I have purchased an annual hosting service from DesignManticAfter trying their system out, I am not completely satisfied with the servicesWhenever I need to customize or add some features to my website, mostly they are not readily available for the user and has to contact support to make this workAs a business owner, this is so frustrating and time consuming to get back and forth about the issues with their customer supportSo after a few months of using their services, I decided to request for termination and get a refund for the unused services for the remaining months of the annual contractThey didn't offer a refund because they say it's stated on the terms and condition To add to this, their pricing is such a ripoff and I found a better service provider with a more competitive pricing, and their advertising of their services is misleading that one would be getting a website they'd hope for

DesignMantic has done both of our logos for our two different businesses and we get a ton of complimentsThey are unique and very stylishWe love them and definitely recommend!

I have received nothing but a big run around from this company! They seem to be a total scam and are basically holding my web domain hostageI registered a web domain with them that I want to point or transfer to another registar and they won't do what they need to do on their end to make that happen despite several email and phone call requests The latest thing is they've apparently sold my domain to another registar who is just as bad and won't even say they have it even though WHOIS says they do I'm LOSING BUSINESS because I can't set up my website or even my business email! Furthermore, I designed a business logo with them and was basically charged twice and they said they wouldn't make a refund

DesignMantic was excellent at helping me build a logo and brand for my new business Their website was very usable and further-more when I went to check-out and there was a little trouble with my credit-card (caused by an over-protective issuer), I received a call within minutes and completed the transaction quicklyThen, they followby sending me high resolution files of my logo via email within minutes I would work with them again

I had an excellent experience with DesignMantic.com The website was great and easy to use When I had a question, I talked with a competent real person on the phone and he was able to do exactly what I wanted quickly and and at a competitive price

I enjoyed my experience with themI went directly to the customer service because I had an existing logo that I wanted updatedI sent them mine, they send me versions of it (updated) and then after choosing the one I wanted, I told them what I wanted them to change so that it looked just what I wanted it toThey sent all the files I needed, that I paid for within a few minutes

The quality of the work by Designmatic was outstanding and the service, even betterI will use this company again
