Improperly operating system after they serviced the equipmentDamage to property On 7/12/Scott with Energy Air came to our home to service our Rain Soft systemScott was great and explained and showed me every thing he did and replacedWe left for vacation on the morning of the 13th and returned on the evening of the 16thWhen the garage opened up there was water and ceiling material all over the placeI quickly found that the pipes connecting to the system were all disconnectedI reconnected them and checked for leaksNone foundThe system back flushed early Monday morning and woke us at 3:30amthe pipes had blown apart againI bypassed the system as I've been instructed to do by Energy Air in the pastCalled them Monday morning and they said a manager would call meNo call was receivedI called again Tuesday morning and they scheduled for a field manager to come out and take picturesA field manager showed up and and took some pictures but offered no help as to fi
