Hello, I do apologize for the inconvenience regarding this issue, The refund for the platinum service has been provided a total of $since the service was not rendered that was issued on 9/8/2017, but because you did mention for you filed a dispute with the bank we do have to wait to receive to to move forward regarding the refund, also the reason the refund was denied was because the forms were available in your account you made the payment on 9/6/but I am able to see you sent en email on 9/7/and you mentioned that you were moving to Maine and that you wanted to start your process there instead of California, as I mentioned before we will wait to receive the dispute from the bank and we will be contacting you to resolve this as soon as possibleThank you for your understanding and your patience

The company has receive almost $from me and they have not performed any servicesI would like a refund but have not heard from themI posted comments on there Facebook page and they deleted themNot recommended at all as a business

Attached are the stamped filed copies with the court case number as well as the signed green receipt from her spouse stating he was served and received the documentsIf you need anything else please let us know and we would be more than happy to assist

I think this service is a rip offI started the processes and their website says - business daysI kept checking their website but nothing was ever loaded or showed progress being madeI also, never received any type of email confirmationThis concerned me as I was already leary of an online serviceI called on the 5th day and was on hold for minutes the first time and then on hold for over an hour the 2nd time I finally sent in a request for a refund due to poor communication/service I received a call back a few days later from the Refunds department manager, Joe, who was condescending and informed me that my forms had been completed and available since the 26thI had been checking the site daily since filing and nothing was ever loadedHe offered me free shipping but due to the poor experience to date I had not confidence in the quality of the paperwork He said I was unlikely to get a refund

This rejection letter is for the Judgment which is a form that she is to file with the court on her ownPlatinum service clearly states we file the initial paper work and serve the spouse, all finalization is to be handled by the client with the courtThe rejection also just stated that the judgment was the only document filed incorrectly as it was not "bound" togetherWhen the client sent us this letter we let her know the court is simply asking you to paperclip the judgment or staple it depending on their preferenceIt also states the exact steps and what is needed to bind this formThis is something done wrong on the clients end and not oursThe case was filed and services were renderedClient will not receive a refund without the proper documentation stating that something we did was wrong
