Durand A [redacted] replaced the salt in my rainsoft system. He explained how the keypad worked and the best way to refill my salt tank. He checked my water and was very thorough.
We just had our RainSoft water purification system installed todaySo far I am loving the taste and quality of our water! Living in Florida, we have pretty low quality tap water, so this system really makes a differenceThe representative who introduced us to RainSoft gave a very thorough demonstration, and was very polite and knowledgeableHe answered all questions we had, and was very professionalOur installer, Tony (and assistant installer), was also very knowledgeable, professional, thoroughly explained how the system worked, and answered all of our questions with easeSo far we are very pleased with the entire process, no complaints here
purchased a new a/c unit to include a new unit handler,it has been over 3 months and work has not been completed-unit not working properly either on 9/17/16 we sign a contract to purchase a/c unit so we can replace handler which was the part of the unit that we were having problems with but since we could not have one without the other according to salesman we agreed to buy the whole unit. the appointment was set by [redacted] so we though we were dealing with [redacted] and we felt confortable since we have dealt with them before but we later found out they are only backing up this company. Florida Energy does the work and they purchase all equipment and or materials from [redacted] . the salesman hector m [redacted] assure us that the whole unit in the closet was going to be replaced with a new one and that everything was going to look really nice. the draining lines going to the outside of the house were going to be replaced also. well it turned out that only part of the unit was repl
Florida Energy Water and Air are a great and efficient company Their service/ installation tech Jean was very professional He was out here in the rain putting in our water conditioner and never let the rain change his attitude Great guy, an asset to the company
We relied on the local Tampa office for our water system and have been extremely pleased We were given a competitive price, the system was installed the next day and their followup has been second to none
My water quality is 100% better, water taste better, now have excellent tasting coffee and ice tea, I brew my own, skin feels better and toilets are stain free
Company provided sub-par service that caused damage to lawn due to salt water flooding On 6/- Service Tech performed maintenance service incl making sure cycles ran completelyI was guaranteed that the issue of continuous cycle regeneration was fixed because he bent and manipulated the spokes on the timerWhen he left he said all mechanism of the system was in working orderdys later woke to my yard flooded with salt water which caused damage to my lawn I called the co who waited days to check systemDuring this time I had no water softener function on my unit During the service visit, the technician on taking apart the system either accidentally broke the timer plastic front part or it was left broken by the previous technicianTech said the co no longer carry the part and offered to sell me either a $plus digital head or a new unit for $4K Both options were not acceptable to me The tech Johnny called the office asking if there was a timer in stock and was to
I had a Rainsoft home filtration system installed quickly and professionally by knowledgeable technicians a couple of years ago The sales person patiently answered all my questions and helped me pick out the appropriate system for my needs I am happy with it and glad I decided to make the purchase
Having health issues do due their Company replacing the Venting system and Air Conditioner in our home It has been one thing after the other I have been having chest pains, constant coughing and breathing issuesSince they replaced the duct work and venting and Air Conditioner systems When the men were here to change the duct work, they left the air on so it would cool the attic spaceWell the blown insulation in the attic was then being sucked into the venting system and the A/C unitWhich in turn blew insulation through out the homeThey sent Stanley Steamer to clean the vents and the carpetThey really should have been replaced everythingWe have made numerous attempts to reach Jason S [redacted] and Dan C [redacted] to get this situations rectified? I have been to my Doctor to try and figure out what is going on? They did a ekg to see if there was a heart issue, they have taken x-rays? When speaking with Dan he said he would make sure everything was fixed and taken care ofBu
