I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I DID SEND THE EMAIL RECEIPT TO [redacted] VIA E-MAIL. ALSO, MOVE FOR LESS IGNORED MY REQUESTS FOR MY MONEY BACK, I HAD TO GO TO THE [redacted] FOR HELP. I PROVIDED ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION TO [redacted] AT THE [redacted] HAS BEEN HELPING ME WITH MY COMPLAINT AGAINST MOVE FOR LESS.IT IS A FACT THAT I WAS CHEATED OUT OF HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS BY MOVE FOR LESS. UNLESS MY MONEY IS REFUNDED, I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT MOVE FOR LESS IS A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION THAT STOLE MONEY FROM ME. IT IS A FACT THAT I WAS CHARGED TWICE THE AMOUNT I WAS QUOTEDIN ADDITION TO THAT AMOUNT, IT IS A FACT THAT MY GIRLFRIEND'S $100 DEPOSIT WAS ALSO STOLEN. ALSO, OUR FURNITURE WAS MARKED UP BY THE MOVERS. I NOTICE THE REQUEST OF THE DATE ON THE ORDER FOR SERVICE, THE DATE IS AUGUST 28TH 2013.ONCE AGAIN, I AM REQUESTING MY STOLEN MONEY TO BE RETURNED. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK FROM MOVE FOR LESS. IF I DO NOT RECEIVE 100% OF MY MONEY BACK, I WANT TO MOVE FORWARD WITH MY [redacted] COMPLAINT AGAINST MOVE FOR LESS AND ALSO REQUEST THAT MOVE FOR LESS IS NO LONGER ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS.LET ME KNOW

I have attached the documents that pertain to this complaint. The order of process that is completed when someone calls in to book a move is 1.) Collect all the facts on the Estimate Call Sheet. 2.) Sell the move. 3.) Book the move into the calendar. 4.) Send the email with all the details that were...

already mentioned over the phone with the customer including the confirmation number, the date of the move, the time of the move, the rates of the move and all included fees along with the terms and conditions that are also stated on the contract that is sent out with the movers on the day of the move. 5.) Charge the credit card that was given over the phone for the non-refundable deposit. The customer is always notified of the deposit and that it is non-refundable. The email is always sent before the credit card is charged as you will notice in the time stamps on the email sent to [redacted] and the credit card deposit receipt from the day that the move was booked so that if the customer did not understand that the deposit is non-refundable then they will see it in the email. The customer did not call back until October 13th and stated that he wanted to cancel so that is when I informed him that he was sent an email with the terms and conditions as far as the deposit being non-refundable. [redacted] claims that he did not want to book the move, well I am not sure about you but I do not give my credit card information out if I am not going to purchase something or use it to pay anything. I believe that [redacted] found a cheaper company that would move him so that is why he called to cancel. However, AZ Move For Less LLC has decided to refund [redacted] as a courtesy for the $100.00 deposit that he was charged as you will see in the refund receipt that was submitted in the documents uploaded in this email. [redacted] was also sent an email and a text message with a copy of the refund receipt. Will you please note this matter as resolved for the record, all the necessary documents needed to resolve this issue are included.

I was moved at the end of last month and was completely satisfied with the fast, efficient and effective service that I received. I was even given a discounted rate for booking my move the same day that I called! I would highly recommend this company, AZ Move For Less LLC. to anyone that is looking to move and needs help!

in regards to the [redacted] you should have received from move for less a credit to ms. [redacted] for 100.00 this move was to be done by MFL not discount moving and storage these are separate entities.

My experience with Move For Less was great. My move was relatively small. Moving my daughter into her own place. But we had a very heavy large steel school locker that needed to go up 2 flights of stairs, and around 2 tight corners. My movers [redacted] and [redacted] handled the job like the professionals that they are. Everyone I spoke to from this company was friendly and helpful. Their rates are good and so is the service. I highly recommend Move For Less and will use them next time I have a move, large or small.

This $100 refund was one of two complaints. The first complaint is that they are not taking care of my claims on damage done to items when they moved us. They have not mentioned anything about this. This needs to be resolved also.

My previous apt. complex would love the opportunity to let the Revdex.com know the rudeness shown to the apt. manager when she would not let them in. They are liars and you response is absurd. I want a sincere apology for the way I was mislead and treated after I attempted to collect my money, and FULL admittance to the fact that disclosure of the "non-refundable deposit" was in fact never disclosed during or prior to the deposit being made, and that in fact the email explaining the non-refundable deposit was not issued for approximately six hours after the fact. I called back within 15 minutes of the initial call (on a Saturday), and cancelled my reservation, only to be told that I would need to call back to speak to "[redacted]" on Monday. The man that said this claimed it was because he was merely a dispatcher and couldn't refund the deposit and being the weekend, I would have to wait till Monday to speak to someone in the main office.

[I do not want anything less than a partial refund on my card. You said you would move me on the 28th you didn't move me til the 29th. You said you would provide 6 wardrobes you provided nothing and acted like the boxes I had to use for my hang up clothes was a gift. Your compnay is a fruad and you turn the truth to suit you. this company sent a REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER to my home HIS NAME IS ERNEST B[redacted] we found this out after we started doing research on this company to sue for the damages they did to our furniture .they damaged a lot of my furniture. when I tried to file a claim with there insurance I was given the run around for weeks then my calls and emails were just ignored.we were given a 400 dollar estimate and the bill ended up being over 800 they demanded cash before they would unload after we were told we could pay with a credit card it was a nightmare
