Review: I received two android tablets in January. One of them has a broken on/off switch and I'm trying to get some response from customer service at ahappydeal.com My first attempt was to file a "ticket". They state on their website that I would be contacted in 24 hours. No contact. I called them and spoke to a representative, unfortunately I didn't have my ticket number available at that time. She told me to email another ticket, which I did. That was last Tuesday, today is Monday. Still no contact. No phone call, no email. I called again today after I clicked on "complaint" on their site. The representative assured me that her colleague would call or email me back within two hours. Nothing. I have been patiently waiting for a response. While I had the representative on the phone I asked her why she couldn't help me? Why do I need to speak to her colleague? She said it was a different department. I asked what do I do when she doesn't call or email me? Because that is what I feel like will happen (which it did).Desired Settlement: I would like a representative to contact me and provide me with the information I need to send in the malfuntioning tablet so that I can get a replacement. They have a 30 day refund policy and I feel like they are trying to string me along until they can say, "Sorry sir, it is past 30 days, if you would've have called us earlier..."

I am rejecting this response because: After all the information I have provided on many occasions, ahappydeal.com has still not provided me with even an address to return my item. Their response is polite yet not informative. I want to be sure that this tablet will be sent to the correct location for processing and they will return a new one back to my address. All I have is my confirmation number from the order, and my ticket number.

Review: Ordered 3 tablets online on 2/12/14 PayPal account charged and payment went thru successfully. Called numerous times 2/13 - 2/ 16 to find status of order phone rings recording comes on no one answers, sent 3 emails in 2 days no response. At this point I want a refund its obvious this is not a real company. I read the reviews from other customers but not before I made a purchase I wish I had. I read complaints that people never received thier products. No one will answer me my emails go no where!! Horrible experience. Changed terms of payment after the sale:

I placed an order for electronics devices for a small business via their store's default payment method, PayPal. After the purchase, I received a message from Dealsmachine requesting I provide proof of identity through an unencrypted connection. I declined and asked for alternative options to provide the information, which they were not able to provide. I finally provided the information they requested through a secure method I provided and Dealsmachine then changed their request to get my PayPal account status changed to verified, which I declined to do since that requires giving PayPal direct access to a bank account. Dealsmachine then told me I could now only get my order if I paid via wire transfer or Western Union transfer, which directly contradicts Dealsmachine's written payment policy. The full purchase amount had been processed through PayPal, so they have my money, but now they want me to wire more money to a foreign entity after unilaterally deciding to change the terms post-sale. I have filed a dispute through PayPal and canceled the order, but this has been a giant waste of my time and reeks of unsavory business practices.

I can only recommend this page!

The customer service at "ahappydeal.com" is horrible. I purchased an android smartphone for the amount of $64.71 with shipping and insurance on the sixth of September. I was told it would ship out in 24 Hours. That is FALSE, because it shipped out 3 days later, on the ninth of September. When I try to contact customer service, they rarely respond, act like they don't understand a thing, and they speak poor English. This is the worst customer service ever. Desired Settlement: They need to refund me my shipping, and improve their customer service.

I bought 6 7inch tablets and 6 tablet covers for xmas gifts. one tablet did not work properly. Paid for shipping back to company to have it repaired. I received a tablet back that was not the same one and it did not work. The company wants me to pay shipping again to have repaired and they did not fix it the 1st time. I should not be required to pay for shipping again. The last thing they told be that I should have it repaired locally. They want to give me $15.00 to have it repaired or charge me $40.00 for a new replacement. I have already spent $124.00. Adding $40 more will push the price of the tablet to $164.00. $15 is not enough to get it repaired and at $164.00 I could have bought a 10 inch tablet instead of a 7 inch tablet in the US. I would settle giving the company $20.00 for a new one since I have already spent $124.00 purchasing the original for $74 and spending another $50 to send back for repair and it was not repaired.

This still pushes the price to $144.00 for the 7 inch tablet, almost double the price. This was a gift to someone at Christmas and they have not been able to enjoy it yet. This has taken too long to settle.

I have visited several websites online & seen where they all have 4gb of memory listed for this same tablet. Why is does this one not? Is it just a defect in this tablet or is it a defect in your sites tablets. This small error is ging to cost me extra money to achive the same amount of memory I thought I was orginally purchasing. Hi! I bought a smartphone from Dealsmachine (www.dealsmachine.com) for 170€, concretely a Kingzone Z1, but it happened to have a screen fail, so I had to give it back. I paid for the shipment and they got the phone back, and after that I've been a whole year talking to them trying to get my money back, but all I have obtained has been nothing but lies, telling me they will refund me the money after 2-3 weeks, later in 3-7 days, later after another 3-5 working days, later after another 2-4 days, later between 7-25 days and last time between 3-5 working days.

In every moment I've treated them with respect and kindness, I recorded a video for them to see the screen fail, I talked to my bank to check there was any problem with my account, I gave them a second bank account number to refund the money and I've been waiting for a whole year to get my money back, but thieves are thieves and as I've checked by myself, I'm not going to see that money again, so the only and last thing I can do is telling you what they do for you not to fall in the same trap as me and buy there, you'd better buy in other online store and if possible, in a bricks-and-mortar one.

Hola! Yo compré por Dealsmachine (www.dealsmachine.com) un móvil por 170€, concretamente un Kingzone Z1, pero resulta que tenía la pantalla defectuosa, así que tuve que devolverlo. Pagué el envío de vuelta y recibieron en teléfono, y después aquello he estado todo un año hablando con ellos e intentando recuperar mi dinero, pero todo lo que he obtenido no han sido mas que mentiras, diciéndome que recibiría el ingreso tras 2-3 semanas, después de 3 a 7 días, después tras otros 2-4 días, después de entre 7 a 25 días y la última vez de entre 3 a 5 días laborales.

En todo momento los he tratado con respeto y amabilidad, les grabé un vídeo para que vieran el fallo de la pantalla, hablé con mi banco para comprobar que no había ningún problema con mi cuenta, les di un segundo número de cuenta bancaria para que me ingresaran el dinero y he estado esperando un año entero para recuperar mi dinero, pero los ladrones son ladrones y como he comprobado por mí mismo, no voy a volver a ver mi dinero de nuevo, así que la única y última cosa que puedo hacer es deciros lo que hacen para que no caigáis en la misma trampa que yo y compréis ahí. Mejor que compréis en otra tienda online o sí es posible, en una tienda física.

This started off as a great experience, then slowly turned into the worst experience of my life.

The product they sent me had a faked amount of RAM (most of their phones are from what I researched even if its only by 48, as 2GB is calculated as 2048 not 2000 like my phone reads) and was shorted about 1GB of internal memory. Then the phone kept freezing because it was trying to swap to my carriers old 2G network which has been deactivated for over 1YR. I emailed DM and their CSR told me I had to return the phone for a replacement even though all they had to do was send me proper instructions from manufacturer on how to force phone to save settings in engineer mode for removing the 2G networks (that is literally all it takes for my problem to be resolved). Told me to pay for repair out of pocket and they would reimburse me up to 80% of phone value. When I could not find a single repair center to assist me because they have not encountered this phone before, DM insisted that I sent to Shenzhen China to get replacement. Told them they sent me product that manufacturer faked specs on and they can either resolve my issue or refund me my money. CSR told me they will not refund me but kept insisting I send phone to China.

BUYER BEWARE... THEY ARE ALL NICE AND HELPFUL UNTIL THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, THEN YOUR SCREWED AND STUCK DOING THINGS OUT OF YOUR POCKET!
