Dealsmachine is one of my favourite sellers, through the years (or I think) I buy mostly electronic devices (mobile phones, mpcar player etc)
it is usually slightly cheaper than the competitors, the support is very good and friendly, when I had some problems with my purchases they always responded and refunded ASAP

They send my order wrong zip code so a different suburb came up and was not deliveredNow my order is with a mailing company that have told me that dealsmachine must send them the correct addressSo I have contacted dealsmachine and they tell me they can not change the address until it is deliveredCustomer service is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! All they have to do is send emails to the shipping company to correct the address but they refuse to do so!!! DON'T EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

I ordered some Items from Dealsmachine.com everything went so smoothly and received the items as described, not to mention their most competitive prices. Delivery time was between three to four weeks which is very normal for a free shipping from China, The other good thing about this online company that they keep you informed about your item from the time you buy it until it reaches the shipping company.

Dealsmachine.com is a scam. After you paid for your order, they just send you some fake shipping information but you never receive your ordered item even after you've waited way past their estimated delivery date. When you inquire about it, they just say you did not buy a tracking number and the order cannot be tracked. They simply ask you to keep waiting. ..

I've been buying from Dealsmachine for about a year now... I've been facing some issues with them and I am satisfied with their resolutions. Customer service is responsive via SUPPORT TICKET. You should be patient though, they respond to you within 24 hours. Open communication is the KEY here... and PATIENCE.

I bought Onda V919 air last Feb. 2016 shipped via Flat Rate... It takes really long to arrive about two months. I send ticket to them and they replied ASAP. Item Received May 2016 in good condition, though packed only in a bubble bag.

So for gadgets I suggest you pay extra for standard shipping if you want your item to arrive to you the sooner or DHL the fastest (You are responsible for VAT/Custom tax when item arrived to you.)"

This started off as a great experience, then slowly turned into the worst experience of my life.

The product they sent me had a faked amount of RAM (most of their phones are from what I researched even if its only by 48, as 2GB is calculated as 2048 not 2000 like my phone reads) and was shorted about 1GB of internal memory. Then the phone kept freezing because it was trying to swap to my carriers old 2G network which has been deactivated for over 1YR. I emailed DM and their CSR told me I had to return the phone for a replacement even though all they had to do was send me proper instructions from manufacturer on how to force phone to save settings in engineer mode for removing the 2G networks (that is literally all it takes for my problem to be resolved). Told me to pay for repair out of pocket and they would reimburse me up to 80% of phone value. When I could not find a single repair center to assist me because they have not encountered this phone before, DM insisted that I sent to Shenzhen China to get replacement. Told them they sent me product that manufacturer faked specs on and they can either resolve my issue or refund me my money. CSR told me they will not refund me but kept insisting I send phone to China.

BUYER BEWARE... THEY ARE ALL NICE AND HELPFUL UNTIL THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, THEN YOUR SCREWED AND STUCK DOING THINGS OUT OF YOUR POCKET!

I am rejecting this response because:  After all the information I have provided on many occasions, ahappydeal.com has still not provided me with even an address to return my item.  Their response is polite yet not informative.  I want to be sure that this tablet will be sent to the correct location for processing and they will return a new one back to my address.  All I have is my confirmation number from the order, and my ticket number.
 
So, please provide me with an address to ship the tablet.  I will include my ticket number, my confirmation order number, and a letter reminding them that this was a malfunctioning tablet.  They also mentioned that it has been over a month, which is now true because they failed to ever respond to my phone calls or emails, until now.
