Excellent service from RainsoftAll details and questions were handled in a friendly detailed mannerThe water softener itself is also exceptional qualityThe cost is very high, but comparable to a whole home reverse-osmosis systemYou get what you pay for and in this case it's a great product
I had Jesus P [redacted] install my home water filtration system and he did a terrific job. Jesus was nice, polite, and very friendly. The installation didn't take long, and my family and I were able to use the system the same day. I would definitely recommend this system
Dangerous water softener installation My water softener was installed incorrectly and not up to code It was not protected from water causing the system to short outThis caused the electrical cords to melt and could've caused this more serious issueI have called at least four times asking for someone to come out, first time they told me To leave a voicemail for the installation manager and it will be taken care No one called me back no one left a message nothingI called back and they said they were sending a service tech out on last ThursdayThen they called and said there was an emergency in the service tech could not come I asked to speak to a supervisor they told me that the supervisor would not be able to handle list that I need to speak to the installation manager she assured me she would talk to the installation manager in the morning and someone would call me Turn of this has happened no one has called me no one has tried to fix this I am very upset I cannot use
My family and I have been using Florida Energy Water & Air for many years We have installed over Rainsoft systems in our homes from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale The FEWA team has always been top notch in installing and servicing their products over the years We highly recommend the Rainsoft system and FEWA Thank you FEWA for always going the extra mile to take care of our systems and homes Keep up the great work

This company, FEWA, was supposed to install our water softenerWe paid for the service they performed partially and never returned When we contacted them to ascertain when they would return to complete the installation, they scheduled us for installation service at between 9-AM, 6-30-FEWA never showed up nor called to complete the installationWhen I contacted the company directly to ascertain why, I was placed on hold for an extended amount of time and told that a manager would call me backThe excuse was that the installer had some personal issues When I spoke to the manager who said they could reschedule me for 7-1-16, at the same time I informed him that the date was unacceptable and they need to have someone out here today to get the installation completeWe have paid for the installation services in full and have had to hound them down to get it completed this is unacceptable behavior for a business that wants to remain in business The conversation ended wit
Foul rotten egg odor in all water (especially cold)within months of installationMultiple service agents came, but problem persists Water softener was installed, less than months later my water started smelling like rotten eggs Scheduled service tech to come out, he came and 'fixed' the problem, but it returned When I called, the scheduler stated that once we 'bought it' it is ours and we cannot return the product even if it is defected (this was less than months after purchase!)Called and had another tech come out, he came and 'flushed' the pipes, odor went away for about days and returnedhad service managers come and both 'fixed' the problem temporarily (the foul odor keeps coming back)I was told I need a new water heater, (called my plumber and paid a lot of money for him to tell me, my water heater is fine but he replaced my anode rod with one that is compatible with water softeners...The odor still persists)My plumber stated,"if the problem was the water h

Rain Soft fixing equipment and send a maintenance person and charged after the job On 2/24/the Florida Energy Water & Air, INCcame and fixed the Rain Soft equipmentA month later the Company call me for a maintenance related to the equipmentOn 3/22/the employee conducted a maintenance and after it completed it was attempt to charge me $I was confused because the company just did a month ago a repair on the equipment
