[redacted] <[redacted]@securespeed.us>10:37 AM (25 minutes ago)to me Hello [redacted],Regarding my complaint: I was not aware that a request for "no action"would put my complaint against Desert Warrior Products in a file without allowing the public to becomemore aware of this "F" rated...

company's continuing activity. They are also praying on Veterans groups. Can I change my complaint to reflect a request to have you take action --like contacting them to get a full refund ? People should really be on the alert with this group of common thieves.[redacted]

Review: Order ID: [redacted], Product: [redacted] Chassis System Standard Barrel FDE.

Ordered on the 10th of July 2014 for the amount of $679.96. Was not informed at the time of sale that there would be a delay in order processing. After multiple inquiries, reassurances were given that order would be completed shortly. As of 2 April 2015 there has not been any follow up from last contact in 29 January 2015.Desired Settlement: Seeking fulfillment of order.

Review: I placed an order on 13 Aug 2014 @ 19:36:53 pdt. To this day, I have not received the item (invoice # [redacted]). Transaction # [redacted], Total $[redacted].

My last contact with them 5 Sep 2014 @ 9:13 am via email was [redacted]). The president is [redacted]).

I have called their customer service line that was supposed to take calls and have been calling for 2 weeks straight --all calls goes to voice mail.

I have also visited their physical address @ [redacted] and found that it has been vacant after calling the property manager @ [redacted]Desired Settlement: I just want this transaction to be settled via merchandise delivery or full refund of monies for the entire amount + tax ($[redacted])

Review: On 9 August I placed an order for a Sage International M1A M14 EBR. On 11 August my account was charged the full price of $875.15 including tax and shipping. Since the initial email sent informing me I have been charged I have been unable to contact Desert Warrior products through phone or email. I have called repeatedly leaving messages on their phone system that directs customers to send emails to which they will respond in 2 business days. I have also sent three different emails, none of which the organization has responded at all, let alone within 2 business days. In my final email I notified them that I expect my order to be cancelled and to be fully refunded. After filing this complaint my next step will be to dispute the charge with my bank.Desired Settlement: I expect my order cancelled and to be fully refunded, assuming of course my bank does not allow me to dispute the charge.

Review: I placed an order for a product on August 1, 2014. I have not received this product or a shipping confirmation. I have made several attempts to contact the company via phone and email with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the full amount of the product as charged to my bank account, including shipping.

Review: I ordered a item from this company and after several attempts to contact them we had no response from them.Desired Settlement: would just like my money back

Review: I ordered merchandise for the sum of $202.92 dollars on Desert Warrior's website, order number [redacted] on 6 June 2014 at 1827hrs. A week after I placed my order I emailed the sales department asking for a delivery status. I was advised that my order would be sent out on 19 June because they didn't have the product in stock which is the opposite of what was advertized. It is now 25 June 2014 and I cannot reach the company by phone, and they are not responding to emails anymore. I have contacted my credit card company to start the charge dispute process and wish to enlist the help of the Revdex.com in resolving this matter.Desired Settlement: At this point I would prefer my order refunded, and my credit card credited for the full value since no services, or merchandise have been received in 20 days since the order was placed.

Review: I have been trying to get my order or a refund from Desert Warrior Products since April 2014 and all I get is excuses. I have requested a refund to my credit card and have gotten none. Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

The message from the business was created August 20th (Wednesday) and I have not received an email or refund as of August 25. The response from the business has proven not to be truthful.

Regards,

Review: This complaint centers around the following:Billing, Customer Service, Service and Delivery issues.I placed an order on 11/29/13 with this company for several items and they billed me for the order at that time. As of 12/13/13 these items had not shipped so I called to request an update to make sure they arrived before Christmas. I was told I would receive a call back regarding the order number I provided. I did not get a call back, I called in again several days later and was told they had computer issues with their inventory system and did not have what I wanted in stock but would have it very soon and ship it out. On 12/23 I called in again to complain and was told that they still did not have the items (which were still then and continue to still be advertised for sale on their website). I was promised they would ship it out the following week. In January I again contacted them when I had not received notification of shipment. I was told they would ship out on 1/17/14. I again complained when it was not shipped, and was told that they would sent it out at the end of January and the items were being shipped to them. On 1/29/14 I was told that it would be an additional though unspecified time, perhaps 7-10 days before the order was shipped. They then emailed their billing person against my wishes to cancel the order on me. I'm disgusted with the unbelievable behavior this company has exhibited.Desired Settlement: I would like the items I originally ordered shipped immediately, and interest paid on the money they took from me in November 2013 until the date the order is shipped. I would also like the Revdex.com to note this company for its billing practices, customer service and a complaint placed in their permanent file.Thank you,

Business

Response:

Mr. [redacted] has threatened to do all he can to disrupt the operations of DWP and call, email and complain to as many people as possible. He emailed our employees and threatened everyone and kept asking for things that resulted in him getting discounts or free items. He bought 4 products on 11/30/13, he paid for it (he agreed to this prior to the sale), this sale gave him a 15% discount off of the product cost. Called on 12/11/13 and wanted to know why he had not received his product yet and was told we were waiting for delivery from the manufacturer of a couple of the items, he told us to ship what was ready and we did on 12/17/13. On 12/24/13 he called again and complained about not receiving his product, the customer service person appeased Mr. [redacted] with a credit that was given to him for his trouble of not receiving the product on-time in the amount of $59.78 and we continued to wait for a delivery from the vendor (still waiting by the way). During this time he called the vendor and said ugly things about us and after a 6-year relationship, they called me to tell me all about his call... He then started ion with the calls and emails the week of 1/29/13 and it was forwarded to me (President) and I asked Mr. [redacted] to contact me anytime in about a 3-hour window to discuss his order and numerous calls and emails, he emailed me back and said that I needed to call him and that he would not call me, this is when I told the person that does the credits to credit him back any monies that were owed to him ($213.70) on unshipped product, as all he wanted to do is continue the back and forth and was not really interested in resolution.

The fact that he was credited back his money is not mentioned by Mr. [redacted]. He harassed anyone he spoke to after he was given the answers that he called/emailed about. We have done many thousands of orders in 2013, he without a doubt is one that is remembered by the staff at DWP.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Mr. [redacted] has unfortunately, though predictably, made numerous false statements in his response. I shall start with the first, on the allegation of "threats" the only threat that was made was by Mr. [redacted] via email which I am happy to supply the Revdex.com with copies of the correspondence. He left the threat unspecific, but it was clear that should I continue to request the situation to be made right he it would "not end well for me". What I actually, and repeatedly had to inform Desert Warrior Products of was that should this issue not be resolved, and I feel sufficient time was given to resolve their failings (a period several months) I would be informing the Revdex.com, et. all of the service I had received. What Desert Warrior Products violates the regulations of the Federal Trade commission regarding internet sales. I have also reported the company to the for this. The stipulate a vendor must ship items within 30 days after payment unless other wise agreed upon in the purchase terms (which DWP did not and to this day does not have any language allowing for additional time in shipping). They did not do this. It further stipulates that should they be unable to ship within 30 days they must notify the customer. DWP did not do this, I had to contact them and they informed me they had a inventory management system issue that was causing significant delays and they were not going to notify customers because it would as the customer service person said take too much time. Mr. [redacted] also failed to mention that I did not receive contact regarding my order initially even after reaching out, on multiple occasions I called in and was informed I would receive a call back regarding my order (during early December 2013). I never received these call backs, only on the third attempt was I able to request that whatever items they had in stock be shipped immediately. Mr. [redacted] also failed to mention that the only way I was able to get someone from his company to contact me was as a result of negative customer online reviews regarding his firm. He also failed to mention that the "customer service rep" who gave me the discount identified himself as the president of the company. He also failed to mention that he promised to ship my items the week of New Year's, which clearly did not happen. He again failed to mention that I had to contact his company in January regarding the yet another false statement and was promised that the items would ship the week of 1/17. Which did not happen, he also failed to point out that they contacted me again to promise that the items would arrive prior to the end of January and would ship out by the end of the month. Which did not happen. At every point it was required that I reach out to his company, he refused to call me despite the poor level of service provided.

Review: I ordered a number of products from DWP(Desert Warrior Products) on 11/5/13. At the time of order, all of the products ordered were shown in stock according to DWP's website. The company failed to send out my products within a week after which I contacted them. I was told they had some of the products but not all in stock, the remaining items were expected to be delivered to DWP by 11/18/13. I instructed DWP to send together if possible. Approximately the first week of 12/13 part of my order arrived. Another part of my order did not and I was told they were on backorder. I was told that they would be arriving shortly. After several months of being told they were inbound, I requested a refund for the undelivered prodcut. The refund request was made on 5/6/14. I was told by DWP's Patti DeBenidetto on 5/7/14 that I would be refunded $198.28 for the undelivered product. After numerous follow up e-mails, this refund has still not been processed as if 7/2/14 and DWP has stopped replying to my e-mails as of 6/6/14.Desired Settlement: That DWP refund my credit card that they charged for the $198.28 of product that they failed to deliver.

Review: I placed an order (#[redacted]) on May 23rd for a product that was stated as in stock. I was charged immediately and after 1 week without the product being shipped I sent the first email and it went unanswered. I called them multiple times but I was only able to reach an automated response without the option to leave a message.. I sent another email 2 weeks later asking for a refund and still have not heard from them.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund in full and would like to take my business elsewhere

Review: I purchased a [redacted] stock for my ** rifle from Desert Warrior Products on May 28, 2014. They charged my credit card immediately for $730.96. After waiting over two months without a delivery, on July 15, 2014 and again on July 17, 2014, I asked them for a status report on the rifle stock delivery. On July 21, 2014, [redacted] replied that they were still waiting for the [redacted] orders to arrive and that they were a month and a half overdue. [redacted] wrote that [redacted] said they would be shipping soon with no date given to the project arrival time.

Having not received the stock by October 3, 2014, I asked for an update on my order, no reply from Desert Warrior Products. I asked for an update on my order on March 5, 2015 with no reply from Desert Warrior Products. I asked for an update on my order on March 10, 2015 with no reply from Desert Warrior Products.

On March 12, 2015, I asked Desert Warrior Products to tell me when I would get my stock or refund my money, no reply from Desert Warrior Products.

On March 14, 2015, I placed the Invoice Number in the [redacted] Line of the email (as per their directions when trying to contact them) and again asked for the date my stock will be delivered or refund my money, no reply from Desert Warrior Products.

On March 18, 2015, I emailed Desert Warrior Products that if I do not receive a full refund for my order within one week, I will be submitting a complaint to the Revdex.com and California's Attorney General's Office. No reply from Desert Warrior Products.Desired Settlement: Make a prompt credit card refund to my account for $730.96.

Review: I was referred to Desert Warrior Products by X Products as a distributor of their rifle magazine. Desert Warrior Products was running a 15% everything off black friday sale and 5% more for Veterans , so I purchased the product for $247.06 with a credit card which included 2 day priority mail. Package never arrived. Emails were not responded to. Phone calls not answered. I contacted X Products and heard from Greg Carr the President of Desert Warrior Products, Email Address: [email protected]. He said give him 24 hours to fix it. Nothing happened. No return contact. I cancelled the sale with my credit card and discovered dozens and dozens of similar complaints against this Company. The Revdex.com in San Diego has rated them F and has more than 30 similar complaints in the last year. Cut /paste their report here: http://www.Revdex.com.org/sdoc/business-reviews/ammunition-and-reload-equipment-... In 2013, they moved some of their internet operation to Yuma. They are in your backyard now. Because of my reporting and other customer complaints, X Products has just taken Desert Warrior Products off their distributor list and will not ship items to them as of 12/5/14. I also filed with the Federal Trade Commission, the Revdex.com in California and the AG's Offices in both States. Here are a sample of blogs on this Company. My opinion is that they are ROTTEN APPLES. They are engaging in systematic practice of scamming on-line customers and should be stopped http://www.businessconsumeralliance.org/complaints/desert-warrior-products-10009... http://snipershide.scout.com/forums/5546-bear-pit/13306692-desert-warrior-produc... http://68forums.com/forums/showthread.php?49072-desert-warrior-products http://www.xdtalk.com/threads/mistaken-recommendation-beware-of-desert-warrior-p... https://www.1911addicts.com/threads/desert-warrior-products-bad-business.10721/D... Settlement: I would like your local Revdex.com to contact this Company and explain that I want all my money back. I would also like them to stop doing business entirely and will work with the various State and Federal officials to revoke the license to operate anywhere.

Review: I ordered product from Them on 3/23/15, they took money from me for 84.72 and never sent product, I have email them at least 12 time no response.Desired Settlement: send me my order or refund my money.

Review: 5 May 2014-Called the business to confirm my tool was physically in stock, I was told 2 of the items were in stock.5 May 2014-Returned to web site and submitted my approx $110 order(#[redacted]), Credit card was immediatly charged by the firm.22 May 2014-Order not received, called firm to check on status. Turns out item was not in stock, I was never notified and given a chance to cancell order, just left in limbo. The firm was waiting for the next shipment that contained my product, estimated to be 3 additional weeks in the future, over 5 weeks from my order date. Requested order be cancelled.Desired Settlement: MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED IMEDIATLY WHEN I ORDERED, I EXPECT AN IMMEDIATE REFUND, THERE IS NO LEGITIMATE REASON FOR "PROCESSING TIME" ON THE FIRMS PART. I DO NOT CARE HOW LONG MY BANK TAKES TO REFUND MY MONEY, BUT I EXPECT DESERT WARRIOR PRODUCTS TO PROCESS MY REFUND AND SEND IT BACK TO CHASE BANK AS FAST AS THEY FRAUDULENTLY TOOK IT.IMMEDIATE REFUND, PERIOD.

Review: I made an internet purchase from there online store. They did not contact me for over one week on said purchase. I sent them an email as to cancelling my order of which they did but I have yet to receive my funds back. They charged my credit card for the item of which I was purchasing and did not have said item in stock. It is now three weeks since this and no response from vendor. I have tried calling as well as sending them emails.Desired Settlement: I want my credit card credited with the purchase price which included shipping cost.

Response:

Mr. [redacted],

I assume that you don't want the product you ordered? It is on the shelf, but order notes (internal) say not to ship item, that you were going to the Revdex.com.

I assume that you want a refund? If I don't hear from you by next Monday telling me to ship product, I will issue refund?

Sorry that you needed to file complaint, my apologies,

Review: I ordered two items from Desert Warrior Products (DWP) totaling $883.52, one in April 2014 (order #[redacted] = $535.96) and the other one beginning of May 2014 (order #[redacted] = $347.56). DWP charged my credit card immediately but did not deliver the products. After approximately 3 weeks (late May 2014) I called DWP to follow up on my orders. The salesperson ([redacted]) promised me that the items are going to be in-stock and ship within the next 2 weeks. Nothing happened for 5 weeks until I followed up with DWP again, only to learn that the items are still not in-stock. I cancelled my orders in writing on July 2nd, 2014 and requested a full refund. DWP ([redacted]) responded to me on July 7th, 2014 and informed me that the refund process will take 14 days to complete. Again, nothing happened. I tried to follow up several times since then but never received a response.Desired Settlement: Refund the order total ($883.52) immediately and apologize

Review: I ordered with Desert Warrior Products on 08-03-2014, ordering three items. My credit card was immediately charged for the total of the purchase of $[redacted]. I received two of the three items in a timely manner (around two weeks.) The third item, a Smith Enterprises rail system was not delivered with the other two items. On the receipt the [redacted] was marked backordered which their website made no mention of the item not being in stock. I then proceeded to email the company at the given email address on the receipt with no response by them. That was on 08-14-2014. I have sent numerous emails to Desert Warrior Products, the president [redacted], made numerous phone calls to them and left voice messages. As of current they are not currently taking customer service calls and they wish for you to contact them via email. I even spoke to customer service at [redacted] and they said the product would be sent to DWP within a week. That conversation took place on 09-16-2014. I have started the process at my bank in regards to disputing the charge of $[redacted]. I did receive two "sales" emails from DWP about their ongoing sales at the DWP website and I even replied back to those with no response.Desired Settlement: Refund of Purchase for $[redacted]
