I recently called Discount Cab for a ride to my home from Physicians Physical Therapy on Miller Road in Buckeye AZ to my home in Westpark subdivision in Buckeye AZ. I went outside the business to be available for the driver as I saw on my Total Transit app that the car was nearing. The driver drove past me, went to the end of the line of businesses, turned around and headed back towards me. I then stepped out into the parking lot in order to be more visible and waved but he drove past and proceeded to continue to the nearby Walgreens. I waved and motioned while he continued down the lane and while he circled Walgreens, called the number on the app and left a message. In the meantime, Yellow Cab drove right up to the business and picked up another patient. Finally yet another patient had seen me waiting in the heat and offered me a ride home. During this ride, I received a call for the driver and explained to him that he had driven past me twice and a fellow patient had offered a ride. I just noticed a 10.00 cancellation fee on my charge card! For being ignored twice??! Ridiculous! I have requested that the company reverse the cancellation fee immediately. If not, I'll contact my charge card company and file a complain with the Revdex.com.

After we again talked to our driver, his account remained the same of the ride.We are very sympathetic to Mr. [redacted]’s complaint, as we do not want any customer of Discount Cab to be disappointed with our service. We’ve decided to issue a check for $100 in good faith effort towards the purchase of new walker that will be sent in the mail on Friday, February 28, 2014. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience the walker breaking might may have caused Mr. [redacted]’s mother.

Worse cab experience of my life. I booked online, I put the time for 10:30pm because that's the exact time when I clock out of work. At 10:20pm a random number starts blowing up my phone with tons of calls. REMEMBER, I'm currently working! That's why I req'd 10:30pm. It's hard for me to step away from work and I figured it must be an emergency, so I quickly stepped away to answer. This was about 10:23pm it was really about 20 seconds after the last phone call. It was the DISCOUNT cab taxi driver, he stated I didn't answer so he left. I told him I specified 10:30pm NOT 10:20pm for a reason, I was still at work. He was SO RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to me. He stated I didn't answer so he took off to pickup another customer. Let me remind you this is about 20 seconds after his last phone call, SO he must have still been super close by where he could have easily said ok let me turn right back around and pick you up. He stated, You didn't pickup so Im picking up a different customer, im already on my way. I requested his name due to his constant disrespect fullness to me and he refused to give it to me. He very rudely hung up. I WILL be posting as many complaints and bad feedback as I can, due to the fact that I tried to contact Discount Cab directly in regards to this and NO one has cared to follow up with me to address this concern. I don't mind that he was early, I appreciate it. But the level of disrespect has been the worse I've ever dealt with. I will NEVER use DISCOUNT CAB again, and I WILL ensure everyone I know is aware of my experience.

We were quoted a five to twenty minute wait for a taxicab. We waited an hour and twenty minutes outside in the chilly weather and no cab came.

This is a terrible service almost every time I call there is an issue with the service they show up no where near the time they are suppose to this " company should be desolved completely I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy

Review: One of the employees at my place of business, **, gave out my office phone number to Discount Cab as contact information. Over the last month, I have received at least 10 phone calls as late as 1 am from cab drivers looking to pick up **. My office phone rings to my cell phone, thus these phone calls keep waking me up. I contacted Discount Cab approximately two weeks ago to explain the situation and to please remove my phone numbers. I gave them both my office and cell number. They said they would. ** was also contacted to ask her to remove my number from her profile at Discount Cab. She indicated she did let them know although I am not sure when. I continue to get phone calls from cab drivers, including 3 of them tonight. The driver told me the number was in their computer. This must stop! It is bordering on harassment now. I contacted the dispatch number and spoke to Samantha again tonight and was put on terminal hold. I don't know how to get my numbers out of their system. I never ordered a cab, I don't want a cab, and now I would never use their service. Please make them stop. I really need my sleep. This is unacceptable. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like the General Manager of Discount Cab to contact me. I need to understand why this has not been resolved before now. I can be reached at my office only between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm. NOT after hours to my cell phone.

We also understand her frustration in getting phone calls that aren’t directed towards her at all hours of the night.I’ve been working with one of the Call Center Supervisors and we were able to find her phone number and remove it from the database. However, we did notice thatthe trips being requested were done via fax and her number was listed as the contact number.We have red flagged the number in our system as one not to be used, but that is a manual entry and unfortunately we can’t guarantee that it won’t be used. Wewould ask [redacted] to notify her staff to confirm the correct information is on all fax orders sent in.We apologize for any inconvenience [redacted] may have experienced. We did try to call [redacted] this week and left one voice mail with the supervisor’s directnumber. She had not returned the call as of yesterday.Please contact me directly at [redacted] or [redacted] if you have any other concerns.

I appreciate that Discount Cab did try to reach me, however I had already spoken with [redacted], and understood she would handle the situation. So I did not return the call initially from [redacted]. I did return the call today, was unable to reach him and left a message regarding my previous conversation with [redacted]. It appears the two of them had not spoken. I have also spoken with my employee, who stated her case manager was the one ordering the cabs and gave my number. And I spoke to my employee regarding the fact that my number should never be given out to a business. While I hope that the situation is now resolved, I am frustrated it had to go to this level. A person should have a reasonable expectation when contacting a business (not once but twice) to correct an issue, that the issue will be corrected without have to take these measures. I reserve the right to open an additional claim should I continue to receive calls in the future, regardless of how they got my phone number. My only expectation was and still is that they just lose my number. As long as I receive no further calls, I will consider the issue closed.

Ordered cab for 89 year old mom. Pick up went well, but return cab could not find/look for the handicap entrance that was referred to on the order and left without her. Second cab called. I wanted updates to make sure she was ok (now 45 minutes after pick up time.)The cab dispatcher initially gave me info,but second time I called, the supervisor department was extremely rude and would not give me the status of the cab and hung up on me. She could not understand that I was upset about my mother and that I could not do anything about it.

On 1/2/2016@4:23 pm I was crossing Holmes westbound with the walk signal activated. I was almost half way across when Dicount Cab (traveling eastbound on Bell Road) made a fast reckless left turn into Holmes....he slammed on the brakes missing me by inches...then instead of allowing me to continue to cross he recklessly swerved to my left again missing me by inches.. THEN HE CURSED AND YELLED AT ME !!!!!....I was a safe CDL driver for 20 years.. he endangers my life AND HIS PASSENGERS PLUS YOU DO NOT MAKE LEFT HAND TURNS WITHOUT INSURING THAT THE CROSSWALK IS CLEAR

Review: I called discount cab on Friday the 8th of August 2014 to schedule a trip to the airport. I had used them in the past so I decided to use them this time because everything went just fine in the past. The only difference being that now I have a 9 month old daughter so obviously I need a booster seat. They agreed to be at my place at 8 am on Monday the 11th of August with a car seat. Monday rolls around and I'm waiting outside my place and 7:55 comes so I call to make sure someone is still coming and the lady says yes your driver should be there at 8 am and so I said okay great. 8:10 comes and no cab so I call and ask what is going on and she says oh sorry nobody is en route so I'll have to call someone else and see if they can redirect the route. This is becoming a major problem because my flight is at 10:10 am and I obviously don't want to be late. So she said okay someone will be there by 8:19 am and I was so frustrated at this point that I forgot to ask the operator if the one that they redirected has baby seats. So I call back extremely upset at this point and the lady hangs up on me while I'm expressing my frustrations. So now I've had it and I get in my car and drive to the airport where I am going to have to pay for parking for a week. I ask to speak with a manager and of course nobody is available so they transfer me to someone who handles complaints and he goes on to explain to me that there's no guaranteed time of arrival when there are baby seats involved because not all drivers have them. They said to always allow an extra 40 minutes in case drivers are late. This is wonderful information to tell your customer before they count on a company being somewhere at a certain time. If they would have told me that up front I would have set it up for 7 am but they said that they will have a driver there by 8 am and then acted surprised that I expected them to be there on time. Most unbelievably god awful customer service I've ever experienced in my life and I am shocked that they actually do this sort of thing to people.Desired Settlement: I would like discount cab to write me a check for a weeks worth of parking at [redacted] because had they informed me ahead of time that their drivers are often late when baby seats are involved I would've made other arrangements ahead of time.

We called a cab at 4:50 pm and they keep writing the address wrong. We waited outside until 7:21pm. We got bit by mosquitoes and I had my baby with me. I called one last time and they hung up. The worse customer service ever!
