There are several statements that are not trueThere were not millions and millions of mitesWe offered to clean all the gearThe customer would not accept thatHe told me to put everything in the garbageWe did not do that we put it in our storage area because the exterminator told us mites
can only live on birds with out a host body they die in hoursThere were at no time mites in the dinning or kitchen areaThe other coworker did find mites in his roomWe washed his clothes and he said there wasn't any problem and there was no more mitesWe have closed up all places that birds could get into the ductsWe were full and was the only room we had to move the guest into the first days and then that room was rented and the only other room available was a smoking roomI offered to get him into another room at a nice clean motel on Federal but he refusedWe did not charge the company for any of the rooms the gentleman occupiedThe company was satisfied with the arrangementThe boss of the company had gone on line and found out that the mites were not a problem to humans and was satisfied there was no reason to worry about contaminating any ones homes or propertyThis customer wanted us to get new coolers that were supposed to be contaminatedI have yet to picture how these tiny, ittsy bitsy bug could get the darn thing open in the first place and then to open the cans would really require magic powers. The mite problem was confined to rooms which have all been taken care of and the birds have had to find a new home.The coworker that had the problems in his room didn't have any problem after we washed his clothes and the bugs were gone and he stayed in the room for the rest of the time the company was thereI did check several times to make sure there wasn't any more problems.The company still stays with us

Andrew and his assistant arrived right on time and displayed some really awesome service Even though it was about degrees out he took his time to explain what was going on and was really honest with me regarding the repair cost He even called in and got me a trip charge discount due to them not being able to fix the problem, only diagnoseHonestly, he was one of the nicest service guys that has ever come to my house Hope to get him again whenever I need any plumbing needs in the future

Ours was an EXCEPTIONAL customer experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Chandler, Arizona! We moved from California to the 11-year old house we purchased in Chandler, Arizona in early April, Unfortunately, the two previous owners neglected to install a water softener in the home, so we did And the previous owners rudely turned of the hot water heater's pilot light before they moved out So, we called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Chandler, AZ for a pilot relight Actually, this turned out to be a blessing, because BFranklin sent us THE BEST plumber we've ever worked with: Michael Michael checked the inner parts of the 11-year old hot water heater, and showed us how horribly corroded they were, thanks to all those years of hard water He said he could replace the corroded parts and plug up the numerous leaks he showed us on the old unit, but we opted to have him provide and install a really nice, new high-tech hot water heater that has several important safety features - and a 12-year warranty on parts and labor So, we finally had hot water! We then asked BFranklin to rebuild the inner workings of our four toilets, replace two leaky old faucets (kitchen and laundry room), replace a busted PRV valve outside the home, replace the four shower heads (which were badly clogged with hard water deposits), and several additional items which the previous owners had neglected BFranklin scheduled two plumbers - Michael and Mike - to spend an entire day doing this work (we think it was a miracle that they were able to do that much work in a single day) Everything is now working perfectly! It was as though we had bought a BMW (nice house), but the oil was leaking, the transmission and engine maintenance had been neglected by the previous owners, etc Now, though, thanks to Michael and Mike's expertise and hard work, our "BMW" house is running perfectly We're extremely happy that our important investment and home is now in far better condition than when we moved in Not only were Michael and Mike exceptionally talented, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly, but we found the same with BFranklin's front and back office team Everyone explained everything clearly, in terms we could understand We got tremendous value for our purchases All in all, this has truly been an exceptional customer experience We're so thankful that we called BFranklin in Chandler, AZ - these guys rock big-time! We have found our plumbing contractor for life!

I am assuming you originally leased this vehicle from Maxon If so at that time of lease it stipulates on your contract that there is a disposition fee due upon lease return As far as remaining payments, was this an early termination? Because you are bound to the contract term
Did you lease another vehicle with Maxon? If so, and I'm guessing they would have rolled your remaining payments into the new lease contractSo In order for me to look into this matter I would need to know all the facts If you can supply them I can check further.Thank youMaxon Auto Group
