I have not had any problems at all with DealsMachine. The 6 to 8 week shipping is just that. Shipping, And not the fault of DealsMachine. They send out the products in plenty of time while the postal service takes it's time in shipping. I will not fault a company for something the postal service does.

Over the past 2 years, I had bought about 10 products from Dealsmachine ranging from Android cell phones, DVR Dashcam recorder for the car, Bluetooth headphones, LED light bulbs, IPad cover case, and had just ordered a smart watch and a mobile poer bank from them 3 days ago. All the items that I had ordered earlier had arrived in good condition and on time as scheduled. I am very happy with their service and will continue to ordered more items from them in the future.

They send my order wrong zip code so a different suburb came up and was not delivered. Now my order is with a mailing company that have told me that dealsmachine must send them the correct address. So I have contacted dealsmachine and they tell me they can not change the address until it is delivered. Customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! All they have to do is send emails to the shipping company to correct the address but they refuse to do so!!! DON'T EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

everything looks nice in this website store until you need to get warrany as they promise. I purchased a phone after about a month of use the phhone stop working.

I made contact with support and they tald me to sent them the phone back

and gave me an address to send the product.

so far went great. I was told to send the product only by regular mail which I did.

after about 3 weeks I see that the package was deliverd I made contact they claim that the package never arrived, I sent them a track that confirming that the package was delived, and from that moment they stop to answer my mails

Ordered an item on September 5, 2015. Still have not received it as of October 15, 2015. I have contacted them multiple times with no response whatsoever. I try to remove myself from their email list and it's impossible so I'm being bombarded with email blasts to buy something else. If I try to create an account in order to submit a trouble ticket complaint, it tells me over and over I'm not typing the CAPTCHA number correctly (but I am--over and over). This place is nothing but a scam. Luckily my credit card company refunded my purchase price, but I consider them nothing but a total sham business-wise. BUYER BEWARE.
