Client paid for our services on 03-13-On 3-25-we called and notified the client she had several errors in the online interview and without those fixed or corrected the system would not complete and upload her paperwork to the accountOn 03-28-client called and asked for formsNotified client that several days ago we had spoken to her and notified her the state will not allow us to provide forms that involve real propertyTold her to remove the property or she may submit for a refund and obtain a lawyer due to having real propertyIn the state of TN it states on the pro se forms you cannot file on your own with real propertyOn 03-30-client called us back and stated she removed the propertyWe checked the interview and it was not removedWe cannot remove or add things to the interview for the client as that can be misconstrued as legal adviceWe informed the customer once again the steps to remove the propertyOn 03-31-we followed up with the customer to make sure she knows how to remove the property so we may have the system prepare the formsThe client answered the phone stating she wants her number removed and to not call her againThe client did not give us the time to state who was calling or let us assist with a solutionWe are unable to provide the forms to the customer without her co-operation

[redacted] paid for our services on 04-12-She completed the interview and process and called us and asked to upgrade to our platinum service where we simply file the signed forms and serve her spouse once the case has been filedOn 04-15-we upgraded the clients account per her request and notified her to review the forms and make sure no changes were needed before we send her the step by step instruction on what to sign and send to us [redacted] understood and did thisShe called back the following week on 04-30-when she called back for the instructions to be sent and confirmed no changes were neededThe instructions were sent and we were waiting to receive the signed forms and money order for the filing feeOn 05-26-we received some signed forms and no money order for the filing feeWe emailed and contacted the client letting her know that she must follow the step by step instructions sent for us to file the case and for the court to accept the formsNotified the client she needs to send in ALL signed forms with the money order for us to proceedTo try and make it easier I also personally provided the client a paid for fed ex label to send the forms to usCustomer called in later on 05-28-and informed me her spouse will be moving out of state and this is taking to long and she wants the forms back and platinum refundedNotified the client on this call that I would gladly refund the service since no services were rendered and asked her to confirm the address I may send the forms back toI received the address and notified the shipping department On 06-19-we received more signed forms from the client without a money order once againI emailed and called the client to ask why she had sent forms again when she had last stated she wants a refund on the serviceShe said she now wants to proceed again with the platinum serviceI notified the client that once again if she once to proceed she needs to follow the instructions as this time the forms sent had crossed off things all over them and our case number on themShe understood and we ended the call with her knowing she needs to sign and send in ALL forms with the filing fee On 06-29-client called in again asking for our address to re send all forms and the money order toWe informed the client we are at the same address and notified her we will re send the step by step instructions via email for her to make it easierOn 07-08-we received the signed forms but were still missing the money order for the filing fee along with three other main documents listed in the instructionsI called and emailed the client to inform herOn 07-14-client sent in two of the missing forms but we were still missing one main formI called and emailed the client once again to inform her of this On 07-28-client called in for an update and we informed her we are still missing the money order and one formOn 08-05-we received the signed form and money orderOn 08-06-we attempted to file the caseThe forms and money order were then sent back to the client as she had stated in our online interview that her PO BOX is where her residence is in [redacted] The court noticed she cannot live at a PO BOX and we informed the client we must file the case in [redacted] where her actual residence isI then provided the client a paid for label and asked her to mail all forms and money order back so I may re file for her On 08-24-we received all the forms and money order back from the client and refiled the case with [redacted] On 11-25-we received the stamped filed forms from the court with a court assigned case number stating the case was ACCEPTED and FILEDWe emailed the client the case number and an update letting her know we will proceed with serving her spouseOn 11-30-we asked the client to re sign and send in the service forms since to have a more recent date to avoid hiccups at the courtReceived the new signed forms and we served her spouse on 12-30-on 02-09-we received her spouses response and filed it with the courtPlatinum was then complete and we notified [redacted] to confirm her address so we may send all remaining forms and the copies for her records Our platinum service cannot guarantee the court will move quickly as we have no jurisdiction over the courtHowever, we filed the case successfully and served her spouse as well as filed the responseWe rendered services and the rejection letter she is sending us is from the beginning when her address was listed incorrectly on her part in the online interviewI have reached out to the client on numerous occasions and sent numerous emailsI will gladly clarify or discuss the case further with her but per our refund policy there is nothing to fix and the case was filed so she does not qualify for a refund

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] I appreciate a timely response yet I'm annoyed at how adamant this company is to continually say that they have done everything rightI explained to them before that I got a call from the court clerk after they had submitted my divorce forms and the clerk told me to pick up the forms because they weren't appropriate for my caseI then, had to make corrections myself and submit certain forms on my own time while going to the courthouse to get a case number startedI didn't gain anything by going through this companyNothing was convenient and the time it took to get responses at times was ridiculousThey are refusing to refund me although I am very displeased with their servicei initially got the divorce denied because a certain box wasn't checkedI had to resubmit it to ultimately get it granted I dont feel that this service follows through thoroughly and they don't actually assign one caseworker as implied from the beginning of sign upI was assigned Mr [redacted] to my case and never once did he contact me or answer my inquiries

We have reached out to the customer on several occasions to get the information needed to process her requestCustomer needs to contact us via ticket or phone call so we may complete this issue

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [I was absolutely told that the refund was granted and that all I needed to send in was the paperwork being used to file the divorce As long as, it was not the paperwork that was provided by the company, (again, which they admittedly and knowing acknowledged in the previous response in this Revdex.com complaint was incorrect and outdated) which I submitted to them, a refund was already approved by the department After submitting the correct paperwork that was provided by the court to mydivorcepapers.com (which they requested and would finally grant the refund) they told me that I have to jump, yet again, through another hoop and that this paperwork was not acceptable, unless it had a court rejection Well here is the part of their scam, that get consumers to purchase the products with their "100% money back guarantee" because when you go to the courthouse, with their paperwork, the clerk tells you that it is the wrong paperwork and will not be accepted (again, which the company acknowledged was wrong) So in order to get this supposed rejection letter, from the court, you would have to pay more money in filing fees and court costs just to get rejected!! These guys are crooks and they know it I would not go through all the trouble to get $dollars back, if I had used their forms, as they claim in their response I submitted the paperwork used to them on August 25th, and they acknowledge that it is not their paperwork I have filed a complaint with the states attorney generals office in [redacted] against the company I am in the processing of submitting one to the FTC consumer complaint division and will continue with every consumer federal regulatory agency until they do the right thing Which it appears they won't, and stealing $dollars from consumers, who are in a terrible situation, means so much to this company that they don't honor the high pressure sales tactics that their sales team pushes on the phone (because their product is crapat least in the State of [redacted] , and they know they can't refund the money every time they screw up or they would be bankrupt) I have contacted a consumer lawyer, [redacted] , in [redacted] who specializes in consumer rights, and litigation, and is going to look into my case, on a contingency basis, for deceptive consumer practices We also discussed starting an online forum for consumers who have been defrauded by this company'sdeceptive practices, to bring more defendants and consumers to the suit Meaning it costs me nothing, unless he recovers money from MyDivorcePapers.com The point is that this company steals and preys on people for their documents that don't work and when a refund is requested where their product was not used they still don't honor their "money back guarantee" when they admittedly, in writing, state that it was outdated and wrong paperwork I am not saying the product doesn't work 100% of the time, but in my case it was rejected by the clerk, who told us if we file this outdated paperwork, it will be rejected and we still have to pay all the court costs and filing fees, etc Company admittedly stated that they provided the wrong forms, that were outdated, in writing (admission of guilt) and knowingly sets up deceptive sales tactics by promising a 100% money back guarantee and then does not honor it Believe me, if there product worked, and the company did what it promised when I gave them my money, I would not be wasting my time But when I have been swindled and then attempted to be slandered, by claiming that I used the product, and was lying even after I submitted the paperwork to them directly, I am going to put at least hours every week into writing reviews, filing consumer regulatory complaints, and create an online group to make sure people are aware the service is a scam and the company does NOT stand by its guarantee or it's products ] Regards, [redacted]
