They have awesome customer service! I emailed them and asked about the difference between the premiere package and standard package for business cardsThey were very quick to email me back and even gave me 20% off my orderThey have a ton of layouts to choose from and make it very easy to customizeWill most definitely be using them again in the future

This company is not professional and they are not tech-savvyEven worse, they care less about their customersIf your website does not work or your design is wrong, they do not helpThey say it is not their faultThey are also impossible to get a hold of by phone and do not respond to emailDo not use them! There are hundreds of much better companies out there!

April 28, 2015This is with reference to our client [redacted] who placed an order on our website www.designmantic.com on Feb 25, 2015 by paying a total amount of $147.98 for the following items.Logo: $29 Business Cards: $29 2 orders for 500 business cards printing: $89.98Total: $; 47.98Client...

successfully downloaded the business card and logo design from our website. Please see attached [redacted] Account details.We have reviewed the case at our end and our record shows that an email was sent to the customer on Feb 26, 2015 based on the issues found in the Business card. We informed [redacted] that her Business cards cannot be processed due to the incorrect size of font for printing. Please see attached [redacted] First email.On Feb 27, 2015 we had received a response from her confirming the design changes based on which we had made the necessary changes on her Business cards with the help of our designers without any additional cost.On Feb 28, 2015 we had emailed her the revised design requesting her confirmation so that we can proceed with printing of her design. Please see attached [redacted] Confirmation Email. Since we had not received any confirmation from her end therefore we emailed her again on March 23, 2015 to enquire about the design changes and confirmation for printing but never received any reply from her end. Please see attached [redacted] Confirmation Email (2).On April 17, 2015 we received a call from [redacted] presenting her grievance on not receiving her Business cards and based on the above stated we had informed her about the situation to which she agreed of accepting the Business cards with the expedited shipment and refund for the 2" set of Printing order of her Business cards.We had made the above decision as an exception for her because as per our terms and conditions https://www.designmantic.com/terms and cond clearly state all purchases are deemed final on our website and refunds cannot be issued.REFUND POLICY For do-it-yourself designs, Customer understands that all design sales are final and no refunds shall be issued by Designsvantic.com. In the case of purchased design, refunds may only be issued where with the Company's exclusive determination the final artwork has technical issues only either in Company Symbol design or in case of broken text. The Company reserves the right to first exercise resolving the technical issue that may include offline correction of final artwork for customer.However, upon receiving this letter from Revdex.com we have come to find out that her Business cards have not been delivered yet therefore we immediately re-processed another set of Business cards with expedited shipment. We always value our customers and like to work with them to earn their satisfaction. Therefore, we would like to make an exception in her case and have decided to offer her free printing of her Business cards and complete refund of $89.98 for both sets of printing.Please note that [redacted] has already been informed regarding our decision,ThanksDesignmantic Team

I made a logo and saved it to my cart. The next day I changed the logo, and saved the changes, then bought the logo. The logo they gave me was the old one! It had even shown me the correct one when I hit buy. I had work to be done by that next morning so I fixed it and bought the right one. I immediately sent them an email asking for a rebate on the first one. Got no response, so I called 10 days later. Beyond horrible customer service, they accused me of trying to cheat them. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told that he didn't have one. I asked who hired him, and he said there was no one else to contact. That if I sent another email he would forward it to his boss but was very rude and said his boss would do anything either because it was my mistake. So I went over what happened again and he said it happened all the time with older Internet Explorer versions. I kept fighting and he offered to get me a business card logo that was saved in my cart but It had been changed to the incorrect version as well. I emailed again but am basically just out of the money and it's no longer worth my time. I wouldn't give them another dime. The customer service rep. said his name was "Lvo" I even asked him to spell it twice. So frustrating.
