I ordered my parts and received them in a timely manner. However one of the parts I ordered was the wrong one. Somehow during the ordering process the wrong part was selected. I don't know I'd this is my fault or the fault of the website but that us not my complaint. The return process is the worst. I tried e-mailing them and never had a reply. So I went ahead and shipped the part back using the info on their website. After I confirmed that the part was delivered through the postal service I waited a few days to receive a confirmation from the company. This never happened so I called them. They assured me they received the part, but I have not received my refund after there weeks. Overall I would say their customer service is the worst I have come across.

I am rejecting this response because: when I talked to bh[redacted] and paid the second charge he told me I would receive a receipt and instructions for that second transaction and I have not received that receipt to this day. Furthermore when I went to their website and filled out three-tier form it said wait for a response before shipping anything back. I still have not received anything other than the first $70 receipt. If I knew this was going to be this much trouble I would not ordered from this company nor will I again.

This company is not being truthful. They have neither contacted me to issue a credit nor actually sent a dime. I have not received a check. I do not see a credit on my card statement....

Although I have proof of the events that have occurred, they are not required to prove anything?

I am rejecting this response because:
 Irrespective of the date of delivery, upon the return of the part, NO effort was made to return my money even after I called. I was mislead on two separate occasions. Had I not inquired, the part would have been returned and I would not have had my money. Again, they made NO effort in over six weeks to refund ANY of my balance.

I am rejecting this response because:the business claiming that I chose the wrong part is completely false. I called them with my year, make, and model, and then specifically said that I was unsure about fitment and needed them to verify the part their website said would fit.

When we received [redacted] order we called him to tell him we did not deal with the manufacturer MPA & that there was problem with the order that the correct price did not come up, after explaining this to him he gave us his credit card # to charge the additional cost of the part. I have since...

interesting that your company does not refund shipping fees. I can recall and even pull up my credit card records if need be when your company charged and shipped me the correct pads using my credit card information without my acknowledgement and when I called you and spoke to Bud H he told me just ship the parts back and they would refund me everything including the shipping fees. I was so fed up with dealing with the company that I just kept the parts for future use. Also, I understand your policy but you shouldn't falsely advertise products on your website with incorrect information if you don't expect to refund your customers. It is also interesting that you never received the pads because they were in the same box as the calipers bit again I am so sick of dealing with your company that you can keep the $40, it isn't worth my time. I still have the shipping details of the package from [redacted]. I'm stationed overseas in the military. If I were in the states without a doubt I would take your company to small claims court. You definitely lost a loyal customer forever and should review your employees actions and company policies. Greed will never help you succeed.
