I used the online Logo Maker to make my initial design, and then took the Custom Design service to tweak it, and make it unique to my businessOverall I was very impressed with the service offered by DesignManticThey were, in particular, very patient with my repeated tweaks and changes to the design when doing the custom logo

I have received nothing but a big run around from this company! They seem to be a total scam and are basically holding my web domain hostageI registered a web domain with them that I want to point or transfer to another registar and they won't do what they need to do on their end to make that happen despite several email and phone call requests The latest thing is they've apparently sold my domain to another registar who is just as bad and won't even say they have it even though WHOIS says they do I'm LOSING BUSINESS because I can't set up my website or even my business email! Furthermore, I designed a business logo with them and was basically charged twice and they said they wouldn't make a refund

They offer a free website trial when you purchase a logo design but if you cancel during the free trial they charge you for the free trialWhat is the point of a free trial if it isn't free? Misleading company who bombards you with unsolicited emails and does not deliver Has hidden fees and gives you the run around Steer clear Get your logos and designs and websites with a more reputable company

Absolutely the best design company to help you get your company marketing package togetherThey always answered the phone when I needed small changes and did them immediately! I don't know what more you could ask for, especially considering how inexpensive even the Platinum package was in the first place!
