Sales rep came to our home and misled us and lied to us as to what his product would do for us On 10/29/a sales rep by the name of paul B [redacted] came to our home representing Florida Energy Water and AirHe scared us into thinking our water was not safe to drink and shamed us for letting our dog drink itHe claimed if we purchased a water system from this company our water would be as pure as bottled water, we would use much less soap in our washer and would feel much cleaner coming out of the shower as the water would be much purerHe preformed a test to show us how bad our water was, a test that took about 10-minutesAfter showing us how terrible our water was, he put a filter on our kitchen faucet and did same test and showed us how great our water could be if we just bought his system So he made us a deal that we had to sign right then in order to get this great deal! Company installed new water softener Did not use proper pipingPassed inspection because they insulated pipesJob looked like crap Rain soft water softener was installedThey used cpvc piping which the company stated I requested which I did notI had asked several times to run it in pvcMade company pull permitFirst inspection failed due to improper strapping and cpvc pipe was not protected properly Tech came back out and insulated pipe with armor flex and black duct tapeInstall was hideous Inspector passed inspectionI let Josh and Nils know that I was unhappy with the "adjustment"Josh still reschulded inspection so it could pass knowing I wanted the pipe changed out This was back in late April early may I had spoken with josh on this matter a few times and he said he wanted to correct itHis solution was to take off the insulation and collect PaymentBy taking the insulation off the pipe will be unprotected againTherefore the inspection would not pass if
We have had FEWA do major jobs at our residenceFirst was a water system that has improved our quality of life and saved us a considerable amount of moneyWe rate our system "outstanding"! We were so pleased with that outcome that we had their company redo both of our bathroomsAgain the quality and work completed was excellent The next major project was our cooling and heating systemThis included total replacement of our duct work, air handler, and compressorEverything that they promised they did and moreI would recommend Florida Energy Water and Air to anyoneFantastic company with fantastic people
The guy who came out was Chris B [redacted] and he was amazingHe couldn't find the main but, instead of leaving he worked tirelessly to get our system up and runningHe took the extra time to explain everything after busting tail digging a trenchIf this type of dedication is what We have to look forward to then this has become a stellar decision!
The water conditioner installer was a pleasant individual who came to install my condition and was very concern in my viewpoint of the location of my property of where I would want to install the equipment while giving me tips of a better location and whyAfter the installation, he showed how to use the equipment, gave me tips of what to look for, and made some helpful suggestions on the benefits of having this equipment
Installed solar hot water systemBoth solar panels failed after just over a year within days of scheduled maintenanceCompany is charging us to fix Solar panels, a hot water heater and turbine pumps were installed at a cost of $11,by check 9/16/with Bill K [redacted] the local rep On 9/20/maintenance was done at $We were advised we could go with the next maintenance in years as there was no sediment and all checked out wellA few days later, water was pouring out of one of the panelsThe manufacturer claimed the warranty was not applicable as the failure was caused by freeze, which we don't dispute but we had no other indication of a freeze Reluctantly we agreed to pay a reduced amount for a new panelAfter months of their rescheduled repairs, they brought a replacement panel March 3, After installing the replacement panel, the second panel then leakedI told them to pack up and leave On March they said they would put a lean on the property to coll

Service Technician failed for four weeks to provide written estimate including deficiencies and recommendations for my home HVAC system In March, we decided to go with Florida Energy Water and Air for our seasonal climate control system maintenance in our home And we signed up for semi-annual system maintenance During our March system check your technician named S [redacted] checked the ton system in one of the zones in our home and verbally provided a rundown of system deficiencies He promised that he would provide a written result of the deficiencies and recommendations within hours We called our insurance agent who sent an adjuster and he also basically confirmed the findings of your technician Our insurance company, [redacted] , told us that coverage would be pending MrS***'s written report My wife and I have called, messaged, and emailed MrS [redacted] to please provide this report which each time he promised within the next day This never happened for weeks My
