I am rejecting this response because: the return policy regarding a 20% restocking fee is not on your website, I ordered and paid...

over the phone, and none of this was disclosed. Charging me return shipping plus a restocking fee is just plain bad business after I specifically stated that I was unsure about fitment and needed verification before ordering. Keep your restocking fee and shipping reimbursement, and I guarantee you I will make your life [redacted] for the next year or two.

 Irrespective of the date of delivery, upon the return of the part, NO effort was made to return my money even after I called. I was mislead on two separate occasions. Had I not inquired, the part would have been returned and I would not have had my money. Again, they made NO effort in over six weeks to refund ANY of my balance.

I did not realize the Revdex.com was waiting on a response from me.  The business agreed to accept a return of the defective part...

they sold and refund the price. The refund has not been applied yet, and I doubt the returned part has been received yet. Obviously, I will still be out the shipping cost of returning the part if they will not refund that also. I would suggest that the file remain open until the refund is actually applied as promised.

I am rejecting this response because:
They started out owing me 46.00 then on 03/13/2017 they accidentally debited my card instead of crediting my card. On 03/14/20107 a credit showed up but that was for the debit that never should have...

occurred so they still owe me 46.00 for the core charge.So in total with the accidental debit and the core charge refund that is a total of 92.00. I have only received a credit of 46.00 there should have been two credits of 46.00. I don't think its ok to take my money when the business owes me money and then give back only half.

two credit for $46.00 were done, One on March 13 and the second done on March 22 totaling $92.00

Mr. [redacted] Called Mr. [redacted] and gave Mr. [redacted] the parts #'s he wished to order, therefore this was not the fault of DiscountAutoparts.com as we did not look up the items for  Mr. [redacted]

Credit was issued April 17, 2015
