in regards to the [redacted] you should have received from move for less a credit to ms. [redacted] for 100.00 this move was to be done by MFL not discount moving and storage these are separate entities.

WE WILL BE REFUNDING THE 100.00 DOLLARS TO YOUR CREDIT CARD MS. [redacted]. WE HOPE THIS WILL SETTLE THIS MATTER FOR ALL CONCERNED.[redacted], CLAIMS ADJUSTER

As a consumer I have the right to put an online business review. As of yesterdays mail, I have not received a penny from this business. I advised them about a week ago I have not received any funds and asked them for the address they sent it.... they had no idea ... which is just amazing. If they would like to call me with their credit card information I would be glad to process the payment and which will give them the ability to pay over time [appears they are in a hardship situation]. Once I am paid in full I will gladly remove my on line review... I have also provided the business my home address if they wanted to make payments but I have still not received any funds.... please contact if you would like to pay with a credit card or need my address again .... because I or you have any idea where you are sending the checks[redacted]

I was very impressed with the quality of their work even after reading bad reviews about this company. I believe there may have been a change in management because the bad reviews are from 2013 and my move was this year on 04/08/2014. They arrived actually 15 minutes early but notified me that they were on their was so that I could be prepared. Sterling at the office was great. Many people would say that moving is a very tough job but I would rather say that moving is easy if you can hire a good moving company. I had the opportunity to experience the world class service of Move For Less. All started from a phone conversation between me and their sales rep Sterling. He was very responsive to my questions and set up the appointment in no time. Later that day he submitted the quote, which was clearly better than any other quotes. I did book them for my 3 bed room move from Phoenix, AZ to Scottsdale, AZ. I must mention that movers had to deal with my pets as well. However, their movers showed up early and simply stunned me with their superb performance and great speed. They finished the job a lot earlier than the schedule and made sure that all my stuff arrived safely. I also believe that they charged less than most of the moving companies. So, I would suggest all to use this fine company to experience a stress free and very easy move within a reasonable price.

The office of Move For Less has made no attempt to resolve this matter. I was missing a vacuum cleaner and a plant stand I noticed the day after the move. After calling on November 13th I was told the plant stand was damaged and the vacuum cleaner they would look for. I received a call back that the vacuum cleaner would be delivered the next day and the plant stand was being repaired. With-in a week I called back after noticing I was missing a box of cleaning supplies. A woman took the message. No one called back. I called again in a week and asked about the plant stand. I was told [redacted] was picking it up that day. They couldn’t find a box of cleaning supplies. Now it was December. I went to their office and was allowed to look around a room filled with items left behind. I did not recognize the box. I asked about the plant stand and was told they broke it again. ( It was returned to me a week later with a shoddy repair job. I didn’t complain as I was happy to just get it back. )
While I waited in the office, [redacted] fished around his desk and computer files looking for a claim form. He finally gave me a form to fill out and return. On December 27th I emailed the form back with a note saying I had to record the items from memory and search for pricing for the items.
I called every week in January and he never returned my calls. Finally February 6th he answered the phone in the office and pretended he didn’t know who I was. He asked me to explain what it was I was missing and how much did it weigh. I said you know who I am and what I am calling about. You never weighed any boxes or items . This was a local move. After a moment of silence, he said he would get the file and call me back. Then he called back and said he couldn’t find the file I should email it again, which I did. I emailed it on February 7th as an attachment. I called back and said I emailed it . He couldn’t open the file. He asked me to copy it on a an email and send it to the attention of [redacted]. I asked who that was and he told me it was the insurance adjuster. All of a sudden there was another person involved in this. [redacted] told me to call on the following Monday that Mr. [redacted] would be there at 10:00 A. M.
I called at 10:00 that Monday and it rang and rang and rang. I called back at 11:00 A. M. [redacted] answered the phone. There was no Mr. [redacted] there. He said he would follow up with [redacted].
I continued to call every week until I sent a complaint to Revdex.com. No one from Move for Less returned my calls The person that answered the phone, at times, was a woman from dispatch. She took a message .They never had a file. [redacted] can not know what has transpired as there are no records.
They had no intention of settling this claim and never made an attempt until I contacted the Revdex.com. Their resolve of offering me a 25% discount is unacceptable. I would never use this company again. As far as taking it to Justice Court, I am the one complaining, I should take it to court. What will they be asking the court to do for them?

Firstly, I WAS quoted 85 an hour with a truck, this agreement was not even showed to us until after the move was finished.  I had already paid when the belongings were held hostage, they were held hostage by the mover because I made the cashiers check out to Moves for Less, this is not my complaint, the complaint is I gave Clem the check, and then it was held hostage, AFTER PAYMENT, Clearly the author of this letter has no clue what actually happened. The so called contract was given to me at the end of the move, I told Clem I was not signing any agreement, he said it was for reciept of payment.  Now suddenly it says I was satisfied!!!!! I had to call Joe B[redacted] 3x during the move to complain!!!  Clem said that he couldn't accept a check made out to the company, and that he needed to talk to Mr N[redacted] because he didn't know what to do, it took him an hour to get Joe on the phone, he even had me trying to call him from my phone. While 3 men were on the move, only 2 were actually doing any moving.  I do not have any plants and never have, so I don't what vases your talking about, the things you left, were a couch, a table chairs, non of these are packable. I have the pictures on my phone.  We had already moved 80 percent of our boxes to the house before moving day.  You did not address the fact that a great many of our belongings were left behind and that we ended up have to make another 7 trips to get it all here over the next week, causing us to have to pay rent for the month. You also do not address all of the broken items that were haphazardly packed into the truck, I was literally standing outside the truck when Clem dropped the trunk to the floor that was full of my grandmother's china, we all heard the break.  I posted a review of the fiasco on yelp, which is exactly what yelp is for, not some malicious campaign against a company, that uses multiple names, with an owner who uses false names over the phone. He even claimed to be an organ tranplant donor, I have it all on record.  I am currently working with the Attorney General and testifying in front of the AZ senate to change the current [redacted] of laws when it comes to mover in Arizona, I wouldn't be taking up this much of my own time, if what I was saying were not true. I also do not see how not ripping someone off equates to damaging his reputation....especially when there are at least 20 other yelps all saying the same exact story as mine listed under his companies profile,  it is not all of us who full of it.

THE COMPANY HAS BEEN IN TOUCH WITH MR. [redacted] AND HAS GIVEN HIM A 50 MONEY ORDER TOWARDS THE DAMAGE OF 287. WITH A BALANCE OF 235 STILL OWED.  HOWEVER, MR. [redacted] HAS NOT AGREED TO HIS PART OF THE BARGAIN AND HAS ISSUED FALSE STATEMENTS AGAINST THE COMPANY IN SEVERAL ON LINE REVIEW AGENCIES,...

 THIS COMPANY WILL AGREE TO SEND HIM ANOTHER 50 DOLLARS ONCE THE REVIEWS ARE TAKEN DOWN.  MR. [redacted] AGREED TO THE NON DISPARAGEMENT CLAUSE IN THE CONTRACT AND IS LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE THE COMPANY WILL INCUR WHILE HIS REVIEWS ARE UP. THE COMPANY WILL FILE REVIEWS AGAINST HIS COMPANY COLD STONE ICE CREAM BUSINESSES ABOUT HIS SHADY TACTICS TO DEFRAUD THIS COMPANY AS WELL AND WE WILL ALSO FILE A BETTER BUSINESS COMPLAINT IF HE DOES NOT TAKE THE REVIEWS DOWN.  WE WILL ONCE AGAIN RESUME PAYING THE 50 PER WEEK ONCE THIS TAKES PLACE

this company sent a REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER to my home HIS NAME IS ERNEST B[redacted] we found this out after we started doing research on this company to sue for the damages they did to our furniture .they damaged a lot of my furniture. when I tried to file a claim with there insurance I was given the run around for weeks then my calls and emails were just ignored.we were given a 400 dollar estimate and the bill ended up being over 800 they demanded cash before they would unload after we were told we could pay with a credit card it was a nightmare

PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THE E MAIL SENT TO YOU.  WE HAVE HAD COMPUTER HACKERS AND CAN NOAT FIND YOUR MOVE AT THIS TIME ASK FOR:[redacted]CLAIMS ADJUSTER

they have made several attemps to contact her but with no response.  What would you need from Move for Less to substantiate that?

The reason for the rejection was that I have already filed a claim with them. Was contacted for a weight for the claim department. When I didnt hear back I called in the status and was told nothing was left on the truck. Section 6 that they talk about is change of address. Ive emailed asking for owners name amd email address and was just told it would be forwarded.

I HIRED THIS COMPANY ON THE 10TH OF DECEMBER.I HAD A PLEASANT EXPERINCE WITH THIS COMPANY AND THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE MOVERS.TWO OF THE MOVERS [redacted] AND [redacted] WERE CORTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL WITH MY FURNITURE.THAT WAS IMPORTANT TO ME TO FEEL THAT MY FURNITURE WAS TREATED AS THERE OWN. I MOVED FROM PHOENIX TO MESA AND EVERYTHING WAS ON TIME.

AFTER FURHTER REVIEW OF THE RECORDS WE HAVE FOUND THAT MS. [redacted] DID INDEED SIGN OFF ON THE CONTRAT THAT SHE RECEIVED ALL HER ITEMS.  WE HAVE SPENT OVER 15 MAN HOURS TRYING IN GOOD FAITH TO LOCATED THOSE ITEMS THAT SHE SIGNED OFF ON.  

THE COMPANY HAS FILED IN MCDOWELL MOUNTAIN JUSTICE COURT  CC 2014045467 FOR MAN HOURS ACCURRED ON LABOR SPENT TO LOCATE ITEMS THAT CAN NOT BE LOCATED OR EVER SUBSTANTIATED TAT THOSE ITEMS WERE ACCUTALLY THERE.

WE WILL SETTLE THIS MATTER IN COURT AND IN THAT FORUM ALL PARTIES WILL REMAIN.
