Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
It is unbeleivable that the paperwork was lost in the mail TWICE. I also asked for it to be dropped off when they dropped off my car initially. But,  that was not done,  even though I reminded them several times. All of these things cannot be a coincedence. It shows that there is something not kosher in this ordeal.Crucifying the manager does not help me in solving the problem,  which is that my car was not repaired and still showed the same error codes as when I first brought it in and paid thousands of dollars. I want to get what I paid for, which is a repaired car. I did not get that.At this point,  this going back forth is not solving anything. The only  solution is to get mney back for services NOT rendered. This job was actually only a $500 fix according to the third party mecahnic,   but due to the lack of experience of the technicians and their inability to solve the problem or admit that they didnt know how to solve it turned this job in to costing thousands of dollars,  and still the problem was not solved.Bottom line, the repairs they made were not the the repairs required to solve the problem,  and it was only "a process of elimination" as the manager at the [redacted] store reported to me. Why am I supposed to pay for the inexperience and incompetence of their technicians?
Regards,

Regards,
Then I shall see you in court.  And yes it was totally your fault.

I had ottos install commercial carpet in our restaurant and it has not been a good experience. The two pieces do not match and it stands out.. [redacted] from Ottos came out and said it was the lighting. I ask if it would be the lighting at night and he had no answer. Mohawk sent out an independent? inspector and he said it had nothing to do with the lighting and he could fix it by dying the carpet at the seams. That lasted for awhile but it is back to its old look. When it was installed I questioned the seam and even Ottos own workers agreed that they thought it did not look right but that they had laid it right. Looking back I should of stopped it right there! Now Mohawk and Ottos want nothing to do with it.

The consumers response shows that they are not willing to use this system to resolve the issue.  They simply want us to admit fault when we are not at fault and have shown that.  We WILL NOT simply give a refund due to a customer saying they are due one and that is it.  The work was done correctly and the customer is not due a refund.  We would like the Revdex.com to review this complaint and close in as resolved since the customer has clearly stated that they will just continue to respond that they are not happy with the resolution.

While we are sorry that the customer is not happy with the work the power washing company did, as we have stated the power washing company is bonded and the issue is with them at this point and no longer with Driver's Auto Repair.  We acknowledged our mistake and sent a professional, bonded power washing company to clean the customer's property.  We have done what we needed to fix the issue.  If the customer is unhappy with the power washing company's performance, they need to take that up with the power washing company so that they can file the claim through their insurance.

Customer came in on 8/15/2014 and bought a five pack of oil changes. At that time, the mileage on the vehicle was 5,846. The customer used one of the oil changes at that time. The next time the customer came in was on 6/26/2015 for another oil change. At that time, the mileage on the car was...

15,259. That is more than nine thousand miles between oil changes. The customer then came back in stating that her tires in the front were worn out. We inspected the vehicle and discovered that the customer has wheel locks on the vehicle. The customer did not have the key, so we offered to remove them and replace them the next day free of charge. The customer never returned to allow us to do this. The five pack oil changes does come with free tire rotation, but the customer must request this and we can only do it if they have the key to the wheel locks. As far as the tires wearing out or wearing improperly, tires do not wear out from lack of rotations. Proper tire maintenance includes tire rotations every 3,000 miles for the first 15,000 miles. After that they should be rotated every 6,000 miles up to 30,000 miles and then 9,000 miles for the rest of the life of the tires. Also, tires should be balanced every 5,000 miles, wheel alignments checked every 6,000 miles and proper tire inflations should be checked often. All of these factors in tire safety and maintenance. So the customer stating that the reason why their tires were worn down is because the tires were not rotated by us on two visits is absolutely not true. While we are sorry that the customer feels this is our fault, it is not and we will not be refunding any money.
Driver’s Auto Repair

To whom it may concern:
Mr. [redacted] came in because his A/C was not blowing cold. We replaced the A/C compressor and the A/C is blowing cold. We repaired the vehicle to his satisfaction, he paid and he left with the vehicle. He returned with a problem he claimed was related to the compressor...

we had installed. The noise was from a different part of his car. The drive belt idler pulley was going bad. He disagreed and accused us of lying and being crooks. He asked for the a/c compressor we had replaced and at that time we were unable to provide it to him. I called him the next day and told him we had his compressor and that he could pick it up at any time. He has yet to come to get it, we still have it and Mr. [redacted] can pick it up at any time. As far as the blowing issue Mr. [redacted] was unable to duplicate the issue for us to see.
To address the behavior Mr. [redacted] claims made him paranoid. I tried to talk to him about his concerns. He is the one that became abusive. He was yelling and would not allow me to speak. I asked him to leave several times. He refused and I told him if he did not leave I would call the police and have him removed. He still refused. I picked up the phone to call the police and that is when he left.
Darroll [redacted]
General Manager

No one stated that the customer was legally responsible for the damages done.  We simply stated that the company that cleaned their driveway is bonded just for this reason so the claim needs to go through their insurance company.  We have taken steps to solve the problem by sending out a power washing company to clean the driveway.  The customer can set up a claim with the power washing company to be reimbursed and the problem will be solved.

Our General Manager is currently in negotiations for a refund to the customer.  We will update when we have new information. Driver's Auto Repair

We invited Mr. [redacted] to one of our other locations to inspect the vehicle.  He is currently at the Driver's Auto Repair #104 getting his shocks replaced for free.  The customer and the tow truck driver originally had let the pick roll off the wrecker in order to pop the clutch in order...

to start up the vehicle.  Then they drove it off the wrecker sideways and caused the damage.  The General Manager, Bryan [redacted], will be working with the customer to ensure that the customer is happy and there is a mutually acceptable resolution.Driver's Auto Repair

We did not hire the power washing company and do not feel we should have to deal with them for this damage. For the record-we never received any information on the power washing company.  It is not our responsibility to determine WHO pays for the damages only that Drivers Auto Repair arranges for repair or provides us with the $2200.00 needed for the repairs per the estimate we submitted to them.
Regards,

[redacted] [redacted] visit was in regards to getting a wheel alignment and state inspection done with a coupon that he wanted to redeem both when explained that only one coupon either the $59.95 two wheel alignment or -$5.00 off state inspection.
