Review: I ordered with Desert Warrior Products on 08-03-2014, ordering three items. My credit card was immediately charged for the total of the purchase of $[redacted]. I received two of the three items in a timely manner (around two weeks.) The third item, a Smith Enterprises rail system was not delivered with the other two items. On the receipt the [redacted] was marked backordered which their website made no mention of the item not being in stock. I then proceeded to email the company at the given email address on the receipt with no response by them. That was on 08-14-2014. I have sent numerous emails to Desert Warrior Products, the president [redacted], made numerous phone calls to them and left voice messages. As of current they are not currently taking customer service calls and they wish for you to contact them via email. I even spoke to customer service at [redacted] and they said the product would be sent to DWP within a week. That conversation took place on 09-16-2014. I have started the process at my bank in regards to disputing the charge of $[redacted]. I did receive two "sales" emails from DWP about their ongoing sales at the DWP website and I even replied back to those with no response.Desired Settlement: Refund of Purchase for $[redacted]
Review: I ordered 2 products that showed in stock online.I recieved an order confirmation. After about a week without any contact I called to check on the order which totaled 747.80$. I was told the items were backordered and I would recieve them in about 2 weeks. The lies continued from early May to July 22 when I finally had enough of the lies and stories and cancelled the order I was told refunds take 10-14 buissiness days, this is completly unacceptable since it took them 30 seconds to take the money out of my account.Since july 22 I have tried to contact them repeatedly only to be told more lies and now they dont even respond or answer the phone. But they still show the same products in stock and ready for sale taking more unsuspecting peoples money.Desired Settlement: My money back!!!!!!!

Mr. [redacted],
I am sorry for the issues that we had internally have affected you and you have my apologies. I looked up your order and it tells me that the refund was done on your order, so I will consider this issue resolved, unless I hear from you otherwise?
Review: Placed original order online on 4-2-14. Received order confirmation instantly. Checked back two weeks later to find that it was back ordered and I was not notified. Called and requested refund, was told it would take up to ten business days to process. After ten days, I called again to check refund status, was told it would be longer due to their credit card processor only allowing them to complete so many refunds a day.
Called again on 5-28-14: was told that refund could still not be processed, but the amount could be applied as store credit toward another item. Placed second order using store credit and paid for the difference with a different card. Was told the item was not currently in stock but would be expected to be received by them within a week and would ship then.
Called again on 6-5-14 and was told that they would not be receiving it until 6-20-14. Requested refund and was told it will take at least ten days or longer to process and could not offer any idea of how long it will actually be.
When I ask to speak to a supervisor I'm told there are none available. When I ask to speak with whoever actually handles the billing, I am told to call back a day or two later after 1:30 PM PST, which is usually met with an automated message and no option to leave voicemail.Desired Settlement: Full refund from both transactions onto their respective cards
Review: I have placed 2 separate orders and received partial orders of both. One ordered was placed I believe in March of 2014. When I placed theses orders I believed the items to be in stock and available, the website gave no indication items were not available for shipping. I want my items or a full refund because I feel I have waited long enough and I feel I should have been informed at time of purchase that items were not available to ship. I have called Desert Warrior and sent emails and received no response. My address will be changing soon and I don't want my items sent to the wrong address or lost in the mail. I understand they my be back up with back orders but if they cant feel the order promptly they should not take the order. And the least they could do is be available to answer customer questions.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order or full refund at shippers cost.
Review: An order was placed 3/18/2005. Since then I have not received my order nor does this company return phone calls, emails nor answers the phone.Desired Settlement: I just want my order. And/or at least confirmation it is being sent.
Review: Purchased an item online on 07/22/2014 and was charged the same day; never received product. As of today I've also reported this to the cyber crime government agency.Desired Settlement: All I want is the rifle stock ([redacted]) in which I purchased.
Review: On february 23, 2015 I ordered online an [redacted] drum magazine from the store (it showed as "in stock"). I quickly got a confirmation through email and my paypal account was charged. After a couple weeks of not receiving any other correspondence, I called and the answering recording said to email them as they were backed up with orders. I have been emailing them every 2-3weeks and have yet to even receive a reply. Most of my emails were simply asking about an order status but I have not had any luck. Very disappointed with this business. Now we are in the middle of april and I still dont know about my order but they sure kept my 280$Desired Settlement: I want the business to either ship my order so I can receive it before the end of april, or my money back so I can take my business elsewhere.
Review: On April 1st 2014 I ordered an M1A stock from DWP. My card was charged immediately and I also received the order id #. Three weeks go buy I say okay let me check up on the item. They tell me its on back order and to be patient with them and Vltor. I would email them once a month to check the status of my product being shipped. On April 21st I received a reply email saying that Vltor need to update their shipping dates. Okay I can handle that wont be too much longer right? May 19th I received a reply email stating "The standard answer is that the order is in process, nothing more specific. So like you, we are also in the dark, but we are hopeful for a positive result very quickly.".
The last email I have sent out was replied to on June 23 and stated "The delivery was rescheduled to arrive on Friday, 6/27, but the back ordered shipments will not go out until the next business day, or Monday, 6/30, if they shipment arrives after 1 PM. Look for a confirmation ship email with a tracking number from USPS that day, and thank you" Another three weeks go buy and still no order confirmation. So I get curious and July 23rd I emailed the manufacture Vltor directly asking if they have delivered their shipment of stocks to DWP and if they have any in stock. Yes they shipped to DWP and yes Vltor also has them in stock and has offered to sell me one albeit not at DWP reduced price. All the communication with DWP and myself has been one sided with me having to email them once a month just to get a status. And the only solid ETA of shipment was a month ago.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my item shipped out finally after 4 months. If it is not delivered by the end of August I would like a refund and I will just buy from Vltor directly. I am an extremely patient man but enough is enough. Or this has been the cruelest April Fools joke ever.

Review: I had purchased 2 items from business which 1 of them was sent and the other was on backorder. This started back January of 2014 and I was charged for both which it says there policy is not to charge until items leaves warehouse. I had received numerous email updates for the first 4-5 months which I was ok with and the customer service was very nice but now since late November of 2014 until now January of 2015 I cannot get a reply from any email or contact them by phone due to overflow of backorders. I have kept all communications with them from email.Desired Settlement: Im ready to move on and just get a refund if possible
Review: I ordered a "[redacted]" for $199.96 on 04/19/2014 through Desert Warrior Products, the Order ID was [redacted]. They took payment for the item but still hadn't shipped it as of 09/28/2014, so I cancelled the order. To this date I have not received a refund for the cancelled order. I have tried to call them multiple times over this period of time, but it goes to a voice recording stating that they are not taking any calls and to direct all customer service questions to [email protected]. I have also tried to contact them via email including my order number multiple times with absolutely no response. I would like my full refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $199.96 to my [redacted] card that I initially paid with.
Review: I ordered a [redacted] scope rail for my M1 on 3/25/15 they were paid $199.71 via [redacted] INST [redacted]. On 3/26/15 I received an email stating they had shipped the scope rail, but no tracking information was provided. I waited 4 days and contacted them. They have a message on their customer service line stating send emails, which I have sent almost everyday since, requesting my product. I sent messages yesterday asking for the part to be shipped or a refund. I left my number and requested they contact me to let me know when I would see refund or parts.
I have copies of emails...Desired Settlement: One of two outcomes…either send me the part I paid for or a refund to my account.
Review: On 7/28/13 I ordered item number UPG-16 from Desert Warrior Products, Order number [redacted], Invoice number [redacted] price with shipping $36.90. After about a week past I called them, and was told the item was not on stock. After finding the same item from another dealer, I e-mailed DWP on 8/14/13, and canceled the order. By this time they had already charged my credit card for the cost of the item $36.90, I received an email from [redacted] president of DWP, to add it to my next order, I did not order anything else from the to use the credit, and they have not put the amount back on my credit card. So I emailed Mr. [redacted] several times trying to get the original item I had ordered on 7/28/13. I have not received anything from DWP, I called once and the guy that answered said he would have to talk to his dad the next day and he would get back to me, but that never happened either. I sent Mr. [redacted] emails on 12/11/13 and 12/27/13 and still haven't heard from him.Desired Settlement: I just want the item I paid for on 7/28/13.

Response:
Mr. [redacted],
I apologize completely for this oversight, we switched to a new inventory system about 2-weeks after you placed this order and you are correct, you were told on 8/8/13 that it would ship to you in about 1-month. This did not happen, I am putting you in for a full refund and will be glad to supply you with a 20% discount on anything else you would like to buy from DWP, as we screwed up and I want your business. Please call me directly, or email me (best) at [redacted]@desertwarriorproducts.com .
Again, sorry for the service failure.

For your information Mr. [redacted] of Desert Warrior Products has not issued the refund he stated in his reply to my complaint, as of today May 9 2014
Regards,
Review: [redacted]. shipped [redacted] to Desert Warrior Products as a vendor. Previously, Desert Warrior Products paid by check after the product was received. In our last shipment to them, they never sent payment. I spoke with [redacted] the President and said he was going to send a payment. He said that he never received an invoice. We sent another via fax. We left multiple messages and spoke with various people at Desert Warrior Products and most could not understand why payment was not sent. They now list the [redacted] on the site as unavailable.Desired Settlement: We ask that Desert Warrior Products pay us for the merchandise they have received. We can provide UPS tracking numbers and a purchase order from DWP.
Review: I made an order back in July from Desert Warrior Products for two products that I was charged for and never received. I called after a month and asked them about my order. They said it was on backorder and I would receive the product in a month when the manufacturer makes more. It's been three months since then and I've tried contacting them over ten times through email and calling them and they will not return any of the emails or phone calls. I've went as far as calling the manufacturer of the one product to see if they have made any and in fact they have and sent Desert Warrior Products hundreds of them.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money.
Review: On Feb 07 2015 I purchased online for $457.89. The website states their policy is to not charge until the product is shipped. Contrary to their policy they charged my account immeadiatly and the product was never shipped. Multiple emails and phone calls about this have been ignored.Desired Settlement: Refund of $457.89
Review: Purchased a trigger on their website that was listed as 'In Stock' in early April 2014. Company never shipped, claimed delay was delay with manufacture and that they would have product in soon. a few weeks go by and another call was made and the same promise made. several weeks and several calls and several promises later still no product. When I inquired with the manufacture as to the nature of the delay with Desert Warrior Products, they could not discuss it.Desired Settlement: Since the product is vaporware at this point, I will accept no less than a full and immediate refund to my credit card.
Review: I ordered a Geissele SD-C trigger from Desert Warrior Products in June and never received it. I have had multiple correspondence with the company via email. The routinely assured me that they were expecting the trigger to ship "any day now". After a little more than a month of that I finally asked for a refund. At first they said the would begin "processing the refund" which would take 14 days and if the triggers got there they would cancel the refund and send the trigger. I refused this and insisted I be refunded my money. They agreed to refund the full purchase price on August 8, I have yet to receive my refund. I have since emailed them again asking for my refund and have not received a response from the company. I have all our email correspondence saved as proof of their promise to refund my purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund I was promised for the item I never received. I'd prefer the money be credit back onto the card I used to purchase the item.
Review: This company is sell rifle magazines that they do not have. They charged my card and I have not received my order. 14 months have gone by I have called several times, they said it would ship soon. Now they do not answer phone calls or emails. 14 months!! Of waiting but they charged me and won't refund my money.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back.
Review: On 2/08/14 I purchased 2 items off the internet from DWP in the amount of $1,179.95. Other than the confirmation email from [redacted], I have received no communications and had no delivery of my product. I have emailed him several times asking for tracking information or an update on the status of my order. My last communication advised that I wanted my product or my money as I would be contacting you if I did not get a resolution.Desired Settlement: I want my money or my product as soon as possible and I want a formal complaint against this company registered with you. This is the second time I have ordered though them and the second time they have not delivered what they promised when they promised. I gave the benefit of the doubt, but no more!

Response:
Researched customer complaint, found order that showed as abandoned in our system (operator error?), it did not show a payment, but I researched and found a payment in the correct amount that was never applied to an order (we receive thousands of orders). I apologize for the system error, we will get this product ordered and out to the customer within 10-14 days, as the product must be ordered.
Review: On June 12th, 2014, I ordered a Juggernaut Tactical M1A Rogue Bullpup Chassis System Standard Barrel BLACK for my SOCOM M1A rifle. I used a 20% off coupon and my credit card was IMMEDIATELY charged. I waited almost two weeks, and when I did not receive the stock, I wrote to inquire as to the order status. [redacted] replied two days later telling me that their supplier, Juggernaut Tactical, was behind in filling their orders. I thanked him and waited until July 18th when I wrote again asking for an update and received no reply. I called and spoke to Dave who told me that they were still waiting on their supplier. I finally contacted Juggernaut Tactical who confirmed that they had had a production problem, but that they were all caught up on their orders as of August 8th. I tried several more e-mails right up to calling today and still have not heard from Desert Warrior.Desired Settlement: I would like the merchandise that I've already paid for at the sale price I paid or less.
