when received DEFECTIVE product, I contacted customer service for return purposesI was provided return address onlyWhen asked about shipping charges, was reassured - when product going to be received, ALL shipping expenses will be reimbursedI paid $for the return and never got reimbursement, as promisedI contacted customer service via email with receipt but my request was denied

Back in March there was an event for graduating seniors that included taking grad photosI ordered the Premium Download package from them, which costs $and allegedly included all photos taken from that event as well as images taken from my actual graduation ceremony and highlights from the ceremonyI received my images from that graduating senior event, but not from the actual graduation ceremony
Graduation happened in May, and later GradImages sent me an email notifying me that the images from my graduation ceremony were ready to viewBut when I click on it, it's as if it disregarded that I paid for the Premium Download package back in MarchThe images were watermarked and I couldn't access themThe website was telling me I had to pay $again for my graduation ceremony imagesWhich I find to be grossly unfair considering their Premium Download package that I had already paid for should include the images from the graduation ceremonyI have emailed them several ti

I purchased the $"Premium Download" package of my daughter's college graduation, described as "ALL your images / Ceremony Highlights / Ceremony Overview".Of the images I received, FIVE (5) contain my daughter and NINE (9) are speakers, crowd shots, the ceremony, etc
The other FIFTEEN are pictures of girls I don't knowNot random pics of them during the ceremony, but posed pictures of themOne girl is in TWELVE (12) of the photos - her with her friend, with the Deans, with someone I guess was her teacherWhen I called customer service, they (repeatedly) told me these were "ceremony overview" pictures, and those pics of that girl are part of every download
I suggested they change the inaccurate description of the packageThey insisted (yet again & rudely) that these are "ceremony overview" pictures
Hmmm, I wonder if this girl's family knows their daughter's pictures are being sent to complete strangers
