked a stay for two nightsOn the first night at 1:00AM, there was a group of incredibly loud men in the room next to mine who were yelling, and slamming doors in the hallwayThey continued to go in and out of their room repeatedly, slamming the doorsThe lack of consideration for those around them, & the incessant nature in which they were continuing to come and go from their room lead me to believe that they were perhaps on drugsI did not want them to know that I was staying in the room next to them, as I am a young womanI quietly packed my belongings and literally ran down to the front desk to ask for a different roomThe front desk man was incredibly inconsiderate, and asked why I would even feel afraid after I had already explained to himI felt that his response was condescending, and his tone clearly conveyed he was irritated with meHe kept saying to me, "I need to go handle this first," and when I told him I would appreciate getting into a different room firs

I stayed At the days inn on December 31, I put a $deposit down, cash deposit, and was told I would receive my cash deposit back the following morning at check outThe clerk kept my depositWe did not violate any of the policies, there was no reason they could give me to keep my moneyI attempted to contact management; They were either not working the multiple days I contacted the front desk, or they refused to return my phone callsI want my $back that was promised to me

Outstanding performance by knowledgeable, professional, and caring staff membersAlso, there is no pressure to buy or have work done - the Benjamin staff is anxious to meet my needs at a fair price

As always I had a very positive experience with Ben Franklin Everything was done professionally and promptly and with great courtesy This is a very professional company
