I have not had any problems at all with DealsMachine. The 6 to 8 week shipping is just that. Shipping, And not the fault of DealsMachine. They send out the products in plenty of time while the postal service takes it's time in shipping. I will not fault a company for something the postal service does.

They send my order wrong zip code so a different suburb came up and was not delivered. Now my order is with a mailing company that have told me that dealsmachine must send them the correct address. So I have contacted dealsmachine and they tell me they can not change the address until it is delivered. Customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! All they have to do is send emails to the shipping company to correct the address but they refuse to do so!!! DON'T EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Over the past 2 years, I had bought about 10 products from Dealsmachine ranging from Android cell phones, DVR Dashcam recorder for the car, Bluetooth headphones, LED light bulbs, IPad cover case, and had just ordered a smart watch and a mobile poer bank from them 3 days ago. All the items that I had ordered earlier had arrived in good condition and on time as scheduled. I am very happy with their service and will continue to ordered more items from them in the future.

Review: in ordered Cell phone tablet etc. paid 270.46 I got eh merchandise DHL from CHINA but cell phone doesnt work I paid to unlock ect but I cant watch,

I called tend up sending it to china the 530 no answer number fax and Chinese recording emailed them where to return the merchanide here in America no answer for while dispute it on my credit card but they use paypal. shipment came from china thru DHL if I sent it back 148.00 its going to cause me I sent it thru USPS but they don't accept watch and batteries I sent it anyway, they need to prove this business they are maybe using ficticious people in US I sent it usps 61.00 usd I don't know if they got it

they need to credit me back thru paypal. and please send us an address in theUS to return the merchandise, they also not returning calls or emails by the time they return emails its too late. merchandise doesn't work. Desired Settlement: please call paypal to credit my money bank to the bank. the bank wont release my money until paypal respond. to chase I returned the merchandise already. I also emailed them the confirmation.

Review: 1) Paid extra for fast delivery however shipment was initiated only 5 weeks later (paid on 20-SEP-2015 but shipped on 24-OCT-2015). 2) Arrived unwanted item and the company refuse to provide [redacted] directions as of 07-DEC-2015.Desired Settlement: There is 2.5 months passed since order and no settlement. At this point I do not have trust in the company's policy, I want full refund include extra shipping, customs and taxes I paid. If they want their item back then prepay shipping and I will send it back.

Do not buy from them they took my money for two months. Then refunded me with out contacting me. My order number was [redacted]. They just sell hopes and dreams.

Ordered an item on September 5, 2015. Still have not received it as of October 15, 2015. I have contacted them multiple times with no response whatsoever. I try to remove myself from their email list and it's impossible so I'm being bombarded with email blasts to buy something else. If I try to create an account in order to submit a trouble ticket complaint, it tells me over and over I'm not typing the CAPTCHA number correctly (but I am--over and over). This place is nothing but a scam. Luckily my credit card company refunded my purchase price, but I consider them nothing but a total sham business-wise. BUYER BEWARE.

everything looks nice in this website store until you need to get warrany as they promise. I purchased a phone after about a month of use the phhone stop working.

I made contact with support and they tald me to sent them the phone back

and gave me an address to send the product.

so far went great. I was told to send the product only by regular mail which I did.

after about 3 weeks I see that the package was deliverd I made contact they claim that the package never arrived, I sent them a track that confirming that the package was delived, and from that moment they stop to answer my mails

and ignoring me.

Dealsmachine.com is a scam. After you paid for your order, they just send you some fake shipping information but you never receive your ordered item even after you've waited way past their estimated delivery date. When you inquire about it, they just say you did not buy a tracking number and the order cannot be tracked. They simply ask you to keep waiting. ..
