This company advertises selling logo's for business use but once a logo is sold, it does not withdraw the logo from the marketplace This results in multiple businesses being sold the exact same logo They say that in the terms and conditions, other companies may have the logo but the they advertise the logo in a way that makes one think that it will be unique This company is disreputable due to its intent to sell logo's to new businesses under the assumption that it is unique, but as our business discovered, it is not They also have a no refund policy so when two companies have the same logo in the same local area, one decides to remove itthat business can not recover the loss

I made a mistake in my design request and, although I had already purchased this design, it was possible to quickly change and obtain the corrected design without any additional costCustomer service provided prompt and efficient support both by mail and by phone
