The expiration date March 2019 and the account number is [redacted]. I am very sorry that this has gone past the estimated delivery date that we provided you. Unfortunately the delivery is not in our control as the magazine publisher is the one that sends out the magazines after we fulfill your order with them.   If you do not wish to wait, I can certainly understand and provide you a full refund for you and cancel the order.  If you would like to keep it, I will be happy to issue you a $20 gift certificate to be used towards any subscription on our website.    Let me know your preference and I will get that processed right away.   Again please accept our apologies for the delay.

I see we have been in communications with you with respect to the subscription and we received confirmation from the publisher that your order...

was indeed processed for 2 years renewal and added to Johns account.  The renewal Started January 1,2018 and expires with the December 30, 2019. If John is receiving bills from the publisher, it is likely solicitation letters for him to renew through them and they are not actual bills.   Many publisher do send out renewal notices so customers can renew with them directly.  Since you renewed his subscription on his behalf, his account was already extended, then he can disregard the letters the publisher is sending him to renew.   If John is not receiving his magazine, please let me know and we will go back to the publisher to find out why they are not sending.  You can reach me directly at [redacted]@discountmags.com Best,SaraDiscountMags.com

provided at the time of purchase is correct and has been for a dozen years. Also, the subscriptions to [redacted] and [redacted] (which were part of the original order) have been delivered promptly and without issue. The failure to deliver has nothing to do with my address.

Hi - I am very sorry I did not relay this better in my response.   We did not cancel your subscription.  We issued you a full refund because your subscription was delayed longer than it should have.  So will be receiving this subscription for free.   You should expect it to arrive within 6-8 weeks.
