Looking at this complaint it seems the client was refunded and there is really nothing else to reply toThe client issued a dispute to her card which resulted in a chargeback to us We then refunded her as well so the client was given refunds from us and one from the chargeback that she submitted We sent notice to the credit card company that account was refunded The card company revered the chargeback Any charges on her credit card needs to be take up with her credit card company as we did no refile the charges on her card We issued the refund to the client as we indicated and the matter needs to be taken up with the credit card companyWe have nothing else to add to this account or matter- ***

We contacted the client on 03/16/regarding steps for the platinum service for us to file and serve on behalf of the clientWe have since made contact with the client and provided a satisfying solution

[redacted] had no reason to go to the court to file as she had paid for platinum serviceWe successfully filed the forms and served her spouseWe scanned the court receipt and sent it to her directly stating the forms were ACCEPTED and filedThe forms provided are the forms given directly from the court so they are indeed the correct forms***'s services have been renderedShe paid dollars for the forms to be electronically prepared by the system and for us to file and serveShe also paid the court dollars for the filing fee which was the money order that she kept forgetting to include when sending us he signed forms to fileShe may contact us directly if she has further questions but finalization is with the courts and they decide on what the outcome will or will not be of her case not us

Client purchased our services in March Client completed the process and the forms for a [redacted] annulment were provided and downloaded by the clientClient never called in that year or last year at allThe first call or contact we received from the client was on Feb 16th where the client asked to switch the account from annulment to divorceWe notified the client since there are forms already provided there is a dollar service fee to provide another service because that requires new formsClient then submitted a refund request for the accountOn April 5th we called to inform the client she purchased our services two years ago and a refund will not be issuedTo resolve the issue for the client we also offered to waive the service charge and would switch the account to divorce right thenWe have yet to receive contact from the client until nowClient is not eligible for a refund

I've explained several times that the court clerk kicked back the forms your company sent them because they were dissatisfied with the forms that were submittedTrue, it wasn't a denial from the judge, it was however, kicked back to meIt was stamped "filed" but no case number was assignedI had to seek help from the court window helper to advise me on what to doThey immediately advised me to get a refund from this service because they clearly didn't know the process on which forms needed to be submitted first, and that the forms were incompleteThey also said I shouldn't have notarized certain forms yet which I had done I did state earlier that my divorce has since been finalizedAnd I did show proof that my divorce was initially denied due to a box on the Divorce Decree that wasn't checked A manager named [redacted] from My Divorce Papers left me a message saying that she spoke with the courts to follow up on my divorce out of confusion and they reiterated that my divorce is finalized making this out of her jurisdiction I'm not sure why she felt the need as I have stated that my divorce is final I am very disappointed that this company continues to refuse a refund to anyone that is thoroughly unhappy with theit service I am still requesting a refundI paid a total of $for nothing My experience with this company was frustrating, a constant wait for correspondence...I had to take a call from the court clerk to retrieve the forms in person, and the forms were initially denied by the judgeI've sent in a picture as proof of thatI had to deal with going down to the courts to retrieve and submit the forms myself and got them signed by my ex...the divorce was finally granted I also had to get certain forms notarized again because of the poor knowledge of this serviceIf anything, PLEASE refund me at least the Platinum Service Fee as the court stated to me that my ex couldn't be served as he was in the same state I chose to go with this service although we were both agreeing to a divorce because of our conflicting schedules and because I'm constantly off island for work I've never had to request a refund for anything before but in this case I feel the need to I've been advised by numerous people including people that helped me with my forms to make sure that I demand a refund

Client registered and paid for our services on 02-06-There are no calls recorded nor emails in our system from the clientClient completed the interview and process with us on the same day paidClient also downloaded all the forms on the accountThe only forms that are blank on the clients account are the forms in which the responded is to sign when servedThose forms cannot be completed as she is not the respondent therefore the interview does not complete themThe client can contact us via email or phone to have any changes or revisions made to the formsIf she would rather like to request a refund she can do that as wellCustomer can call us for those instructions at [redacted] and we would be happy to helpWe unfortunately cannot assume a client is not happy but need to be contacted so we may assists the client

I have been in contact with them about this process several times and never once was it mentionedI went to the website to look for said policy and I couldn't even find itHow can that be clear? When I got to the courthouse, they told me they may as well throw the papers away since they were useless and I said go aheadI came home and called my divorce papers and they said I needed a letterI called the courthouse but it was too lateI was home and they said there was nothing I could doThey sent me on my way with a whole new packet that I have to fill out so I got nothing from my divorce papersMy divorce papers made comments on my review saying " We have reached out to the client personally with several options for a solution for her case and are waiting to hear back." This is a complete lieNo one from their company has reached out to me at allSo now on top of misrepresentation, they are out and out lying! The only resolution I will be satisfied with is my money backAnything else is unacceptable and I will continue to write and review via any venue I can to save others from the same mistake Regards, [redacted]

We have sent proof that what we have filed for the client was accepted by the courts as well as proof that the spouse signed for the forms and was servedThe client has provided forms that she has but this does not show, per our refund policy, that anything was rejected from the courtClients are still able to obtain an attorney for legal advice or additional issues if needed during our servicesThe client has yet to show a rejection letter that states something is wrong with the forms from the courtWe have called the court and they have clarified the case was filed and acceptedThe client can contact us directly for further clarificationOnce again she does not meet the requirements for a refund as we have fully rendered services
