Desert Warrior Products Reviews (68)

Review: I placed an order with Desert Warrior Products on 10 October 2014. On 28 October 2014, I sent an email to Desert Warrior Products' sale department requesting information regarding the status of my order. At that time, my order remained in processing and my card had not been charged. On 31 October 2014, I sent another email to the company's sales department requesting that my order be cancelled as I had found another business with the products I sought and had placed an order with said company. On 08 November 2014, while checking my bank account online, I noticed that my card had been charged by Desert Warrior Products on 06 November 2014, for the total balance of the order. Following this revelation, I sent a third email to the company requesting that my order be cancelled immediately and the charge on my account be rescinded. As a result of this charge being applied, my bank account has gone into the red, and my bank has applied at least six overdraft charges to my account in the amount of $** for each charge, as well as an additional $** charged for a returned check. This amounts to a total of $[redacted] in charges applied by my bank for insufficient funds, in addition to the balance of $[redacted]. As of 10 November 2014, I have not yet received any responses to the emails I have sent the company, nor have I received any shipping information to indicate that the order I had placed has, in fact, shipped. This appears contradictory to the company's claim that customers' cards will not be charged until their orders have left the company's warehouses. Attempts to contact the company through their customer service hotline have been unsuccessful. Every time I have called, an automated message plays stating that the company is not accepting calls at this time in an effort to "streamline ... operations, expenses, and catch up on current order backlogs."Desired Settlement: I would have Desert Warrior Products cancel my order immediately, rescind the charge for the total balance of the order, in the amount of $[redacted], and reimburse me for the $[redacted] in charges applied by my bank for insufficient funds. I would also demand that the company eat the cost for any restocking fees.

Review: On Nov. 29, 2014 I ordered a Jig to complete an AR-15 lower receiver from Desert Warrior products. My credit card was charged $149.22 and I received an invoice and transaction number. On Dec. 4th, 2014 I received an email from a [redacted] advising me that they were "refunding" my credit card because they were having problems with the merchant who processes their credit card purchases not releasing funds to them in a timely fashion. I was further told that I would be contacted the next day with new vendor information and a phone number to call and give credit card info to complete my purchase. I haven't heard from [redacted] since then. I've emailed him on 3 separate occasions and all have gone unanswered. I also called their contact number and received a message that they are no longer accepting phone calls regarding order issues. I left a voice mail anyway advising Desert Warrior that I am now formally filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and that I'd be contacting my Credit Card company to see if I can cancel my charges.Desired Settlement: I'd like a complete refund as promised by [redacted] for the entire amount of $149.22 or a credit back to my credit card.

Review: On or about 5/27/2024 I ordered three trigger kits from Desert Warrior Products. I called several times in the next few weeks to inquire as to why they had not been shipped and they informed me that they were back ordered. They had charged me for items they did not have. I was told on each occasion that they should be in "any day now". On or about July 7 I called them back and informed them that I needed the parts so I was forced to order them elsewhere and requested a refund for my order. They said they would cancel the order and get that right out to me. I spoke with them again on or about August 8th and was told that they didn't understand why there was such a delay in getting my refund and they would get right on it. It is now September 16th, well over 60 days since I cancelled the order and have not heard from them. I also sent them an email on August 22nd requesting that they look into it and never received a response.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.

Review: I order two items from Desert Warrior Products in January of 2015. It's now May of 2015 and I have yet to receive my order. I have e-mailed and called them several times to see what the status of my order was and never received a reply. I paid over $800 for the items.Desired Settlement: I would either like to receive my order or a refund in the full amount.

Review: Purchased a product from their website. Product purchase was cancelled by me. DWP confirmed my cancelation stated the amount of refund and also stated that it would take 10 business days. After 14 business day with no refund. I again contacted DWP and inquired about the refund. I was told by David that he would check with the manager and see about pushing the refund along. I received no response when I again contacted then 5 days later. Now I receive no responses at all.Desired Settlement: Credit my account the refund of $943.96 as was stated on their email they would. Their handling of this is awful.

Review: I placed an order with the online vendor, Desert Warrior Products (desertwarriorproducts.com), on April 14, 2014. The amount of $717.90 was immediately charged to my card.

I placed calls to their customer service number, as found under the "contact" link on their website (949) 234-[redacted] (removed since) and was informed that the product would ship with the next delivery. I've called for status updates, but was given no ETA. The business no longer answered phone calls when I called in September and I resorted to emails, however the company did not respond consistently nor promptly. I received an email advertisement from the business (dated 9/12/2014) that acknowledged their fault in charging for products not in stock. I've requested to be reimbursed for the purchase amount on multiple occasions as I no longer believed I would receive the ordered merchandise within a reasonable time frame. I've gotten no confirmations of the order cancellation, and I have not seen the credit on my card statements in the purchase amount.Desired Settlement: I do not believe I will receive the products ordered and would like a refund issued to my credit card. I have been patient in waiting for a response or product delivery from the business, but have not gotten any response from them. I am greatly disappointed in the business practices of Desert Warrior Products.

Review: I placed an online order and was charged in full on May 7th, 2014 for the amount of $82.45. The products were never received. During the initial attempts with merchant to resolve issue, I was told the products were back ordered, but then available and would ship, but never shipped. Subsequent communications to resolve the issue were never responded to.

Buyer beware and run for the hills before you even think of clicking on that "Add To Cart" button with DWP A.K.A Survival Partners LLC. I purchased and paid for merchandise with my credit card through "PAYPAL" two months ago and have not heard a word from them since they stole my money and ran. Numerous Emails and phone calls by myself and [redacted] and [redacted], nilch, niente responses. Not a single one returned. Filed a dispute with PAYPAL and eventually upgraded to a claim where PAYPAL will now make the final decision and we all know witch way that will go! It's all [redacted]. folks. The only singular thing good about [redacted] even, is thank goodness this Desertwarriorproducts.com/A.K.A-Survival Partners LLC does not have my credit card account info or I would really be fighting for my life here. As soon as this case is over and I know I will be out the money, I'll be ditching this [redacted] too. [redacted] is under investigation by the Federal Government also now. Go figure!! Well, consider yourselves all warned about this bogus criminal scam operation who call themselves Desertwarriorproducts.com (What a sad joke) to say the least!!!
