HORRIBLE Company I purchased the $"Premium Download" package of my daughter's college graduation, described as "ALL your images / Ceremony Highlights / Ceremony Overview".Of the images I received, FIVE (5) contain my daughter and NINE (9) are speakers, crowd shots, the ceremony, etc The other FIFTEEN are pictures of girls I don't knowNot random pics of them during the ceremony, but posed pictures of themOne girl is in TWELVE (12) of the photos - her with her friend, with the Deans, with someone I guess was her teacherWhen I called customer service, they (repeatedly) told me these were "ceremony overview" pictures, and those pics of that girl are part of every download I suggested they change the inaccurate description of the packageThey insisted (yet again & rudely) that these are "ceremony overview" pictures Hmmm, I wonder if this girl's family knows their daughter's pictures are being sent to complete strangers

I graduated with my Masters from [redacted] on May 20thGrad Images took the photos and are supposed to be a professional photography businessEvery single photo looks horrible because there is a glare in my glasses in every single oneWhen I called to see if this could be corrected they said yes, but the cost would be an additional $A professional company would not produce a product like this to start withThis is the age of digital photography and they could check the pictures firstGranted, during the ceremony they could not, but there was pics taken prior to the ceremony as wellThe pictures could have been retaken or they could have asked me to take off my glassesHowever, glasses are also not a new thing, they should know how to avoid the glare in the first place It is not every day that one graduates with such accomplishments and now I have no pictures to commemorate itNow I will have to get all gowned up again and go somewhere that will do a

The University of Washington used Grad Images for the graduation photosI wasn't surprised they were shot in front of a green screen and having experience working on automated masking for green screen I was confident the photos would turn out well Flash forward a few weeks and I get the notification the photos are availableI paid $for the ability to download images (versions of separate images they took)I was surprised to see that the automated masking tool they used left a lot of artificial shadows and artifacts in the background of the image from the wrinkles in the green screenI was disappointed, but from personal experience I knew how quickly this can be corrected by manual photo retouching I contacted the company on April 10th and spoke with a representative, who was able to verify the issues with the images and promised to get them manually corrected and I should have the images within 2-daysHowever, after I had not heard back I contacted the company and spoke with Dimitri, who was both curt and rude in helping to get the images corrected, changing the timeline to weeks for ultimately minutes of workBefore I could question him further he terminated our chat I was furious! Finally, after multiple emails I was able to get in touch with another rep Tenesia who was able to send me updated images that had been retouched Unfortunately, when I received the images they left just as many issues as in the original photos, they just blurred areas of the imagesWhile some of the original issues were corrected, they added more shadows and artifactsI wish they would have just provided the layered photoshop images so this could have been resolved in a professional manner So frustrating to have taken the time to get the photos and then pay the money to get them, only to be disappointed with the resultsWhile I appreciated the photo session, I was counting on having professional resultsI would definitely NOT recommend using their services to anyone in the future

Long story short.College graduation GradImages was the 'official' photographersI stood in front of a banner which had the college name on it and they took the pictureUpon receiving the proofs, the only word in the photo was 'college'The name of the institution was cropped out When I emailed them politely asking if this happened just for the 'proof' (so no one could make copies) and did they really have the full picture with college name in the background, they responded with a one line email that said that the word 'college' was the only word that was captured in the original photo! Seriously? No apology, nothing?Upon talking with another one of my classmates, they had done the same to her except they didnt even get the full word 'college' in hers...only "ege"...If you have any control, please do not use this company

I ordered my products on 8/5/The estimated delivery time was 7-business daysOn 8/30, we called and they said they had made a mistake and they were re-shipping itIt is not 9/18, and we still have not received anythingWe called today and they said it was shipped but that they will resend but it will take another three weeksThis is unacceptable!

I paid for 1 8X10 and 1 5X7 and 4 wallet size pictures totaling $101.00 for my daughter’s grad pics and never rec'd them. I've tried working with Grad images reps that state they will get to pictures out to me but I have never rec'd them. This is been going on since June of this year. The pics were to be a gift but I have not been able to get the pics or a refund. Please help

I bought a download packageI did not download the images because I I was sent the link, I saw the package was severely limited, especially for the price being paidWhen I contacted a customer service representative within hours of getting the link that I did not use, I was told that it wasn't refundableThen I email and said that it does not state that on their website and that I didn't download the images so I felt I deserved a refundThen I received an email saying it would be refundedThen I received another email that said it wouldn't be refundedI called the company and was told that it The website guarantees 100% satisfactionI was not satisfied with the number and type of "ceremony highlights" included in an $package

GradImages skimps on their shipping methodsPhotos of my daughter's college graduation arrived in a flimsy envelope with no protection or support (such as a cardboard insert, etc.)The envelope says "PhotNot Bend." Do you think the post office machines and handlers give a hoot? Nope! Step it up GradImages! Take a little bit of your profit and package your products better! My photos and the flimsy envelop arrived scrunched and bentI contacted GradImages and requested a refundThey instead said they would reprint and resend them! Now why would I want to do that? So I could wait many more weeks and receive the same messed up photosI sent images/emailed customer service three times and received responses from three different people...no continuity in my issue at all! When they asked for images a third time I gave up and stated I would instead write reviews

I took my children to four seasons mall where we waited in line to have pictures takin with SantaThe next day looking at my bank account the lady running the payment booth for this photography company charged my twiceI called the customer service line and emailed in copy of my bank transactions and copy of my receiptI was then told I would be added to the refund list and it would take 2-days to receive my refund I waited days and still have not received my refund I call and email again and each time the “waiting to be put on the list” goes from 2-days to 7-at this point I am getting the run around and still have not received my money back

Hello, I purchase my graduation images on July 3rd, for I purchssed the digital version do I could recieve all of my grad photos because the other options where a lot more expensive to get all of my pics in one packageTwo days later (today) they send another promotion that gives all four pics for in a physical copy.since I have not opened the digital images I called grad images and request a refund so I can then purchase the new promotionI am told no refunds are given on digital purchases and no supervisor or any other member of leadership is free to speak to meThe call drops and she calls me back and tells me this and that there is a disclaimer somewhere that tells me thisI go back and walk thrpugh making another purchase of tbr digital photos to identify this disclaimer and cannot find anythingI would at min like them to give me back the difference even if they charged a little more for the images being digitalI feel robbed blind considering I just m

so I figured that it will take month or twoanyways, I give them an address in Virginia and waited for two monthhowever, Nothing came to my door!
Now I had to go back to my country and I am trying to communicate with them to give them another address through their Web Site( No response )

This has been a very infuriating process with this company The photos we bought were from an old graduation from and not my recentThere was a mix up on my graduation photos which was their fault I have been trying to request a refund of the digital prints purchasedI contacted customer service via webchat and they said they would transfer the credit to the right photosI received access to my correct photos this morning and no way to access them! Like they had promisedThe only reason we were purchasing these is for a reception that has already passed! We were very unsatisfied with the new photos and wish to not purchase as wellThis is not right or fair that we were not given a choice to pick wether we wanted to purchase the new photos, if the credit transfer was to go through!
