MyDivorcePapers.com provides documentation fully prepared for the client to file with the courtWe rendered services entirely however they did not proceed forward with said services We have attempted to make contact with the client regarding her case per her request via phone on 03/04/and 03/12/and have received no return phone calls We are more than happy to find a proper resolution upon a return call from our client

Our client registered and paid for our services on 06/30/She called in and asked questions about the account regarding changing her profile from an annulment to divorce on 07/01/We normally charge a fee to switch service types but we had waived that fee for herOn 07/10/client upgraded to the platinum service on her accountThe client then called again on 07/16/and spoke to a supervisor whom explained the details of the platinum service and that it does not include court filing costsThe supervisor also informed the client that she paid for shipping and we would ship the forms only after she downloaded and reviewed the forms to make sure no changes were needed before we shipped out the hard copies On 08/04/client called in for status and the same supervisor informed her that she still needed to download the forms and review them as we show on our end there was no record of her doing soOn 8/11/the client called in and confirmed no changes were needed and provided the address for us to ship the formsOn 08/15/the client called in and informed us of new information on her caseWe informed her that we are not able to issue legal advice at any time and if she needed legal advice she would need to contact a local attorney because it is simply in her best interest to do so We received the signed forms in the mail on 02/20/On 02/22/we informed the client we were missing several signed forms and the money order for the filing fee which was included in the initial instructions we had sent out to her prior to her mailing us the formsThe client got back to us on 05/11/and we sent the instructions for the platinum service to her a second time along with the detailed instructions of what was missing for her specific case On 08/04/client called in and let us know she is stationed in [redacted] and will not be able to appear in courtWe told the client that if the court requires a hearing she will need to appear or contact them in regards to their policies and her situation On 10/20/we received the missing forms as well as the money order for the filing feeThe case was reviewed for the second time and sent to the court to file on 10/26/We received the forms back from the court with a court case number stating the case was accepted and filed on 11/06/We emailed and informed the client of the case filing detailsWe then sent the copies certified mail to her spouse for service on 11/11/The spouse did not respond in the given period allowed (legally the spouse has the right not to sign) so we informed the client and sent her all proof of service forms as well as the certified mail receipt Platinum services were rendered as we cannot require the spouse to respond in any wayWe are upfront and clear from the beginning of the services that all cases must be uncontestedHe did not respond saying he did not agree or did agree so we informed the client they are eligible to proceed via default We spoke to the client on 01/08/ informing the client she is not eligible for a platinum refund as services were rendered as promisedWe guarantee the filing of the paperwork and that the forms are accepted – they were accepted and a case number was provided to the clientWe also attempt to serve the spouse based on the information provided by the client and their acknowledgement that their case is uncontested (meaning both parties are in agreement and will not fight based on the terms of their divorce) – we served the spouse and provided proof of service to the clientWe do not guarantee the spouse will respondWe have yet to hear from the client since that date

Hello [redacted] ,I have gone ahead and reviewed your account, I was able to see that the initial payment for our service was back in 2/27/and I am not sure when you currently filed but I am guessing it was recently, as per the refund policy we ask the client that take a little longer to initial file to send us a rejection letter from the court with in the days of the court rejecting the forms, like I mention I am not sure the exact day you filed but I see that it's been passed days of what the terms and conditions state, I apologize for the inconvenience but we cannot issue a refund, however you may call customer support and we can modify your forms for you to refileSincerely, ***

Hello ***,I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our uncontested divorce service, I was in review of your account I was able to see that your spouse did not respond to our serving, we have the green receipt here that is proof that your spouse received the forms but he did not respond we can send the forms back to you, as far as a refund for the initial paperwork as per our policy it has been passed days and platinum service that is non refundable we began the process and that is something that is also stated in our policy, I understand that your case got dismissed but the fact that there was no response is not up to us and out of our handsI apologize for the inconvenience

The client had originally setup their account on 10/1/and completed our online interview process at exactly class="aBn" data-term="goog_1032881019" tabindex="0" 1:17pm PSTAfter completing this process his forms were available for download immediatelyShe then downloaded all of the forms on 10/2/at 12:47am PST and then again at 6:28am PST which renders the services of the accountWe received a refund request from the client at 6:42am PST that the forms were blank and that he was having trouble downloading the formsOne of our supervisors responded to the clients email the same day when the client had asked for the status of the refund that was already submitted earlier that dayUpon submitting a refund, clients are notified that processing takes up to 3-business days The supervisor informed the client the refund department reviews the account and will get back to her via email as to whether the refund is approved or deniedThe supervisor also gave the client the option to download and review the forms and if something is wrong with the forms she can assist because the client needs to make sure no changes are needed before we may ship out the formsThe client informed us there was an error on her end when downloadingWe informed the client we are able to download and print the forms without errors so we suggested trying a desktop or laptop computer or using a library or public computerWe have been waiting for the client to get back to us with proof of the error on her end so we could assist or process the refund or an address so we may ship her the forms Per our refund policy once the forms are downloaded services have been rendered and in order to obtain a credit for said services, the client must provide a copy of the rejection letter to uphold the money back guarantee We have emailed and called the client to have her confirm an address we can send the forms or provide us with more information on the errors she is receiving so we may issue a full refund Upon receipt of said complaint, this is the first correspondence that we have had from the client regarding the issue as we had not received an update from our previous request

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Every call and ticket the customer has made is noted and the responses are based on the notes and calls made. Unfortunately as a business we must follow policy. The client downloaded the forms and did not follow instruction, services have been rendered. We will gladly provide a full refund if she shows us a court stamped rejection stating there is something wrong with the forms that we cannot fix. The first rejection is simply because she did not follow the directions to re download. I can see on the download history she only downloaded on 06-15-16 and not after we had the conversation to re download the forms. The customer is more than welcome to reach out to us to get the proper steps once again so she can move forward with her case.

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] The problem isn't that they followed proceduresThe problem is they gave us the wrong forms to file and w hen I went to the courts the courts said they could not accept it because the firms were wrong and not correctAdditionally, when u I called mydivorcepapers they stated their was nothing they could do but if I received a rejection letter and sent it to them within days, I would receive a full refund including all court fees and costs I went back back to the courts to refine againAgain they said the paperwork was incorrect and not formatted correctlyI again called my divorce papers but they would not tell me anythingI spent a day with the courts self helpThey said the paperwork was absolutely incorrect and they couldn't help meWrong forms provided by divorvepaper Still divorcepapers would not helpI finally just submitted everything again, the exact way mydivorcepapers told me tooWith the correct addressWhich had been correct since July of I received a rejection letter saying everything was wrong and to go to a lawyer I called mydivorcepapers yet againThey said to send letter in and they would refundI sent letter in the same dayThey received it the following day and said they refused to honor their refund policy Ive since spoken to a lawyer as mydivorcepao took over a year to do much of anythingI hoped on anything they gave me immediatelyThe divorce lawyer said they used incorrect formsDid not have my husband fill out financials for his sideThey only had me fill out financials for me that also represented my husbandBut that was not legalAlso they did not have him sign a form that showed he received everything and their were many other forms that needed to be filed out by him and me that were never provided by mydivorcepapersSo there is no way a court would accept this Its not not about an outcomeThe lawyer said if the right forms had been filed and signed it would have been approvedBut now I must start all over Ive sought advice from two lawyers to verifyThey both say the same thing Mydivorcepapers messed up the entire thing by not giving me the correct forms or my husbandIve already spent with them alone nearly $Now I must start all over and pay a lawyer $to $ Its very bad bad and been a year of agony as my husband is very dangerous and he is financially corruptThe longer this takes, the more problems I will haveThank you [redacted]

First and foremost, we apologize to the customer for any inconvenience she may have had using our serviceThis customer had contacted us on several occasions over the phone regarding questions about filing procedures, asking for an additional form that is not included in the divorce paperwork, and needing a change on one of her documentsWhen the customer had the chance to speak to a customer support agent or her case worker, we were happy and willing to help her each time She had called in to request a change that she needed made on one of the forms and that change was addressed for her the same dayNormally changes need to be submitted to the customer's case worker and once submitted they take hours as per our policy, but our support team had gone out of their way to help this customer with what she needed, as well as had her case worker contact her to answer any additional questions she had The customer requested a form from her case worker on 07/24/at 10:55AM, her case worker responded to her with the correct form at 11:45AM the same dayNo contact was made to her case worker asking for any changes or extra forms after 07/24/ The form she stated was outdated is not usually included in the divorce paperwork that we provide, though it was provided to her on 07/11/so that she may attempt to request the court waive her court costsThis form is not a required form needed to obtain a divorce When the customer requested a refund for the service, we reviewed her case and asked her to provide a formal rejection letter from the court or the "new" forms to prove that the ones we had provided to her were in fact not acceptedWe asked this of the customer so that our refund department would be able to issue her a full refund, as per our policyWe uphold to our refund policy as long as the customer can provide us with either of those options We sent her an email requesting either of those options on 08/01/The customer informed us on 08/04/that she could not provide us with a rejection letter nor the "new" forms from the courtHer response was sent to our refund department on 08/04/and her request at that time was still pending review She was told that she will receive a response with the refund department's decision via emailShe posted this complaint before her request could be formally processed within our system As a solution to this situation, we are able to issue a full refund for the customer's service without the usual required documentation from her

Our client had completed our process online on 03/05/- at that time we had provided instructions on how to "confirm to ship" the documentation so we may have that sent out to the proper addressWe had sent instructions regarding this confirmation process and didn't receive a confirmation from the client until 03/11/Services were rendered that same day as forms were shipped to the client per the clients requestDue to the nature of this complaint; it has been resolved accordingly per the clients request of obtaining the documentation Thank you
