Very Disappointed! My daughter ordered 5Xframed prints The frame is a very poor excuse for a frame, flimsy and poor quality! Two pics are on one sheet of paper They are extremely overpriced!!! They know you are stuck with the size of graduations, and the inability to get close enough for your own photo, so they greedily overcharge for poor quality I wrote the school in hopes of finding someone better!

Picture for $hd three shots, not all of ceremony highlights just shot of gym where graduated and honestly, the photos looked as if an amateur too the shots form two angles and printed them up on a computer and sent them out
My family members photos on a regular camera came out better than this

On June 13, 2016, I placed an online order for my grandson's graduation plaqueWhen order arrived, there was a bright light on his left earI sent GradImages an email and per email was told to call I called and I explained the situation to the representative and she stated it would be taken care of and to keep the inaccurate plaque The second one was delivered and it had the same issue - light on left ear and I realized it was not an 8x10, it was a 5x I sent another email and per email another plaque would be delivered The third plaque was not corrected - w/light and size still a 5x I made another called and per representative plaques do not come in an 8x I have seen 8x10s If company cannot produce an 8x10, that should be indicated on their form This is misleadingOn their form, it clearly indicates 8x10, 5xand I paid and ordered an 8x

The photos sent and in particular the one cropped for the plaque were improperly prepared All three were cropped at top CUTTING OFF part the college name Only one of the two 5x7s displays entire name but even that one has the college name barely within the top of the image such that it will be covered by anything but a frameless frame This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE, in particular in view of the huge profit companies like yours make on these kinds of events Accordingly YOU SHALL COMPLETELY REDO the ENTIRE ORDER and reship at YOUR EXPENSE by expedited means YOU SHALL ALSO PROVIDE MEANS FOR SHIPPING THE DEFECTIVE GOODS AT YOUR EXPENSE AFTER SENDING THE REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS
In addition, following comments are also relevant
For the smaller college event, only three photo choices were provided, nothing else, and of these they were not framed correctly leading to issue noted above
For the University wide commencement, only one photo choice is available
For the kind of money being charged for the pictures and other products, one would expect choices and professionally framed shots
Also, the photographers, at the events were not professionally dressed They should have been in all black so as to not stand out while taking pictures at events Some looked like they were about to go to the bar on a Friday night, in particular those at the university-wide commencement Totally UNPROFESSIONAL image at an important once in lifetime event that many of these graduates will be paying off for the rest of their lives THAT should be taken into consideration when these "professional" photographers decide how to dress and conduct themselves

I have ordered photos from this company for YEARS at both Easter and Christmas time I have always been able to reserve a time during the day--morning or afternoon before 4: This time, there was nothing available until after 5:PM In my experience there are NEVER any other families reserving times when we go--they are all walk ins I called to ask if there is any possibility of them honoring my continued loyalty and finding me a time slot that is in the morning or afternoon--I would accept early in the morning or mid afternoon, or late afternoon They told me that all of a sudden they are so popular that there are no time slots left There are no refunds on these reservation packages, either, so they have my money (clearly, that means they don't have to care)They could not give me any credit or anything for my extreme inconvenience, and there was no 2nd level manager available to speak withI provided my phone number, but I expect pigs will fly before I get a call back

I placed a order with Grad Images on January 5, and I never received my pictures in the to business day as they promisedI reached out to Grad Images on January 24, and the supervisor told me she will send my pictures out with express shipping and a tracking number and I should received my order on January 27, I never received my photos on neither of my expected delivery datesThis company has several complaints from many college graduates

In May I placed an order for products from the company The first product was a digital copy rights of my graduation picture I also ordered a frame with my picture and engravement of my graduation details I was never asked when I placed the order where it would be mailed and placed the order About a week later, I received conformation the product shipped I looked at the shipment details and noticed it was going to an address that I didn’t live for years I immediately called the company and explained they mailed my product to an address I didn’t live at for years, which must have been provided when I originally started at the university I attended The agent I spoke with apologized for the mistake and advised me that they were going to send a new order, I appreciated the quick response A week and half later, I got an email from FedEx of a delivery issue I opened the email to find that my order was sent to the original address I didn’t live at for over years Due

Grad Images was the photographer for my daughter's college graduation She got a code to use when ordering for a 20% discount Grad Images sent another code via email for $off a framed double print photo, which I ordered I tried to use one code when ordering and it was rejected I backed out of the order to see if I had entered something wrong, which made me have to start my order from the beginning I tried both codes and had to start my order over twice I went ahead and placed my order and emailed the company letting them know what had happened and asked that they refund the discounted amount on my credit card I never heard from them I received my order I have emailed them several times with absolutely no response I tried calling once, but was put on hold and I cannot do that while I am at work

Normally don't provide reviews, however this experience was exceptionally POORI tried for two months to access my graduation photos, manually searching as wellFinally received an email a week ago with the link and it kept routing me to a different graduation I had months agoCalled customer service to complete the transaction or honor the promotion which had just expired 12hrs ago, instead I went through an interrogation of questions and was treated poorly by two representatives who made it their goal to defend verifiable glitches and issues, even when on the phone call! Its really too bad, I had one graduation in California, the other in Baltimore and both schools used this horrible company

Had my child's picture taken with Santa at *** Center Mall in ***, NJ on 12/ Was not able to see my picture until I stood on 2nd line to purchase them Got pictures home and my child's face looked like a ghost and was a blur Called on 12/and spoke with a manager, was advised I would be refunded my money back to the card I paid with Four days later nothing refunded I canned today and was advised I will not be issued the refund now as they need the picture back I was never advised of this on 12/(I threw picture out, it was of no use)Now, $that was promised back to me I will not be getting back I should of been informed to send them back when I first called, not days later when I call to see where my refund is

Long story short.College graduation
GradImages was the 'official' photographersI stood in front of a banner which had the college name on it and they took the pictureUpon receiving the proofs, the only word in the photo was 'college'The name of the institution was cropped out
When I emailed them politely asking if this happened just for the 'proof' (so no one could make copies) and did they really have the full picture with college name in the background, they responded with a one line email that said that the word 'college' was the only word that was captured in the original photo! Seriously?
No apology, nothing?Upon talking with another one of my classmates, they had done the same to her except they didnt even get the full word 'college' in hers...only "ege"...If you have any control, please do not use this company

The photographers at our high school graduation that we’re taking photos of the grads did not have a majority of them flip their diploma the correct way, so many of us received pictures with our grad holding their diploma backwards with a big sticker on it I called customer service several times asking if they could fix it and only received rude and lazy answers, the customer services reps are extremely unprofessional I then emailed customer service to which they blamed the grads for holding it the wrong way! I was also told I would receive a free 5xdownload and then told “oh I guess I can’t do that, haha my bad” I paid $for a picture that is only a thumbnail and I also want a high resolution photo, when I called about why I was not able to download the high resolution, I was told, “just try again in a week”

I was dissatisfied with the quality of the images they provided on the web site (one was too dark, one had a severe glare) I called for advice on how to pick the best photo for a plaque They informed me no touchups can be made on photos on a plaque So, they offered me a photo frame at a discounted price, but wanted me to pay for the touchup that was clearly the fault of the photographer After attempts to talk to a customer service rep, I finally hung up very frustrated POOOOOOOR POOOOOOR company
