Review: On 2/08/14 I purchased 2 items off the internet from DWP in the amount of $1,179.95. Other than the confirmation email from [redacted], I have received no communications and had no delivery of my product. I have emailed him several times asking for tracking information or an update on the status of my order. My last communication advised that I wanted my product or my money as I would be contacting you if I did not get a resolution.Desired Settlement: I want my money or my product as soon as possible and I want a formal complaint against this company registered with you. This is the second time I have ordered though them and the second time they have not delivered what they promised when they promised. I gave the benefit of the doubt, but no more!

Researched customer complaint, found order that showed as abandoned in our system (operator error?), it did not show a payment, but I researched and found a payment in the correct amount that was never applied to an order (we receive thousands of orders). I apologize for the system error, we will get this product ordered and out to the customer within 10-14 days, as the product must be ordered.

Review: Purchased an item on their website. Money was taken from my account and no product has been shipped. No response to any emails, phone calls or messages through facebook. I've read reviews through several blogs and gun forums and they haven't not responded to anyone in months.

Should've looked at reveiws first but I ordered things from them earlier last year with no problems.Desired Settlement: I want what I paid for.

Review: In February of 2014 I made a purchase with Desert Warrior Products and one of the Items which cost $187.00 did not work properly so I asked to return it for refund and they agreed to provide it within 10 days which I have never received. I contacted them many times over the last 3 months and got no help from them. The GM who's name is [redacted] is the one responsible of providing refunds and he never responded. Its been 3 months now and clear their intentions are not good. They should never do this to customers because its not only unlawful and bad for business but you never know who your selling to and what branch of law enforcement they work for but they are about find out.Desired Settlement: A refund would be the only option to satisfy.

Review: I placed an order on 4/15/14 for $499.96. I called and changed the order on 6/11/14 for an item that was $[redacted] (looking back on my bank statements I never received a refund for $[redacted] either). I contacted them via e-mail (they no longer answer the phone) on 8/30/14 to cancel the entire order, I got no response. I contacted them again on 9/24/14 to cancel the entire order. I finally got a response on 9/25/14 stating that they have been extreamly busy and will send my order out ASAP. I responded back stating that I would like to cancel my order and get a refund. They responded back on 9/26/14 and said it would not be a problem and I should see the refund on my bank statement within 72 hours. I still had not received my refund and I contacted them again on 10/14/14 with no response and then again on 10/16/14. They responded the next day saying that they would look into it and that is the last I have heard from them. I sent them an e-mail on the matter on 10/24/14 and on 10/27/14. I contacted my bank and they opened a dispute but since it had been over 120 days since the initial charge of my credit card, there was nothing they could do about it. I contacted them one last time on 11/21/14 and of course never received a response.Desired Settlement: I would like to simply get my money refunded to my credit card.

Review: I ordered a [redacted] for my M1a on 28 August 2014. I was charged for this product on 2 September 2014. After repeated unanswered emails and phone calls promising it will be sent I have received nothing. Now all their phones are "no longer in service/ disconnected" except one number that has a voicemail stating they are no longer taking customer service calls.Desired Settlement: Please refund me the full amount owed or send me the product I ordered now

Review: Listed quantity of items on the website were not available. Eight months after ordering, I still have not received the items purchased. The company will not answer any calls, e-mails, or respond to any messages left via voice mail. My credit card was charged though no products were shipped. The truth will always prevail. Here's an idea: Don't place an order online! Call them to verify that they have what you want on hand. Does it look too good to be true? It just might be.

Review: I had placed an order on 8/31/14 where my credit card was immediately charged. On 9/25 I emailed them asking about the status of my order and I was informed that the product was out of stock and they were waiting for a new shipment from the manufacturer. I waited another month and have not received my order or heard anything from them. I have sent about 2 emails a week for more than amonth and have not received a single response. In these emails I expressed I have no problem waiting for the product, I would just like to be given a reasonable estimate of when I can expect my order. I tried calling the company but there was a voice recording saying they temporarily disabled customer service by phone and to email them with your order number in the subject line, which I have multiple times and gotten no response.Desired Settlement: I would like my order, or at the very least a response back to my emails to tell me when I can expext it.

I ORDERED SOME ITEMS FROM DESERT WARRIOR PRODUCTS ON 8/22/2014 and NEVER RECEIVED THEM .PAID FOR THEM AND NOTHING.I E MAILED THEM OVER & OVER NOTHING. THEN I GOT A E MAIL , WE MISS PLACED YOUR ORDER ON 1/15/2015. NOW MY ACCOUNT HAS A BACK ORDER ON IT.TODAY IS 2/13/2015. HERE WE GO AGAIN .

Review: On November 21 of 2014. I ordered a 80% lower jig. My money was taken out of my account immediately,I received a conformation of purchase,but have not received shipping info. Nor have I recieved my product. I have sent 3 emails regarding my order,and have not recieved any emails back. I have called and all I get is there answering machine.Desired Settlement: I would like my product or a refund.

Review: On 21 July 2014 I placed an online order with Desert Warrior Products. My debit card was billed 23 July against what I assumed was my order being processed for shipment. My order status was still listed as processing on 29 July, so I began attempting to contact them via telephone. After spending four days calling at least three times a day I finally managed to reach someone in customer service. After speaking with [redacted], the gentleman who answered, I discovered that the company's website is not tied to their inventory and that my debit card was billed for merchandise that was not in stock. I chose to cancel my order and purchase from a different vendor. On 04 August I received email confirmation the order was cancelled, but my refund has not been credited back to my bank yet. The company has temporarily discontinued customer service by telephone, stating they are attempting to streamline operations and catch up on back orders. I have sent two emails to customer service regarding their failure to reimburse me for the cancelled order, one on 13 August and another on 24 August, and have not received a reply to either email or a call regarding the matter at the phone number included in both emails. For the past three weeks all attempts I have made to contact someone at Desert Warrior Products regarding this matter have been unsuccessful.Desired Settlement: Desired outcome is for Desert Warrior Products to provide a full refund for the cancelled order. Order number and dollar amount for cancelled order can be provided if needed for mediation.

Review: Made a purchase on July 9th, 2014, received order confirmation and my credit card was charge immediately after checkout. After 18 days without receiving the product or any additional information about the purchase, I attempted to contact them via email to their post email address on July 28th with no response. On July 30th I attempted to contact them via telephone at the post customer service line during posted call hours, received no answer and no voicemail option. Attempted to contact them via email same day asking for a cancellation of the order, received a replay that they would cancel the order and refund my money. I contacted them again on Aug 4th asking for a status of the refund, they contact me back two days later stating a refund takes a minimum of 14 business days blaming their claiming they don't know why it takes so long. Attempted to contact them again on Aug 20th for a status update on my refund with no response.Desired Settlement: Would just like my money back.

Review: I have made several attempts to contact the seller via email and phone in regards to an order placed on 3/1/15. No response has been received whatsoever as to confirmation of the order nor confirmation of shipping on Order ID: [redacted]. I now find with the Revdex.com the sellers "F" rating as other consumers have had identical experience dealing with desertwarriorproducts.com.Desired Settlement: I want the total complete amount of $55.77 USD refunded back to my Paypal account. ASAP!

Review: Placed an order for a product on 29 August 2014. Money was deducted from my account. Product still has not been shipped or delivered. Requests for status of the order have gone unanswered. E-mailed request to have order cancelled with no reply.Desired Settlement: Refund of order amount of $55.95 USD.

Review: I placed an order for an item on August 17th and never received it. The item was an AR 15 adjustable jig, and is a normally stocked item. I e-mailed the company three times and have not received a single response.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my credit card refunded for the full amount of $135.42 so I can take my business elsewhere.

Review: On May 4, 2014 I placed an order from Desert Warrior Products. They failed inform me that what I ordered was on backorder and they billed my Credit Card. After not receiving my order I called their Customer Service line numerous times. Each time I was promised to be placed on the top of their list once they received the backordered item. I was also told on numerous occasions that the item would be in soon. At one point I was told that next Friday, this was 8-10 months ago. The more recent time that I have tried to call I have found that they longer take Customer Service Calls, only email. I have been emailing them and have not gotten a single response.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund.

Review: On 1/30/15 I placed an order for an 80% Arms .308 80% Lower Receiver, item number [redacted]. Contrary to their policy they immediately charged my credit card. After attempting to contact them via email on 2/06/15 and again on 2/10/15 and once by phone on 2/10/15, receiving no response I requested my order be canceled on 2/12/15. I have received no response from this company and filed a dispute with my credit card company.Desired Settlement: I would like them to acknowledge the order has been canceled and refund the charge or $142.45 to my credit card.

Review: I've purchased from DWP and received an email stating they have processed my order and yet I have not received my product. It has been a complete week I live in [redacted] and I know it doesn't take a week to go from [redacted] to the [redacted]. I want to know where my product is and what's taking so long. If the product is back ordered then at lease notify me instead of leading me to believe it's in stock.Desired Settlement: Please deliver my order within this week 11/18/14-11/22/14 or I will ask for a refund and if I have to I will drive to your business my self

Review: I ordered a product from said company. It turns out I couldn't use the product, so I contacted them to exchange the product for another one. Lo and behold the product I want isn't in stock and is on back order. I waited for over a month to get the new product. Between that time I lost my job thanks to [redacted]. I contacted said company again, and this time requested to get a refund for my order. No response, I recontacted the company to get a refund. It took them two weeks to respond to my second email. They told me I would receive a refund based on the exchanged item price, and a email from another fellow about the refund being processed. All this should take 5-7 business days to see the refund in my account. Well it's now a week later and still no refund. Why am I being refunded the amount for the exchanged item when I never got the exchanged item? I have again recontacted them just before I wrote this complaint. This is ridiculous, tell everyone to avoid these people they're scam artists.Desired Settlement: I would like the full refund of the originally purchased product NOT the exchanged product that never was replenished at the company.

Review: I placed a web order for VLTOR M1A M14 Modstock in response to a discount. The order was placed on 21 July and my card was charged on 24 July for $411.78 but there was no status on my order other than "Process" when I checked the website. I emailed them and called repeatedly on the days and time they stated on their site. I got no replies at all.

I finally notified them via email that if they continue to no reply, that I would contact my bank and dispute the charge to my card. The next day I sent another email stating that I was contacting my bank which I did and my bank applied a credit to my account.Desired Settlement: Acknowledge the cancelled order.
