I had a fantastic phone call experience today with a representative by the name of *** ***! Her voice was so sweet, caring, and authentic, and with not the least bit of attitude or rush -- that never happens on the phone with customer support reps! She helped me quickly and efficiently place an order to get my graduate images downloaded ASAPI wish all customer support phone calls went as great as mine did with Amber -- she is awesome!

This company provides graduation images for graduates I graduated in June and promptly received an email from them with my images (which I ordered) After several weeks I had not received anything so I went online to the tracking information and it showed as "received" I then called the company to let them know that I had not received anything After a series of several phone calls and emails I was told multiple different stories.(That my order had shipped and been delivered, that it was at my local post office waiting to be delivered, etc..) I called my local post office and they confirmed there was nothing there for me I called back and then was finally told that the order hadn't been shipped and it was being withheld due to a tassel frame being back ordered I asked them to cancel my order and refund me Then.......I received everything but the tassel frame Today I asked them again to cancel the order and was told I can not do that That I have to let them ship it and

I ordered a "Premium Package" online for $that was supposed to contain:
- All your event images
- Ceremony Highlights
- Ceremony Overview
Instead I received basically two images far from "All" your event images, ceremony highlights or Ceremony overview.....I requested the other images and received a handful or irrelevant images that were poor quality and empty stage shots! The company ignores my email requests to provide me with what I ordered (see attached) and refuses to cancel my order and provide a refund despite my order not being fulfilling with what I ordered!!

I purchased a mix and match value and premium download package of my brother's graduation photos back in MayThe premium download stated that it includes "all your images, ceremony highlights, and ceremony overview" I have received the photos that were available at the time and went back to download the photos from his graduation ceremony that happened last weekThe photos are available to view, but it disregards the purchase but asks to purchase again
Asking their customer service, they state that the photos purchased in May are a different event to that of the graduation and needs to be purchased separatelyIt makes no sense for the initial graduation photos and ceremony photos to be two different eventsThere is no mention of them being separate anywhere on their page during purchase or before itIt only states that the digital download includes "all your images, ceremony highlights, and ceremony overview"

*** *** was very helpfulShe responded to my request right away and helped me get my graduation photos in order

When I received my photos in the mail the package was folded in half and there was a large crease down the center of my photos The packaging was extremely flimsy and not reinforced to protect the photos I immediately contacted the company to get new pictures sent out After a month of waiting to receive my new photos I contacted the company only to be told I had to wait for the customer service member that handled my case to contact me before they could issue me new pictures I would highly recommend not ordering pictures from this company The packaging and customer service are extremely poor Also, depending on what package you order the smaller wallet photos are not precut for you You have to cut all of the photos yourself as well as cut off a white ridge with a barcode off every individual picture large or small

This is one of the worst businesses I have had the displeasure of dealing withDue to the company's difficult to use website, I ended up ordering a set of digital images I did not wantThe company was unwilling to resolve the matter
I only wanted a single photo of me and my 10-month-old son (because the quality of all of their images were so poor), but now I would be forced to pay $to get a second set of digital images so I could own that single photo

On November 19, as a family which included Grandma, a daughter, daughter in-law and grandchildren we went to *** *** *** to see SantaWe bought Standard packages one for the daughter with her children and one for Grandma with the grandchildrenThe group prior to us, were all taking pictures with their cell phone and Santa was using an IPad taking pictures for themWe were told we could not use our cell phonesWhen it was our turn they announced our pictures would be the last pictures taken as the "system" was down and cell phones will be allowed from that point on When it was time to select our pictures, we did not get the pictures that were taken prior to Santa with all of us as a group because they were "lost"They also only provided one package because the rest of the pictures were "lost"When we made a formal complaint with the company they could only offer to retake the picturesThat is not possible as my daughter in-law came in from out of state a

I paid for 8Xand 5Xand wallet size pictures totaling $for my daughter’s grad pics and never rec'd themI've tried working with Grad images reps that state they will get to pictures out to me but I have never rec'd themThis is been going on since June of this yearThe pics were to be a gift but I have not been able to get the pics or a refund

Misleading Advertising forcing you to pay twice to get digital copies of your pictures even if website says you would get "ALL" of your digital images for $CAD
Grad Images was the official photographer for my school graduationI received emails with different links & different customer ID's for my picturesInsteading of paying $99.95CAD for my digital pictures, they want to charge me twice for it to get an extra pictureCalled customer service, emailed them and ** ***No solution other than giving 50% the second orderTheir website states "ALL" digital images would be provided but that really isn't the caseThey have a monopoly and take advantage of this situation

Like many others, my photo was in shoddy packagingToday I received an email with a coupon code for digital imagesThere is an "Order Now" button that takes you to the order page on the websiteWell, guess what? The coupon code is "invalid," even though the email says I have days to place the orderThere is no telephone number on the emailI finally found a number on the website and calledI was told that this coupon code can only be used with a telephone orderOk, why didn't the email say that? Why didn't the email provide a telephone number? Why did the email have an "Order Now" button? And, on the order page, why did I get a "coupon code invalid" message instead of a message which said I needed to call them? Clearly this is a shady - as well as shoddy - business and I am not about to place another order with them

When we went down to Virgina for my wife's graduation at *** University, we arrived Late ThursdayFriday morning, we got up and checkto the graduationIn check-in, the allowed her to get pictures taken holding the square degreeSaturday for the event, she also had pictures taken, but it was not with the degreeWe went to purchase photos and we realized that we actually had two accounts, one with the last name "***" and one with the name "Wishiewski"I called them to say that I needed them to combine them, and they told me that they could not combine them, the best they could do is give me a buy one get one 50% offThey said it was because of contract issuesSo they are charging everyone twice to recieve all the photos for one graduationThat was about 20,graduates
Also, once the pictures were posted, they sent out emails daily stating that we only had "x" amount of days left until the deadlineBut them when we confronted them about it, they then said

We ordered our disc on 6/24/and told our order would arrive no later than 7/15/We received our disc in days!! Prints came out great! Thank you!!

I ordered my products on 8/5/The estimated delivery time was 7-business daysOn 8/30, we called and they said they had made a mistake and they were re-shipping itIt is not 9/18, and we still have not received anythingWe called today and they said it was shipped but that they will resend but it will take another three weeksThis is unacceptable!

Provide a very poor quality photo and then upcharge to "touch up" their very poor photo

They took graduation pictures of my daughter that were of horrible qualityWhen they sent me the previews of the pictures they were smaller in size and covered in watermarks so I didn't realize how horrible they pictures were until after I paid almost $for pictureThe website says satisfaction guaranteed, however they refused to refund my money and actually had the gall to try to make me pay extra to fix THEIR mistakeThis picture was not professional in quality in any wayThey were grainy and there was large lens flares in both her eyeglass lensesOne flare was so bad you could even see the camera manAnd there was a green/yellow discoloration in the lenses as wellWhen I told them I was going to issue a complaint, they replied back with, "Ok ma'am sorry about the inconvenience." like they don't even care that I was going to report their scheme of taking bad photos then trying to upcharge people to fix them

I graduated with my Masters from *** *** *** on May 20thGrad Images took the photos and are supposed to be a professional photography businessEvery single photo looks horrible because there is a glare in my glasses in every single oneWhen I called to see if this could be corrected they said yes, but the cost would be an additional $A professional company would not produce a product like this to start withThis is the age of digital photography and they could check the pictures firstGranted, during the ceremony they could not, but there was pics taken prior to the ceremony as wellThe pictures could have been retaken or they could have asked me to take off my glassesHowever, glasses are also not a new thing, they should know how to avoid the glare in the first place
It is not every day that one graduates with such accomplishments and now I have no pictures to commemorate itNow I will have to get all gowned up again and go somewhere that will do a

I had a terrible experience trying to get my son’s Santa photoNot only did they accidentally charge my credit card three times, they did not honor the reservation I madeThen they refused to give me a refund on the service they didn't provide
My son and I showed up for our 3:pm reservation at about 3:because I wanted to confirm that my reservation was in the systemThe manager told me to come back at 3:but that there would be several walk-ins ahead of me at that timeI told her that didn’t seem right to me because the website said one of the advantages of making a reservation was not having to wait in lineThat’s very important to me because my son is only months old and it can be very hard for him to wait in lines
I told the manager I would be back at 3:30and hoped I could have my son’s photo taken then since that was my reservation time
I returned a couple minutes before 3:to see a sign on Santa’s chair saying he wouldn’t be back until 3:Unfortunately, I couldn’t wait until then not only because my son has a hard time with long waits but also because I had another commitment
I asked the manager for a full refund since we were not able to get my son’s Santa photo when promisedShe said she was not able to process refunds and that I should contact customer service directly
Customer service would not give me a refund so I had to work with my credit card company to contest the charge
